It was a fun experience getting my lashes and brows done for the first time. As well as nail extensions for the first time. Shown is the look I wanted vs the look I got. I think everyone did a pretty good job. And the customer service was also fantastic! I am feeling thankful.

Getting my eyelashes done was the most relaxing experience ever. The facility is very beautiful and elegant. They gave me a cozy blanket while I just closed my eyes and Izabella did my lashes. She gave me exactly what I asked for which was my own natural lashes but BETTER. The eyelash extensions look so natural and beautiful. She has such a light, relaxing touch that I completely fell asleep! My wedding is in 6 days and Im so excited because I feel so beautiful :)

I had a great experience getting my nails done at New Look! I got a Russian manicure with french tips and I am obsessed, they were done so well! The staff were really nice, professional and welcoming. They brought me a menu to choose from of free drinks like coffees and teas (and the latte was actually really good), as well as a tray of snacks to choose from! They also offer a 7-day warranty, so if anything happens to your nails within the first week, they fix it for free. Definitely worth the price, I highly recommend and will be making this my new go-to nail salon!!

A lovely salon but I will not be returning. What I liked:Very comfortable seating (and I’m a very large woman)Beautifully done pedicure and manicure. Yummy coffee and snack service. Very clean salon.What I disliked:I paid $30 for “eyebrow shaping” I thought it would be like waxing or threading. No. They just pluck your eyebrows. I asked if they can trim because my eyebrows grow long and curly. They said they don’t do that.During the pedicure the beautician kept brushing my toes with a hard plastic brush causing several cuts on my toes and cuticles. I’m also sad for the price there is no massage or pampering with the pedicureI spent $260 ($30 for the tip) for a manicure, pedicure, and “eyebrow shaping”. This salon is good for people who don’t want to talk at all during your service (which honestly I don’t mind) and prefer to be minimally touched during beauty services. All while paying a very high premium. I’ll just be returning to the regular nail salon and European Wax center.

I’ve gotten professional manicures done my whole life and this is the best experience I’ve ever had!From the moment I arrived, I was treated incredibly well. The administrator was beyond hospitable, brought me a menu with several coffee options to choose from for free and a tray with snacks, and came to check in on me often.I got acryl gel extensions with hard gel for a total of $145 and the final result made it worth every penny. Cuticles nowhere to see, smooth finish, and a great experience overall.100% recommend! I will be coming back and bringing friends 🫶🏼

Very great experience here at Newlook!! Its a bit pricey depending on what youre looking to do, but I think its well worth the price. Ive gotten a relaxation massage, pedicure, and manicure (extensions, gel, French, stamp). I was very happy with the results each time and I also had a great experience with the staff. All of the ladies are super polite and professional. They even offer some beverages when you walk in and have snack trays for you to pick from during your appointment.

This was my first visit to New Look and it was great! Everyone was so kind and the facility is clean. My nail tech was very sweet and even noticed that one of my nails got messed up (I think I bumped it into something mid-manicure) and she fixed it for me! The free bar menu is an added plus. I am not from the area but I will for sure go to New Look every time I visit!

What an enjoyable experience. From the attention given by the hostess to the nice work done by Alina. Love the place, the attention (coffee and snacks). The manicure was excellent. Alina is very detailed and did a great job. Manicure is more expensive than regular nail spas but it is worth it. I highly recommend this place and Ill be back. Thanks

She took her time and paid close attention to detail, ensuring the manicure was perfect. I’m looking forward to another appointment with her in 4 weeks 🙂

This was my first visit here and my first Russian Mani/Pedi and Im so happy with how it came out. Its so neat and clean I cant stop looking at my nails. The aesthetic of the salon is very chic, classy, and upscale. While I waited to be serviced I was served a yummy latte with an assortment of snacks. Both the owner and nail artist were so sweet and provided a comfortable environment. Looking forward to making this my regular salon 💗 My nail artist is Julia.

First time having a Russian manicure and my tech Rano did such a beautiful job, never had such attention to detail. It does take some time but if you come prepared for this, the result is worth it. I got a very natural nude nail without extensions and it came out very clean and anticipate it lasting for several weeks. The service was wonderful and everyone was so kind. They offer snacks and drinks as well. The day prior I got eyebrows shaped and similarly there was a great attention to detail. Will definitely be coming back.

Great place. I went for manicure & full set lashes & they came out so beautiful. They really take their time & care about the service being provided. Sometimes I don’t feel like talking the whole time while getting my nails done & there was no pressure on trying to make conversation at all. The lady at the front desk was so nice & was always there for you whether you needed something to drink or even a snack. She was so sweet & added to the great experience.

You can tell this place is still growing, however my experience was absolutely amazing since before I arrived. They take the time to give recommendations and explaining everything. The area and atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. All of the stylist were very polite and well mannered. What a fantastic experience! Eyelash technician was so gentle and did a spectacular job. I have already recommended her to several other friends. Found Newlook R.B on Instagram and booked an appointment for an eyebrow shaping two days later! The front desk receptionist was very nice & they do offer beverages as soon as you walk in. I’m used to waxing & threading my eyebrows so the tweezing was new to me. I love the precision that Isabella had to clean my eyebrows - she didn’t leave a single hair untouched. They gained a new customer today because I will definitely be booking again! 💗

For a long time I was looking to have an experience with a Russian manicure, I had high expectations and this place, the service, the treatment exceeded all my expectations but by a lot. Alina gave me 100% excellent service. I recommend it 🥰
