I am NOT someone who enjoys having my hair touched by anyone let alone treated in a salon. So believe me when I say if you book an appointment here with Leanne, you are truly in the GREATEST hands. From the moment I sat in her chair I knew she was someone I could trust with my hair. Her attention to detail and care to understand/communicate my goals and fears absolutely did not go unnoticed and I left my (now second) appointment with her having quite literally my dream hair. I’ve always been insecure about my hair so for me to walk out those doors feeling confident was huge. I continued my day hoping people would compliment my hair so I could thank them and let them know it was the incredible work of Leanne. I, without any doubt, could never see myself going to anyone else for my hair. CAN’T THANK HER ENOUGH FOR THIS LOOK!!! (also important to note that I have also been cut and styled by both Jay and Louis at Privé and would happily recommend them for patience and care towards protecting my naturally curly and problematic hair when styling) Truly, Privé is an incredible salon and I can’t wait to return for maintenance visits.

Westley was amazing. I havent gotten my hair done in a long long time. I came in with a few ideas but nothing set in stone. He was super nice and honest with me. He helped me pick a style that fit me and something I’m able to maintain with my busy lifestyle. He’s now my go to! Def recommend!!

Lexi took the time to truly listen during our consultation, and she absolutely nailed it! I usually have amazing experience when I come here but today I was let to leave with dye all around my face. I wish I had noticed sooner because I would have went back in. I started getting my haircuts here about 1 year ago with Raul and I am very pleased. He takes his time to make sure every inch of my hair is perfectly cut and styled. He always listens to what I want, he will also make suggestions if you ask. If you are super picky about how your hair is cut and you are looking for the perfect haircut, I highly recommend Raul!!The haircut services includes a wash and scalp massage, cut and style any way you like. I wish the scalp massages are few minutes longer but everything else is on point! Not to mention the salon uses high end products that have really made a difference in my hair routine.

I have had a great experience so far in my journey back to healthy blonde again from Leanne and Luis. My hair was terribly fried by a previous service of another salon and i had been trying to restore its health for more than a year. Leanne has done such a wonderful job in maintaining my low maintenance blonde. Luis cuts my hair with such precision and definitely provides a beautiful clean cut bob. My hair has been feeling so much healthier and growing healthier. They use high quality luxury products i already use at home and is available for purchase at the salon. I definitely recommend getting your hair serviced her especially if you’re in your blond era.

I received a balayage by Lexi and later on we did a pink gloss. She repeatedly told me that she cares about hair health and I can tell! She is just very transparent and guides you through what services you should get done and when in order to maintain the health of your hair. I have curly hair and my curls still curl after this service! If you’d like someone who is educated and knowledgeable I would recommend that you book with Lexi. I’m so glad to have met her and receive my first balayage ever. Perfect for a new change in my life.🩷

HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEXI & WESLEY FOR COLOR & CUT - THE BEST DUO 🤍I been going to Lexi for years, she is the ONLY person I will trust when it comes to my hair!! I recently decided to go dark and fell in love with the results!! I gotten SO many compliments that makes me feel so good! She always goes over and beyond and couldn’t be more thankful for her!! This was my second visit to Prive’ and I was not disappointed. Em shampooed my hair. I I had a headache, so the scalp massage was exactly what I needed. Barbara cut and styled my hair. She is absolutely a beautiful young woman inside and out. I wasn’t sure exactly the kind of style that I wanted, so I left it up to her. She asked many questions and I showed her photos of past hairstyles. She listened and gave me a beautiful style. It will be another year before I get back here, but Prive’ is one of my first stops. By far the best salon that I have ever been in.

I have been getting my hair done at Privé for a couple years now. I drive from an hour away just to get my hair colored by Queidi because I do not trust any one else with it and she always delivers to my expectations. She is so sweet and attentive to detail, she took me from really dark hair to light with ombré and full highlights. Really everyone is so nice there and they make you feel so comfortable. Barbara cuts and styles my hair and just like Queidi she does an amazing job. They’re are definitely my go to girls when I need a little pick me up (:They are being very precautious with following COVID guidelines to ensure you feel safe. So if you are needing a bomb transformation or just a little something to feel extra beautiful this is definitely your place to go.

