While you are in your appointment, she and Alynna, who is very attentive and friendly, are in charge of offering you drink options, and at the end of your visit they celebrate the final product and help you coordinate your next appointment.The caring Marina N. from day one helped me walk into the world of “russian gel manicure” and made me fall in love with it. Also, she provides a Luxy Pedicure that is to be envied. She will definitely, without a doubt, take care of you.If you want to do something different and are feeling creative, Ally is one of the best Luxy has to offer. Ally is a sweetheart, with her kindness and professionalism she will sweep you off your feet with what she can come up with. This is probably the best manicure I have ever gotten. Marina A was so good, took her time to make everything perfect and did exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be back!Just went back for my second appointment and had Evelyn! She did such a great job and took her time. This is the best place to go!I had Olga today and she was so amazing. Joselyn was the tech that provided my Husbands first Luxy Pedi and he abosultely loved it. He even asked me what took me so long to bring him here (haha). She was gentle, very detailed oriented and provided great customer service. Now Joselyn is the tech for my moms manicures, and my mom truly enjoys working with her. They tell each other stories during the sessions and are always laughing. I love to see this because it shows Joselyns personable side and how she cares for her clients. Joselyn work is immaculate and she offers great customer service. I highly recommend her when going to Luxy. Thank you Joselyn for everything

Overall this nail salon is amazing, it is expensive but worth every penny, their attention to detail is 10/10. I usually have a good experience but this last pedi appt with Mariana wasn’t my favorite I didn’t like her process, I feel like she was scared to go in and really clean up the nail (cuticle work) and couldn’t do what I asked for (French tip like the first pic below), second pic is what I ended up leaving with. It also took way longer than normal or should’ve. Not too happy with how they look.Update one whole nail of polish popped off it’s only been 2wks:/ it won’t let me attach new photos

Both Dr Phillips & Winter Park location are phenomenal. I saw Kenia this time for my nails and she did amazing. All the techs take their time and make sure your nails are perfect. Alynna at the front desk was helpful as well.Finally found a forever nail place. 🫶🏻💕Update: still in love with this place! I’ve been seeing Evelyn the past few times and today she suggested I try the almond shape (first time in my life, I usually get square) and I couldn’t be happier! She takes her time and literally perfects her work! Thank you Evelyn!!!💙Update: still have been going to Luxy nails and they have still been killing it every single time. The last two times I’ve seen Dasha. She suggested the first pic with a neutral that would match my skin color but we added gold glitter for something extra for fall transition. The second pic was a design I saw on Pinterest. She did even better than the pic!!! I highly recommend seeing Dasha or any of the girls at Luxy 💖

They are superb at what each tech does and they take their time to ensure each nail looks and feels perfect which I absolutely love since I’m OCD about my claws. I send all my clients and friends to them.Today I tried Joselyn for the very first time. She was recommended by my sister. My typical tech tends to be booked weeks if not months in advance. She killed it!! I absolutely loved her attention to detail and conversation.Since I am pregnant and on my last days, Luxy was very accommodating with daily feedback as to their availability via Instagram (how I mostly communicate) and have been very understanding during my almost labor scares.Thank you for the service. I was a little nervous going because I’ve never gotten a russian manicure before but I had Alina and she did an amazing job!! She was super attentive and made the time go by fast even though it is a long process.I love the cleanliness of the salon and that they offer you a drink while you’re getting your nails done. They also gave me an exfoliating scrub to my hands at the end of my manicure. Would definitely recommend!

THE BEST nail salon experience I have ever had, if I could give 10 stars, I would. I had my nails done at a different salon yesterday and needed them completely redone. It was absolutely horrible what they did to my nails and I walked out of there searching for somewhere to fix it. I found Luxy Nails & Beauty. I called right away and asked about availability. They were so thorough with questions about what was already on my nails and what exactly I wanted and they could fit me in on short notice. AMAZING service even before going into the salon. Fotima was my nail tech and she did such a beautiful design with help from some pictures I provided. The other girls at the salon were also so friendly and helpful. DO NOT look anywhere else for a nail salon, Luxy Nails & Beauty is where you need to go!
