    My first visit to Nona Platinum Salon was 100%. From scheduling my appointment to the end results of service. Kim, the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Michelle was so very sweet, answered all my questions and so professional. She did an amazing job on my hair and I am so happy. Maria and her product knowledge was excellent too. I love the fact that these ladies we very honest and gave so much advise and most of all did not try to oversell any product or service. Thank you ladies for your truly exceptional client service. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and return for continued excellent services!!!

    My daughter and I have come here a couple of times for haircuts and eyebrows. Michelle did a great job with our long layers and everyone is friendly. The place is very clean.

    Update: I got home and felt like I needed more feathering in front. That made me so nervous because I hate to complain…but when I went in to discuss it with the manager she was super gracious and stressed their guarantee. Original hairdresser wasn’t there so Jaime stepped up—he did an AMAZING job and I left there very happy.What a great salon!!

    Amazing salon! Ive been getting my hair highlighted and colored since my early teens and Iris is by far my favorite stylist that I have ever found!! She has colored my hair many times and is able to give me the most gorgeous cool-toned platinum blond that is still beautiful even when it fades and grows out after a month. The salon itself is always clean and they do a very good job to protect their customers with social distancing and mask policies during the pandemic. Highly, highly recommended!

    I called and was able to get a same day appointment with Tamara which was great. I wanted a wild color change (reddish purple highlights) and a cut. I have really dark brown hair and was there for a while but it was worth it! She was able to achieve the exact color I wanted and it turned out awesome! The cut she gave was great as well. Thank you for taking the time with me, I absolutely love my hair! I highly recommend Tamara for color or cut.😀

    Since the minute I walked in the salon they were very helpful and professional. Came to them after not having colored my hair for 3 1/2 months with all different colors in my hair. Michelle took on the challenge and did a phenomenal job on my hair. Definitely will be back and very happy. Would recommend this salon to anyone!

    So happy with the service in this place! They were very courteous and professional. I loved that they were honest with their recommendations in a way that did not make you feel less confident. My daughter got a Brazilian hair treatment and her hair stylist treated her with so much patience and care. She left out of there feeling so happy! Thank you ladies!

    I went in for highlights and a new cut.Its always scary to go to a new stylist, but Iris was so meticulous and skilled! Im really happy with my precision cut. My hair is fine and limp and she knew just how to make it look good. You can totally trust her!

    My experience in this salon has always been and is always amazing. I have been coming here for the past 7 years. Ivelisse does my hair and she is wonderful. Isabel does my eyebrows and facials and she too is wonderful. This salon is a GREAT salon. The staff here are all wonderful, friendly and professional and they make sure to make their clients feel comfortable.

    So blessed to find this family business. I have the best team of stylists. Ivy has really been amazing with color, and cut. Niki is so accommodating with my last minute color, or even doing my hair for special occasions. I feel like part of the family. :) Thank you!

    I don’t review places often but I started visiting Nona Platinum a little over a year ago and I couldn’t be happier. Kim runs a great business, scheduling is easy, with great customer service. Her stylists are the best, as well. It’s a great value and I look forward to going there for many years to come.

    I am very picky about getting my hair done and Nickie did an awesome job. I received a highlight/lowlight and it was very relaxing. Also, I noticed that their employees are conscientious about cleaning the chairs before and after each service is provided. However, I do wish they would include toner in highlight/lowlight services.

    Niki, you are an angel! The best style blow dry I have in years. Support this business. I walked in, told the owner I have a family emergency and needed to have my hair style before a funeral. Even fully booked, Nikki was able to take care of my hair and a gorgeous style. Again, Thanks.

    The Salon was very clean. Yamaris was Very Professional and did an amazing job cutting my hair I couldnt be happier. She is very thorough and pays attention to detail I will definitely be back for More Haircuts!!! 🤩

    I have been coming here for the last 4 years and couldnt be happier with the salon. This is a great business in the Lake Nona community and if youre ever looking for a salon in the neighborhood, this is it. Ive paid more for haircuts and they are reasonably priced for all types of haircuts both for men and women. My whole family comes here.

    I came here yesterday and was pleased with how they were handling Covid precautions and my haircut as well. They have customers waiting in their car and calling when their hairstylist is ready. Everyone is required to wear a mask and every other chair is blocked off.Varisa was sweet and took her time with my super fine and long hair. Ive been to other hair salons who just try to rip through brushing my hair after a wash, leading to a lot of breakage. My cut looks good and my hair is so shiny! She was also taking precautions and using hand sanitizer throughout the appointment. Thanks Varisa!

    I am from Venezuela and I am used to excellent hairdressers and stylists .. here in the United States it has cost me a lot to fit in with a hairdresser but I went to nona Platinum and the attention is excellent and its staff too. I met yamaris a year ago and I am super pleased with her work and her attitude .. I will return for her.

    My wife asked me if there was a color preference I had for her hair while she was at the Nona Platinum Salon & Spa. I told her to let Evie (her Stylist) decide. For a few years now, Ive tried, and failed, to describe the look I was interested in.With zero input from me (I was over 1000 miles away), EVIE NAILED IT!!Thanks Evie!!

    Had wonderful service with Tamra! Always leave feeling great! Great customer service with Nona Platinum. The prices are a little high, but the service is excellent and worth it.