This is my second time at Prive (Orlando location). The best way to describe is to compare it with an Orchestra- there may be a large number of people “playing different instruments but the music is executed perfectly”. From the team at the reception who consistently greets the public with a smile, are ever friendly and polite, and work to have answers for your questions, to the professionals who greet and treat their clients like dear friends, it was a 10 out of 10 experience - both times. My special thanks to Tiffany and Lexi who took time to ( truly) listen to what I was asking ( including going through the pictures I had saved from the internet), evaluate my hair/ hair routine, and provide expert advice before a haircut and balayage that exceeded my expectations - the end result left me feeling younger and prettier! Looking forward to my next appointments at Prive!

I visit Orlando for work from NC and found this salon on Instagram. Wanting extensions for years and finally decided to get them in NC, but they were poorly installed. I had a good feeling about Veronica’s work based on her insta page and her experience with hand-tied method. As soon as I came into the salon, everyone had welcoming energy. The customer service is the next level and is the experience I was looking for (down to the yummy beverage choice and having lunch delivered for me) I’ve never enjoyed getting my hair done as much as I do at Privé Millenia. Ive never received so many compliments, and needless to say, I now visit Orlando for more than just work.

I got full highlights and a balayage done by Gabriella who was so incredibly sweet. I knew I was in good hands during our consultation and that she would make my hair look exactly as the picture I showed her. She answered all my questions and any concerns I had as well as advice I needed to take care of my hair since I had never gone this light before. Jay was also wonderful and gave me the perfect salon blowout look. I’ve gotten soo many compliments on my hair! Going from brunette to blonde was such a massive transformation for me and I’m so glad I chose Privé. I will for sure be coming back here, not only is this salon clean and proactive in following COVID guidelines but the staff made me feel so beautiful and welcome the entire time so I absolutely will recommend this to anyone who decides they want to do something with their hair.

BARBRA IS AMAZING. I needed a haircut but recently moved into this area after doing some research I decided to go with Privé. I am beyond happy and grateful Barbra was my stylist. She was first very beautiful, very personable not awkward at all for being a first client which I was a little nervous about. As she started to comb my curly hair she was very gentle and pristine. The lady that washed my hair gave me the best massage included into the hair wash. She was sweet and told me to relax. Barbra listened to exactly what I wanted and even more she straightened my hair perfectly even though I’ve only had it straightened 10 times ever in my life. Barbra was perfect highly recommend her. She was so sweet and a perfectionist.

Caitlin has this magical touch that just makes my hair look SO good.I recently got a perfect brunette blend balayage from her and its seriously the best color Ive ever had. She somehow managed to make my hair look so natural and effortless, which is perfect for me. And the highlights are just chefs kiss.But honestly, its not just about her technical skills, shes also just really fun to chat with.She just makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed - its like going to a spa day for your hair. And dont even get me started on the tea the salon offers. So I was concerned when I called for an appointment and was informed she was no longer with the salon. But I made an appointment with Tiffany instead. I definitely appreciate that she weighs on the side of caution and will go back and cut more if necessary. You can always chop more but you can’t bring it back. I’ve had plenty of terrible “scissor happy” hair cuts at other salons and left crying. So, Ireally appreciate her for being respectful and talented. Also, for being very thorough. She’s not a corner cutter, she completes the job. She cuts wet, then blows you out and cuts dry. I love the color Angelica created for me, and although she was booked for the day, Joanie was able to take care of me, because their record keeping is perfect and the staff communicates with each other so well, my color turned out beautifully, and Kennedy washed, blow-dried and styled my hair and my well-being and confidence is now back in order! I love PRIVE and have been coming back for years!

Love Raul! He’s an absolute magician with hair! I wish Privé would open a location in Lake Nona!However, there was one glaring issue I had today and that was waiting for the receptionist to even acknowledge my presence when I entered the salon and even approached the counter! She was on the phone, I’m assuming with someone business related, but did not acknowledge me for a full 7-8 minutes while I just stood there waiting. Eventually, it took an interruption by a gentleman who approached the counter to pay for his service and him noticing that I had been standing there waiting to be attended to, for the receptionist to end her call and get me situated for my appointment. This might have been an instance when they were understaffed, but they might want to consider training the receptionist to place the person on the phone on a brief hold and at least acknowledge the customer who has walked in and has been standing there for nearly 10 minutes! When you are paying nearly $200 for a haircut you do expect a certain level of service from beginning to end.

The lady washing my hair started to do a very light scalp massage, but it ended before I could take a second deep breath, so maybe 10-15 seconds. I was looking forward to that, so I was disappointed that it was over before I even realized she wasn’t just washing my hair. Otherwise a great place!

