    I adore Iris. I was in desperate need of a stylist that understood curls and, to be specific, mixed hair texture. She has so much experience and is very open about how she’s taught other stylists through the years. She has helped me maintain my short layers AND has guided me down my hair color journey. We started out with just the front curls, but now it’s my entire head. My curls still feel healthy thanks to her products and technique. I have sent my coworkers to her and will continue to do so! Her prices are more than fair, especially if you’re a curly girl.

    Iris is THE BEST. She has been doing my husbands family’s hair since they were kids. My mother in law and grandmother. We don’t trust anyone else with our hair because she is SO excellent at what she does and treats he clients like family! She has a heart of GOLD.     I have been to Iris twice so far, based on great reviews from our neighborhood FB page and its been wonderful. Not only is Iris great at what she does with hair but she seems to be a beautiful person inside. Her prices are reasonable, her desire to help other people is commendable, and her personality (and her grand daughters personality) are a joy to be around. I hope to have a lasting relationship with her and my hair! :)

    Bobby is a master at his craft. He has been doing my hair for years and despite moving to Ocala I still make the drive to see him. I would trust no one else. My color is always amazing and he nails the cut every time. I’m always getting compliments on my hair from total strangers. He’s the best, trust him.

    Paula is literally the absolute best. My hair looks and feels amazing! She got the look I was going for and did it 100x better. She really took her time to make sure my hair was perfect and I couldnt be happier. Plus, shes amazing to talk to. I can tell we are going to be good friends. After the loss of Tiara, I didnt think Id be able to find anyone to truly get the look I wanted but Paula did absolutely AMAZING! Kinda hoping my grey hairs grow back quicker so I can see her more often 😆 Thank you Paula & Beauty Bar. P.S. the new shop is beautiful !

    Iris is amazing!!! I don’t know anything about hair at all, all I knew was what I wanted it to look like. Not only did she make it look even better than the picture, she explained her process so that she could make sure I was getting what I wanted! Exceeded expectations!! She was thorough and professional, answered all of my questions, was so genuinely nice, and I’ll definitely be going back! I’m so glad that I went to The Beauty Bar!!

    Iris is the most amazing hair stylist I’ve ever had, so much so that my mom is now a client of hers. (My mom is extremely picky and hard to please with her hair, but after seeing Iris she is always so happy and confident!) Finally I have someone I can rely on and trust with my hair. She is always so sweet and pays great attention to both me and my hair. She is so amazing that I travel more than 30 minutes from my home for appointments. I won’t be going anywhere else!

    I have known Iris Mejia, the owner of the salon for several years now and I cant say enough about the superb customer service and professional salon hair treatments. I am very picky with my hair but Iris and her staff have always made me feel right at home and comfortable when it comes to hair and style. She is an expert instructor and has trained staff who know how to make the customer feel appreciated. I love how she does my hair each and every time I visit.     Iris was absolutely amazing and did an AMAZING job on my hair! She took me from a brassy red undertone done with box color to a GORGEOUS platinum/silver with dark roots.     I cant say enough about the talent! IRIS transformed me from dyed black hair to cool and funky disco-ball silver and I have never been so thrilled. Her attention to detail and follow thru is above and beyond! IT was a 12 hour process and she painstakingly made sure each strand of hair was perfect and not compromised! I LOVE Beauty Bar!

    I came here to have my hair colored and highlights added. I showed Iris a picture and she did a great job. She was assisted by CiCi who was also amazing. The cost is very reasonable, especially for how satisfied I was with the results. Not only do they do a great job with hair, but the salon has a very welcoming atmosphere that puts you at ease. I normally do not enjoy getting my hair done and wish I didnt have to make small talk. It was different here. I felt as if I was sitting and chatting with friends.

    If I could do more than five stars I surely would. I have been having my hair done by Iris since 2004 when she first did my hair. My hair was a mess back then, now I LOVE my hair!     THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST SALON THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! IRIS DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY HAIR! MY HAIR WAS IN BAD SHAPE AND SHE BLEACH THE TOP AND PUT A DARK DARK BROWN UNDERNEATH AND FUCHSIA PEEKABOOs IN THE MIDDLE, IT LOOKS GREAT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!     I recently moved to Orlando and needed to find a salon/stylist that knew color. Iris was definitely the expert. She guided Morgan and Morgan did an outstanding job. Very pleased with the outcome!! So, glad I dont have to look any further.It is also very convenient for it to be a full service salon . Nails were manicured by Aiesha and she did a great job. Dont hesitate to try it. Everyone looked very competent with lovely outcomes.

    I had a wonderful exprience with Iris she is one of the best hairstyles I have been to. I was very nervous at first to get my hair highlighted since I have curly thick hair and never did such a dramatic change. But Iris was very knowledgeable and precise with her work she took her time and made sure it came out perfect. I will definitely be making this my regular salon.

    Iris did an incredible job coloring my hair and fixing the messed up color I had when I walked in the door! She also knows her products, and also had a fabulous selection of Matrix and other products! I had a fabulous waxing experience and they also do manicures, acrylics and pedicures too!     This was my first time coming to this salon and all I needed was a hair cut with some bands and Morgan was amazing. First off she was extremely sweet and very easy to talk to but most importantly she did an amazing job with my hair. I was very vague with what I wanted but she still managed to give me the hair I envisioned and I love the small face framing bands I got. Would definitely recommend this place and I will for sure be going back to see Morgan.

    I am extremely picky when it comes to choosing a hairdresser/stylist. Its rare that you find someone who gives exactly what you want every time. I am so glad my co-worker referred me to the beauty bar two years again . The team is amazing! Iris, the shop owner knows her stuff and only hires the best of the best. You can also get mania and pedis there. The environment is always warm and welcoming. I wouldnt dare go anywhere else. Book with them. Youll be so glad you did!

    It took me 2 yeras to find a good hairstylist that never cuts too much from the hair. Iris Is such a kind and good hairstylist and I believe that her hands so blessed that my hair CRAZY grow in 3 months I’m gonna keep going back to her I’m moving completely to TX but I’m gonna visit her when I’m in town.     Ive been doing my nails with Iesha and since she work here I love it even more. She is amazing on what she is doing I called her Picasso because she can do everything you want in your nails, they last longer and she take her time with you .Xiomara is wonderful doing hair she takes a great care of yours too. The staff is amazing and I highly recommend it.

    I got my hair done by Morgan a few times now and I have always come out happy. I typically get highlights and she takes the time to make sure it is exactly what I want and is very attentive when asking if I was a drink or a snack or if I was comfortable. My last appointment, my hair didnt take and it looked brassy so Morgan took the extra time to fix it and make sure it was perfect. Everyone compliments my hair all the time thank to Morgan.

    I have been coming to this salon for 4 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Every time I come here I leave satisfied, they do exactly what you ask for. Very flexible with appointments and prices. The hairstylists know how to work with any hair type. They do just about everything: trims, blow dry and iron, keratin treatments, hair color, styling and etc.. I highly suggest coming here you will not be disappointed.

    Bobby Loyd Roberts is the best hair stylist Ive ever had! He has the best personality and makes time fly by as I am truly comfortable talking about anything with him. I love his amazing attention to detail when doing my hair and how many compliments I receive from random strangers on my hair about how beautiful the color and cut is. He makes me feel like a queen and I drive two hours every time just to see him! Xander Blue is lucky to have him! ❤️

I have a standing appointment every Tuesday for my hair, and I get my nails done every other week.
