    I got my eyebrows down today with Maria and I absolutely loved them!! They are just what I was looking for, in the past I’ve had people mess up my eyebrows and make them super thin.     Been coming here for years after finding a deal on Groupon and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been waxing for over 10 years and have tried so many places but this place has stuck. Lidiana is the sweetest and so relatable. She takes her time and makes the whole experience comfortable. Pricing is fair especially when prices for everything has increased. I’ve never had an issue with temperature or feeling overall being uncomfortable. I will continue to recommend.

    I had an amazing time getting my eyebrows done with lidiana, she made sure that I got the style I wanted and was very nice to me throughout the whole process. I also didn’t suffer much redness or discomfort compared to when I get my eyebrows waxed at other places.

    I had the best experience! It had been a while since Ive gotten my lashes done and decided to treat myself, and Ive heard so many great reviews about this place so wanted to try it. The salon itself is so cute and comfortable, I love that they had the leg pillow because it makes laying down more comfortable. The owner Maria did my lashes and she did such a good job, and they literally lasted for over a month before I needed a fill, no joke. Ive been going back ever since

    Where do I even begin? Maria is the kindness lady I know! She made me so so comfortable in her beautiful suit! She gave me the exact lashes I asked for! She is so quick too!     Came for a Brazilian. I haven’t been waxed in about a year so I anticipated it hurting a lot. It hurt less than any other wax I’ve gotten. Maria made the experience as comfortable as it can be. Plus it didn’t take too long. It was as quick and easy. I’m going to become a regular.

    I was accommodated by Felicia who was very professional and made me feel comfortable before, during and after the facial. She knows what she is doing and she tells you the steps she is going to do and what to expect.     I had the pleasure of getting my first facial ever last week and it was amazing! I had the hydrodermabrasion facial with Felicia and she was great.She started off asking me if I just wanted to relax or if I wanted her to explain everything she was doing since it was my first time and I chose for her to explain everything. I felt confident knowing what was happening every step of the way.I felt so relaxed and there was a moment where I even fell asleep for a few minutes! All in all this place is amazing, professional and relaxing -- I cant wait for my next facial!

    The spa is easy to find and incredibly clean. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.Maria does my eyebrows and she is so phenomenal at what she does.     Rosaelis needed a model for a Brazilian wax , also a model for legs I offered to be the model and she took me. Keep this in mind it was my first time getting anything wax! When I get there Rosa and her manager talked me through the process. When it came to the Brazilian wax Rosa talk me through every step of the process made sure I felt comfortable. She’s is so sweet ! I highly recommend having her do any of your waxing needs ! She even let me check to make sure she didn’t leave any hairs behind. She was so patient with me. I loved how she let me know when she’s about to pull the wax strip. Thank you for making my first Brazilian wax as comfortable as possible! Keep up the great work rosaelis ☺️

    The best spa Ive been to hands down. The staff here is so friendly and so accommodating to every need I had. I did my lash extensions here with Jackie and she was honestly the best. Ive done my lashes before with other people before but she is honestly the best of the best.     Ive never had the experience of being waxed before and was pretty nervous about it. when I walked into her office I was greeted by Maria with a warm, friendly smile. She was very professional and I instantly felt comfortable. she walked me through the whole process and she let my know what to expect.     I have been visiting Maria for a few months now and she has been shaping my eyebrows. Her spa is very clean and she has always been on time for each of my appointments. The wax that she uses does not bother my rather sensitive skin. My eyebrows have been looking great and she even recommended a natural oil to help them fill out.     My eyelashes look amazing. She took great care to ensure not only consistency in lash length/look between both eyes but also to ensure each and every lash was extended separately.     Went here for my first Brazilian wax yesterday. I went during the $23 sale so the price couldnt be beat. My esthetician was Brianna. She was great. She made the process less intimidating and made me feel comfortable. The whole process was quite painful, especially since it was my first time. But overall it was a good experience.     Booked a reservation with Jax for a lash lift and had the BEST experience!I’ve worn contacts since I was 12 and have had problems the past few years wearing mascara because it bothers me all day. Getting a lash lift was one of the best things I’ve ever done. My lashes look curled and like they have a light layer of mascara on 24/7. Jax was super sweet and explained to me exactly what she was doing the entire time to ensure I was comfortable with the process and knew what was going on. The spa itself was laid back and comforting which i love. I will definitely be returning to do it again!

    I have not shaved or waxed in almost a year I just recently went and got a Brazilian from Rosie and she was absolutely AMAZING she made sure I was comfortable the whole time, the wax itself was virtually painless she was diligent, and got every single hair, and even got ingrown hairs that I had present. She educated me on how to take care of my skin after the wax, as well. I’ve gotten plenty of waxes in my life and I have to say Rosie is the best waxer I’ve ever had the pleasure of being with I highly recommend choosing her for your future waxes she is incredible at what she does!!!! 10/10!!!

    Honestly, living in East Orlando, you hear about this company ALOT! At first, I thought maybe people were just hyping up the experience. But, I tried them and I have been a loyal customer ever since. They are very professional, welcoming, and they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They made my first professional wax experience very “normal” and as relaxing as possible. I first waxed with “Jazmuyn” and my second wax was with “Maria”. Each esthetician has their own style of waxing and you can decide which one makes you the most comfortable. It’s very quick and efficient when they work. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who wants to try intimate waxing. Definitely worth it!

    If you’re looking for a waxer who is professional, clean and GREAT at their work make your appointment with ANA! She’s unlike any other waxer I’ve had, she takes her time( but not too long ) to make sure she’s got everything perfect for you.     Went for the first time a couple weeks ago for my Brazilian and I couldn’t be happier. The set up is different than what I’m use to but it was every private and intimate which was nice and my esthetician Jax was so wonder she was so knowledgeable, fast and thorough. Tweezed anything left behind and I still haven’t had an ingrown, I highly recommend asking Jax if you plan on going here.

    I heard of Intimate waxing and Spa through Groupon. The building can be hard to locate but if you follow the building numbers you should have no difficulty. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately. The room is so pretty and very private. I went here to get my second Brazilian wax done and it was not painful nor did it take a long time. The entire time I felt completely relaxed and she even talked to me about other things to keep me distracted.I love her and her salon! Will be returning next month😀
