Had my hair cut and colored by Kasey today. Being new to the area, it’s been tough finding the right stylist for my curly hair, especially after moving from New York. Kasey not only made me feel comfortable but also did an amazing job. I’ve definitely found my new stylist!

I had my first experience with Danny. I wanted a short asymmetrical pixie. I wanted this done with a spiky short crown on one side. I brought pictures, and he went to work! Because it was my first experience with this hair designer, he spent lots of time and it was everything I wanted and more! After losing several people in this industry to relocation ( losing a hair designer is like a divorce, if you know what I mean) , I am now safe! He has been at this location in Avalon for over a decade. Within 30 minutes of leaving and getting some shopping done, I had several comments about my hair.

I booked a signature facial with Bina today and it was amazing! I expressed to her how I felt my skin was dull. After my facial, my skin felt smoother and looked much brighter! Bina was very gentle with my face, for I have very sensitive skin and the skincare products she used worked well with my acne prone skin. I highly recommend Bina:)

Ashley saved the day when my 13 year old’s back to school cut was not what she wanted. First, she offered to stay late after a fully booked day. Then, she really listened to my daughter and they came up with a plan together to salvage the previous cut. Little did we know of Ashley’s magical powers- she is truly skilled in her craft! My daughter is so happy with how it turned out and I am so grateful for Ashley’s patience and talents!

This was my first time here and I am so happy to have found the perfect hair stylist and nail tech for me! I saw Brianna for a haircut and I was also recommended to get their customized restructuring treatment to hydrate my hair. Brianna was so kind and gentle on my hair. My curls have never looked so healthy and defined!!I also saw Sara who treated me to a manicure and pedicure with gel which was long over due for me. She is so talented and helped me find the perfect color I was looking for!I had such a great experience and I cant wait for my next appointment!

I was so appreciative to schedule a last minute color and blowout on a Sunday before starting a new job the next day! This was my first time and Ellen was awesome -so kind and very detailed! She matched my color perfectly and was so careful to not leave any color on my skin. They use little caps for the ears, which I had never seen before! I loved the head massage while getting the color out. And the neck support to rest your head in the sink made it one of the best salon experiences I have had. I will definitely be back! It lived up to the stellar rating!

Brittany at the Avalon Park location has done color and cut work on my hair a few times now. I can confidently recommend her if you are looking a partner to help you find the best cut and/or color to meet your needs (I have fine, shoulder length hair that has a mind of its own). I was looking for an easy to maintain professional hair style, that I could also still have fun with/pull up when needed. Depth and natural-looking gradient of color was my biggest need, as I have some powerful gray taking over and fast. Brittany has nailed it every time, and pays such amazing attention to detail. If I was not 100% happy with the way something was looking there is no doubt in my mind that she would happily adjust it, it just hasn’t been necessary! Plus she is so pleasant to work and talk with. In fact everyone that works at In Style has been so courteous every time I’ve visited.

Ive been coming to this salon for the past two years, usually to get my hair blown out by Ellyn! This past weekend I decided to go for a haircut AND a balayage treatment. It was my first time ever getting this done, and Ellyn went above and beyond my expectations! She was friendly and attentive and I emerged with a whole new positive energy. Whether its a simple haircut or a full on makeover, you cant go wrong coming here. The salon is always clean and the staff is always friendly! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for their new go-to salon.

I have been going to Bina here at In Style in Avalon since probably my middle school years and I am now a senior in college. That just shows how amazing she is with eyebrow threading. Every time I come to her, she absolutely SLAYS my eyebrows and has me walking out of the salon like a brand new woman, feeling more confident than ever. She takes her time and gives you the most amazing results. 10/10 will always recommend people to go to her for their threading needs.

Sydney works absolute magic on my hair! I have never walked out slightly disappointed in my hair after leaving here. She matched my recent hair change to a T on what I wanted and when I wanted a pixie cut she made sure to find one that would match my face the best. The staff is always welcoming as well. By far my favorite place in the area to get my hair done.

In Style has been my go-to salon! Molly is amazing! She has worked with my thick hair for years, to include transitioning to an amazing pixie cut, and her hair color abilities are just magical; I have very dark hair and weve gone through reds, purples, and a fun-but-subtle blend of pink, teal, and purple and she nails it every time. Molly knows how to work from color to color and provides great recommendations along the way. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, making every visit a wonderful experience.

Bina always takes such good care of me! I’ve had my eyebrows threaded before and it usually hurts, but when Bina does them I barely feel it! My hair was orange and yellow from multiple attempts/ mistakes from coloring and highlights and I asked her to match my roots because I wanted to go back to my normal gray and dark brown hair. After I moved to Avalon Park I was really hesitant about going to a new salon but I ended up trying this place and boy am I lucky to have this gem a few feet away! I’ve gotten a range of services done here from their outstanding blow outs to a full color and a deep conditioning treatment which is my absolute favorite thing to add on to a blow out. My hair was left silky and soft for 3 weeks after the treatment. I highly recommend this place!

I went to this salon this past Friday, 01172014, and I had a cut done by Jessie at this salon. I went into the salon with a butchered cut from another salon and Jessie did an amazing job. Shes very good at what she does, not to mentioned extremely personable. It was one of the best interactions Ive had with a stylist. I live almost two hours away from here and was visiting friends, but I will be making the trip to her from now on!

He kept me informed every step of the way, giving me tips on how to style it on my own. Another plus? The atmosphere was relaxed and upbeat. Ill be back.

I had an absolutely terrible hack job from the great clips on Avalon in the neighborhood walmart plaza and Kevin saved my hair. After great clips giving me a shelf bang I never asked for, I was mortified and didnt even know if it could be blended or fixed and Kevin did an absolutely beautiful job at a great price. I left there feeling liberated and gorgeous, would recommend. Love love love. Will be going here from now on.

The salon makes you feel like you are in a very high end salon in NY. They successfully changed and corrected my faded red/copper color with dark roots to a lovely ashy dimensional blonde. They also have Iplex which is like Olaplex, that leaves your hair healthy and shiny. Im definitely going back. They also have nail services here.
