First time here, and it was a pleasure. I was initially dreading to sit in a salon for hours amongst other reasons but, Mrs. Jackie didn’t make me wait and was very sweet and attentive to my concerns, she made sure I was taken care of and honest with her recommendations. She made me feel heard and that’s very important with clientele. Her advice seemed genuine and that goes a long way. Loved that treatment and specially her scalp massage was a bonus!

As a first time, walk in client, the stylist who styled hair was great. She listened to me and executed a great cut! Im not a local so Im not sure Ill be here again, but consider this salon for yourself!

Great job of an inverted Bob. I went in on a whim as a Wednesday late morning walk-in. The stylist accommodated the shape of my head instead of just blindly following the picture I showed her. Everyone was very nice and the shampoo was heaven. Did a deep conditioning for only five dollars extra. The blow out was amazing. I looked like a mess going in and left gorgeous. My hair looked so healthy and full and when I shook my head, it pleasantly swung back and forth. Relaxing time and she was not chatty. Totally would do it again. Lucky me they are located 2 minutes from my house!

Belgica and Kenya have been my go for a while, and I always get such an amazing service. I always get my relaxer, color, wash/ set, and a haircut. A complementary coffee while drying, the best!. I do highly recommend it, and the price is $$ its worthwhile!

Kenya did such an amazing job. I received a wash & set and of course she finished with a flat iron/blow dry. I also got a haircut. There was no yanking my head, burning my scalp and she was extremely gentle. We had a great conversation too while she was doing my hair. I will come back and see her again. I have 3C/4A hair and it’s held up in the humidity and light rain with no issues. Thanks kenya!

I came in for a silk press and got a Dominican Blowout! OMG! My hair was so silky and full of body. I had heard....but there is nothing like seeing it for yourself. The owner did my hair and had tons of suggestions and great advice for taking my look to the next level all within my budget! Im a customer for life!

Today was my first time at Belgicas. I was pleasantly surprised as I didnt know what to expect. They werent busy so I didnt wait at all. Mio did my hair. She asked me plenty of questions about what I wanted. Service was fast ( I only needed a cut), friendly, professional, and I love my hair. The salon is clean, nicely set up and decorated. I would suggest a little background music. They only had the TV going. Ill definitely be back.

First time coming to this salon. Came recommended from a friend. Owner Belgica did an outstanding job, she understood and listened exactly for what I asked. She even gave me coffee and treated me like I was an old customer. For the latinas that are looking for a salon that knows how to manage our wavy/curly hair this is the place to go.

I arrived at 9:04 am and was done by 11 am. Considering the thickness and amount of hair I have this is normal for me. The person I spoke with when I walked in was very helpful, the washing process was a bit strange for reasons I still cant understand. Not sure if I would let this second person wash my hair ever again. However, the third person that took care of me was amazing. From the moment she walked in she had such a great personality and great vibe about her .Im glad she ended up being the one to blow dry my hair. Its been almost 8 months since Ive been to the salon and with the daily wash and go mistreating of my hair, I didnt think she would make it look as great as it does. Rachael (Rakel in Spanish) did an absolute amazing job. She managed to get my curly messy hair to back to the extreamly soft and healthy straight look I needed for this weekend. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will be back time and time again to see you. A bit of advice...they get extreamly packed so dont expect to be taken care of the minute you walk in like many people I saw while I was there. If your in a rush, make an appointment!

I had a great experience here a few months ago. I called the day before to make an appointment but I was just told to walk in at any time (Dominican Salons are notorious for walk-ins only and music playing). Just make sure you show up with plenty of time before a scheduled event (give yourself about 3 hours). Its not that youll be waiting for a long time but that it will take that much time to get everything done properly. My hair was bouncy and remained shiny for a good couple of days. I dont get my hair done often but I look forward to coming back here.

My first time visiting the salon. Looking for a salon thru Google. Reviews were l mostly good. Got there asked for Belgica (owner) waited for her to get there. Very pleasant. Place is nice n clean. Was offered coffee. Showed her a picture from Pinterest, a short hair style. And she did what I asked. Very friendly. Recommend highly. Will be returning.

Love Belgica! Ive been her client for 8 years now. If I didnt live so far I would see her weekly! She knows hair, she uses quality European products, and takes her time with each client. My hair is shiny bouncy and healthy every time I go. As for customer service she and the other stylists are outstanding! They are friendly, kind, attentive, and if they have ever been reluctant to do something I wanted they explain why it would no benefit my hair then give me the option to proceed with my request or not. Like I said, Belgica and her team know hair. I happen to be Afro-Latina, with course dry hair, but you cant tell that when she does it 👏🏻👏🏻. I highly recommend Belgicas salon! 😃

Lovely!Please keep in mind, this is a Dominican hair salon, set aside time to be spent there, working with mostly heavy curls, it is normal to take extra time, I ran from the airport on a Saturday and walked out withing 2 hours with gorgeous hair, I am bilingual, they were vey nice, never saw a rude attitude, probably wont be as relaxed in public as it was today but this is not your regular súper clips shop, their work is way more time consuming but at the end, IT WORTH IT, if you are set to go in and look for “the bad” you will definitely find it because NOBODY is “perfect” so for me is a YES, I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone I know, it’s clean and they do the job well, what the heck else do you need in a Beauty salon? For cheap and fast, go to great clips, for quality, Belgica’s is the way to go to in Orlando! 😉

Its my first time here. Loved the lady that did my hair. My bad I forgot to ask her name. But she is the lady next to the hair dryers. She was all the time concerned about my comfort and I really liked that.Its my first time here. I loved the lady who dried my hair. Too bad I forgot to ask her name, but shes the one right next to the hair dryers. He was attentive to my comfort the entire time (is the water too cold? Am I burning you?) and I liked that a lot.