I had my hair done today and from the moment you walk in the atmosphere is so energetic and lively, and I was greeted by the owner who robed me and was so welcoming and easy to talk to. I interacted with a few people along the process and loved every single one of them but Leanne did my color and Wesley cut and styled my hair and both of them had the most personable and lovely personalities; I truly loved my experience so much with them both and can’t wait to come back and get styled by them again. Tbh I was very disappointed with my first visit to Prive. I chose to have my “low” lights done at this salon hoping for a flawless finish as expected my their reputation. I have dark brown hair and wanted a medium-light brown partial highlights. I showed my inspiration photo to colorist Taylor and she confirmed that I wanted a chocolatey deep subtle highlight. After the color process and gloss I sat with Louis for my trim and face framing (which was perfect). Seeing the result of my color as he dried my hair my heart sank. My highlights were far from subtle chocolate and instead were very much blonde! After bringing my dissatisfaction to Taylor’s attention her response was “I showed her multiple pictures that had blonde.” Which was far from the truth. I showed her the photo again and after a second gloss it was a few shades darker but after 5 hours and two babies at home I could not stay any longer for her to once more attempt my desired look. I rescheduled a redo and with the third attempt my desired finish was achieved. Taylor met my expectations and I love the look now it just sucked that I had to go in a second time. It’s hard to find time for myself with two under two at home let alone twice in a weeks time and I almost couldn’t find the strength for my redo after catching the flu. Needless to say it was not the experience I had expected but I’m thankful for Taylor’s apologetic efforts to give me what I wanted. Attached is the photo I presented and the first color result.

Her work BLEW me away it’s actually sooooo gorgeous. my mother was a hair hairdresser for over 30 years and owned a few salons along the way, even SHE was extremely impressed with Lexi’s work, as creating such a blended and beautifully dimensional balayage is quite challenging, hence why so many people have harsh unblended lines when they get theirs. Which is why i was having doubts, as anyone would, but im absolutely in love with my hair, that’s my new colorist here on out😚. Also Solei did my bouncy blowout afterwards and made me feel so confident. Both girls are sweethearts as well i DEFINITELY strongly recommend 🫶

Lizzy has been doing my hair for many years so when I moved to NC I tried to find someone as amazing as Lizzy but I couldnt so now I fly to Orlando for Lizzy to do my extensions from North Carolina! I loved this place! I have never gotten such an amazing service like the one I got at Prive Salon. I went to get a short Bob haircut, my hair was a mess! Wesley was my hairdresser and he is amazing!!! He is very accurate and professional, explained to me every single step he was going to do to achieve the haircut I desired, and the result was amazing, better than what I expected. Joanie is absolutely amazing at her work. My hair was severely ruined by a previous salon. Not only did she spend hours taking her time to do a color correction, highlighting and treatment but the highlights are beyond perfect. The lines are even no matter which way I put my hair. The color is perfect and it was all done without added damage. I’m glad after so many bad experiences I found the only person from here on out I will allow to touch my hair.

Amazing place!!I have been coming here since 2015 and will never go anywhere else!I’ve been getting my color done by Christie and my hair cuts by Marie.When I originally came to see Christie my hair was damaged from box dyes and had a horrible copper undertone. Over time she made my hair so healthy and beautiful that it completely changed the way I looked at my hair! I now go in for balayage and highlights and I couldn’t be happier! Christie is very realistic and will look at the pictures you want your hair to look like and explain how/if it is possible or not. I appreciate that she doesn’t overdue and knows when to stop! I love the way my hair is turning out and I can’t wait for my next appointment!I have gone to a few stylists but Marie is BY FAR my favorite. She pays so much attention to the little details that will make or break your haircut. I have never felt like she is in a rush or has something better to do. She really takes the time to make sure you are happy. She has nailed my haircut every single time I have gone in and I have never left disappointed!

I had the privilege of working with Julia this past weekend, and let me just start off by saying, I am EXTREMELY picky on who touches my hair. I have thin strands of hair that frizzes easily and is wavy, but I have A LOT of hair. It can be easily butchered, and it’s happened in the past with other stylists. I expressed my concern to Julia, and she took the time to examine my hair and walked me through what she was going to do with my hair. From the products she used, to the cut she gave me, all the way to the blow dry/style.. I could not be any happier with my hair!! She did SUCH an amazing job, and she went above and beyond on even suggesting what products I should use for my hair type and how to take care of it. She was easy to talk to, and made the entire experience very comfortable.. even with COVID-19 impacting your typical salon experience.I don’t normally leave reviews this lengthy.. but that’s how good she is!! She has a customer for life, I’m THAT impressed and I’ve only been to her ONCE. I’m so glad I finally found an amazing stylist in the Orlando area! All in all: I HIGHLY recommend Julia!!

