Great salon, I was able to kick back in the lounge area while my niece got her color and cut down with Cynthia. She did an amazing job, my niece felt like little Ms. Adult client with the girl talk. Only thing missing was my beer and football.

My sister and I both have curly hair and we have always had issues with our haircuts. We have never had anyone who layered our hair correctly. Alondra took the time to ensure our hair was cut correctly and then made sure each layer was defined and well blended. She was great and we will definitely go back to her again!

I love love love renting here. The place is pristine , clean, and private. Each studio owner is professional. Its unlike other Coops where its too loud to get anything done , and the decor...minimalistic and yet soothing and modern. I cant wait to get my braids done. They have massage, Skin care, whole body wellness, hair, braids and wig installs, waxing, and theyre professional with post-cancer patients! I hope to keep working at Lab23 indefinitely!!!Oh! And free assigned parking behind the building for the clients!!Malayka.

I’ve been looking for a curly hair specialist and I finally found an amazing one!!! Alondra did a great job!! I came in wanting a curly cut and got exactly what I wanted and more. She listened to what I wanted and provided her own recommendations as well which turned out great! I came out with shiny, healthy, and voluminous hair. As for the salon it was very clean and great service!! Definitely coming back to Alondra!!

I have being seeing Cynthia for about a year now and no one else will ever touch my hair again! She is so friendly, personable, and talented. Every time I schedule my appointments I get so excited because I know I am in for a relaxing day ending with me feeling beautiful! I always walk in with expectations of how I want my hair and leave with my expectations blow completely out of the water! Cynthia is fantastic and the best hair stylist I’ve ever had.

I went for my curly hair cut appointment with Alondra and loved it. Had been referred by family members and so happy I went. I felt at ease and trusted her with my hair even with our first meeting. I recommend any curly hair queens to treat their curls here!!

I decided to try the infrared sauna for the first time and I absolutely loved it! Compared to a normal steam room or hot sauna, you sweat a-lot but you still feel comfortable and can breathe. The sauna allows you to connect your phone to blue tooth speakers and change the lighting depending on your mood! Then immediately after I jumped in the cold shower. Today I feel fully recovered from a long week of training.I believe it was the owner that set me up. She made sure I was comfortable and that I had a clean towel and bottle of water! Excellent service. I will certainly be back again!

I am a coach/athlete in Orlando Florida and I train 5 to 6 days a week. I am always looking for different ways to maximize my recovery and i was recently recommend to try out the infrared sauna that they have here at lab 23. I did a 45 minute session in the sauna and felt like a brand new person afterwards. I have tried standard saunas before at commercial gyms, but this was my first experience in an infrared one. The heat output was good but never overwhelming like what you’d feel in a traditional sauna. Highly recommended if you are an athlete of any sport, or just need some extra help relaxing. This sauna is amazing!!!

Lab 23’s infrared sauna is an incredible experience. Perfect for an athlete looking for an edge in recovery, and phenomenal for anyone looking for a quick escape to detox and de-stress. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and they have all of the amenities needed to feel truly pampered. Can’t recommend it enough!
