First and foremost I would like to say, that my experience with Medcap Health and Beauty Institute was like no other. I never write reviews, but it is only justifiable that I do one for them, as my experience was amazing from beginning to end. Keep in mind that I also am writing the review after just recently graduating from my first course as a Facial Specialist, and therefore wanted to leave an honest review upon completion of the course. I am also a continuing student with them in an upcoming Phlebotomy course, as I am so satisfied with the quality of teaching and practical application that they offer.Now lets talk about the actual academy and wonderful staff, which is the most important part of this review, as they were easily and flexible to work with, all the way from scheduling and payment for the courses. My husband and I visited several academies which had very competitive pricing and often cheaper, but the professionalism from the directors and staff was always varying and nowhere close to Medcap. We walked out of many simply due to the lack of attention to the customers and overall cleanliness of the actual work space. This is where Medcap stood out as well, as their facilities are by far the cleanest, most modern and up to date than the rest which we saw. That is very important as all of the work that is going on and cleanliness as well as appearance is a huge factor. This and their attention to detail was a big reason for us to choose them as the academy I would attend, and they still continue on improving their offices and entire locale as we speak.The Directors Mr. Angel and his wife Lisette are wonderful and compassionate folks who were with me throughout the course and offered advice at no cost. They are big reason why I will continue to attend Medcap on all of my future courses and certifications. My instructors Ms. Sylvana and Marisol were amazing and I thank them for everything that they taught us and their professionalism all throughout the course. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff at Medcap for being so nice and courteous at all times. I highly recommend this institute to anyone looking for the best in the business!

My experience was overall excellent. The staff, facilities and schedules are great. I took the facial specialist course at the beginning of last year with professor Georgette. Georgette is experienced, professional, passionate for her career, and shared EVERYTHING she knew with all her students. I finished my course feeling very confident and ready to start this new journey with the tools and information she gave me. Thank you! 😊

I just graduated from this school and let me tell you. All the staff here are amazing! They are so helpful and willing to help you even when you finish graduating. They truly want to see you succeed. I have searched for many schools before this and this school was just the best one out of the all the ones I researched. Owner Angel and his wife Lizette are the sweetest most caring people. My teacher Blanca was the best! Only downfall for some is that the teachers do speak Spanish. I speak only English but I do understand Spanish and honestly was a little bit of a challenge but so worth it. Because I was able to learn in Spanish and English as well. I did have an English book and my work was all in English. I don’t think that is the case for all teachers but my teacher only spoke Spanish. But she is truly amazing and she loves what she does. She is very helpful and you will learn a lot with her. I recommend this school to everyone. Like I said the staff and environment is amazing. I just loved going to school and will miss everyone so much.

I would like to thank everyone at Medcap for such an amazing experience for my wife and honestly myself. She loved the Facial Specialist course and will start the Phlebotomy course here soon. This place is phenomenal in every sense of the word, and the staff, professionalism and cleanliness sets it apart from every other school that we went to for information. Highly recommend it

I started my career as an HHA with teacher Olga P Ramirez at MedCap Institute, she and the dean made my experience at the institute very satisfactory. I was delighted, I took several courses and without a doubt I will take another one again. Professor Olga is very kind, helpful and if there is anything you have doubts about or you dont dare, she explains it to you, makes sure you understand and makes you feel like a comfortable and very loved family. She is very affectionate. I loved the teachers talks. She is very precise in her explanations and that made me interested in the classes. In addition, I must tell you that the angelic treatment and recession of Professor Georgette, the respect they give to me and my classmates, the trust they give you and the security they make you feel with your eyes closed, I recommend the institute to you and if your interest It is the health branch, Professor Olga is the best, believe me, she goes the extra mile. Thank you, Professor, for all the knowledge you gave me and the help and your love.

It was an incredible experience. The structure of the Institute is very good. Teacher Georgeth Martin, very dedicated, responsible and super professional in everything. He taught everything from theory to practice very efficiently. I recommend this institute, it is a place to learn to fulfill your dreams in this country and have the opportunity to say if I can, I achieved it. The teacher is something now, academic coordinator, excellent professional human being with a great teaching spirit, they open opportunities for personal improvement and to say it was hard but I achieved what I wanted. I highly recommend this institute. Coming soon, college with the help of God gives an opportunity to teach different health and beauty aesthetic programs where they have and highly value what we were in our countries but not leaving behind those learnings. I started my career as an esthetician with teacher Georgette Martin at MedCao Institute starting in 2023, she and her methodology made my time at the institute very satisfactory. I loved the teachers methodology because it was totally practical and interactive, she was very clear and precise in her explanations and that made my interest in the subject greater! She helped me and my colleagues with her knowledge of appliances, products, in addition to the important treatment and respect towards the people who trusted us to practice the knowledge taught, that for me was an extra plus.