Best salon in Orlando. I truly felt like a princess from the moment I walked in. The staff and their customer service was exceptional. I was greeted by the front desk staff and was asked if I wanted anything to drink. Then I was introduced to my stylist Luis (super professional and very friendly). We briefly spoke of what type of hair cut I wanted and he quickly introduced me to the sweet girl who was going to wash my hair. From beginning to end the entire staff at Privé we’re all wearing masks and were constantly cleaning. I will definitely come back again!!

I used the salon in winter park and milenia. Did not liked the parking situation in winter park but the salon in both locations are fabulous.I got hair color with Gabby: she is great, I loved the technique she use for bleaching my hair.I got Keratina with Wesley: he really took the time to understand my goals, and also did a fantastic job on my hair.I got a blow dry with Reggie Cabrera: his blow drying skills are fabulous. No burning, nor hair pulling, it was so smooth and my hair end it up looking on point. His work on instagram looks amazing too, can’t wait until he start offering more services in the salon.I have curly black hair but I wear it straight or with soft curls. I highly recommend these three employees.

Ive been going here for a while now. I see Gigi for my color and Jessica for my haircuts and I always love the results. Theyve both always made sure of what I wanted before coloring or cutting. I dont trust anyone else with my hair!All the staff are wonderful and attentive and Im always offered something to drink (they have water, coffee, mimosas, and more). The place is always clean and I usually see the floors swept several times over the course of a single visit (1-3 hours).

This review is for a Deva Cut. I have very fine curls and I’ve experienced a number of bad haircuts, both Deva and regular. I booked this appointment because the website said they offered Deva Cuts so I figured I’d give it a try.When I arrived, everyone had masks on and the receptionist took my temperature. The salon was busy but clean. I had to wait about 15 minutes (but I got there about 15 minutes early) so the stylist was pretty on time, which was refreshing (I feel like this never happens at hair salons).My stylist was Alexis and she was EXCELLENT! I told her exactly what I wanted, she showed me what she was thinking and how short she’d cut my curls, and that was that. I didn’t even need to show her any pictures. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it to be, which never happens for me! She totally nailed it. On top of that, she was super knowledgeable about curly hair and how to care for it, so I learned some things as well.Overall, I am super satisfied with my haircut, this is the best haircut I’ve had in years. I absolutely recommend girls with curly hair schedule and appointment with Alexis. I will definitely be going back!

She knows my hair, my likes and dislikes and gives me her honest advice and I so appreciate that as I always leave there feeling like a million bucks. I’ve never once left not loving my cut. She is beyond talented and I just love my visits with Lizzie!Christie is my colorist and I typically get reds or coppers which, in the past with other colorists, has been hard; not Christie! Loved it! Definitely my favorite hair salon. They greet you with such a warm welcome and the environment is so inviting. If you ever want to cut your hair let Danielle do it, she gives you a straight up consultation and advice towards the styling. She is constantly checking up on you to make sure that what you are getting is what you want. And if you want the best hair wash in the world, Melanie is your girl! You get your hair washed binge watching Chanel fashion shows with calming music. Besides my hair having a glow up, the service was amazing! Plus, the cashier, Vini left me with a even bigger smile. I went to Privé salon yesterday for the first time to get balayage and a hair cut. Michael, who colored my hair, was nothing short of incredible! He was so kind and patient and was constantly making sure that he was doing exactly what I had asked for. He was very friendly and personable and made me feel so comfortable!! Michael did an amazing job and left me speechless! It’s everything I wanted and so much more. After I was done with the balayage I went over to Veronica’s station for the hair cut. Veronica’s kindness and warmth immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was very patient and was determined to give me a hair cut that I would love. Both the cut and style were perfect! When everything was done I couldn’t believe it was me in the mirror! I have never dyed my hair before and let me tell you, I was in a state of shock when I saw the finished product! Absolutely incredible. This salon and it’s stylists 100% deserve even more than the 5 stars I have given them! If you have not made an appointment yet with Michael and Veronica, just do it. You will not regret it!
