I recently had the pleasure of getting my brows done by Yeni, and let me tell you, it was an exceptional experience. It was my first time microblading so I was a little nervous. The spa suite was spotless, comfortable, and inviting. Yeni greeted me warmly, offered water, and ensured everything was prepared with care before we began. She took the time to truly listen and work with me, sketching and adjusting my desired shape until it was perfect. Her patience and attention to detail were nothing short of amazing.During my visit, Yeni handled a less-than-pleasant situation with remarkable professionalism. A customer called, demanding a scheduling adjustment and quickly escalating into an abrasive tone. Yeni calmly offered several alternative appointments, going above and beyond to accommodate. When the behavior only worsened, Yeni made the decision to cancel the appointment—and rightfully so. Respect is a two-way street, and no professional deserves to be mistreated, especially someone as talented as Yeni, who was even offering discounted services.Her work speaks for itself, and she doesn’t need to fill her schedule with clients who don’t value her time or expertise. Yeni is a true artist who deserves respect! If you can’t approach her with that level of decency, perhaps she’s not the technician for you.My brows look amazingly natural, and the arch came out fantastic. Thank you, Yeni! It took me a year to finally to decide if I wanted to do the micro blading. Once I decided too, it was a decision worth making. Phibrows by Yeni was so very patient and was always willing to answer all my questions and concerns. That make my feel so comfortable. Even after the procedure, I could always rely on her to answer any of my concerns with Micro blading. Planning to go back for a touch up. Very pleased with customer service and service.
