I have been going here for months now! I have never loved a salon the way I love this one. The staff is amazing and friendly, the environment is great. I highly recommend Brittany to everyone. She has done an amazing job developing and shaping up my shag hairstyle. She always listens and is so creative and informative about hair care and upkeep. And she is just overall amazing! I always leave feeling confident and with healthy hair. The pricing here is very fair and competitive to other places I have either been to or heard about in the Orlando area.

I’m obsessed! I was visiting from two hours away and happened to stop in to see if anyone could take me for a color correction, cut and blowout! I was shocked when they could and I’m so glad I stopped in. Bianca was honest, informative, and very professional. She put the health of my hair above everything else but still gave me the results I was hoping for!! Emily was super sweet and made me feel so at home! The receptionists were also amazing. I had color, curly cut, and style with LilyAnna today. She was fantastic! She listens, discuses options, and is very good with curls! Having curls herself, she gets it. She simply explained the products she was using and why. I did a lot of reading reviews and looking at various salons. You will spend money, yes, but everyone there was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been to several different salons in the Orlando area over the past few years and have never had the connection with a stylist as I’ve had with Danielle. She is simply the best! Danielle is simply the best! I moved to Florida almost 7 years ago and I was stressed about finding a new stylist here. This has been my ‘go to’ salon for forever because it’s simply the BEST! I highly recommend LAUREN who has been doing my hair for years. She turned my hair from bleached and damaged into healthy blond bombshell. She does my extensions, color and blow dry and is truly a master of her craft, and the nicest person ever! The staff at the salon is amazing, and I love the location!

Definitely recommend coming here to get your hair done. It’s been so long since I’ve had a good experience getting my hair done. The service is spectacular, everyone is so kind and makes sure you have whatever you need (even drinks and snacks). My hair stylist was Maddasun and she was amazing, coming in I was pretty nervous, but I got really comfortable with her pretty fast. She has a great personality and her hair styling skills are phenomenal. She gave me the exact cut I want (it’s been so long since someone’s listened to what I’ve wanted) and even helped me talk about some ways to style it, I loved it. She was also able to add the tape in extensions to my really short cut and she did my mom and sisters hair with extensions as well. The hair came out beautifully will definitely be coming back 10/10 do recommend.

Highly recommend! Prior to visiting, My hair had been unprofessionally bleached and was super dry, damaged, and stringy. The color was also all over the place because of previous box dye. I called the salon in a panic and Lisa answered. She was incredibly kind and helped me get an appointment that same day. I remember her saying “We’re going to do everything we can to help you.” And They certainly did! My stylist was Brittany and she was amazing! I walked into the salon expecting to just dye it darker but Brittany was confident she could fix it and keep the color as light as possible so that the bleach and subsequent damage wasn’t for nothing. My hair feels and looks 100x better. I will definitely be going back!

I’m VERY particular about my hair and this is the ONLY salon that I go to get my hair done. I’ve been to this location several times and the atmosphere and staff are hard to beat. The reason I’m writing this review, in particular, is to give a shout out to the receptionist, Jasmine, who was so kind, personable, and sweet to me over the phone. She helped me book my upcoming appointment, answered any questions I had, and understood my own needs as a client. I’m so looking forward to my next visit at this location because she personalized my booking based off of my needs and wishes. She even remembered who I was after a previous phone call several days prior and said she would hopefully be working the day of my appointment to professionally meet me as a client of Salon Dulay. I hope Jasmine is recognized for her outstanding service and dedication to the clients that come to this location.

I had such a lovely experience at Salon Dulay in Dr. Phillips; it exceeded my expectations. I lived in Minnesota for many years (where AVEDA is headquartered). I always frequented AVEDA salons, and I am used to the quality and service offered at AVEDA salons. Salon Dulay surpassed every experience I have had. The quality of service was consistent during all of my interactions at the salon, from the person who answered the phone (Lisa, I think), to the colorist (Alexis, who did an AMAZING job with my color), and Janee (who cut and styled my hair).It was my birthday month and they gave me a lovely gift beautifully wrapped, set me up with a desk to work while I got my color done, and checked on me MANY times to see if I wanted another drink or snacks. And, what Im truly impressed with is that this is a team that takes pride in offering excellent service, they enjoy what they do, and it shows. When I checked out, it was no different. As Fendi walked me to the door I felt like this was my salon of many years, even though it was my first visit. I happened to be visiting Orlando, and decided to see if they had an opening for a cut and color.My color was perfect, my hair still looks fabulous, and I visited in October. I am so glad I found Salon Dulay. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful experience!

I absolutely love Salon Dulay. It’s easily the nicest salon I’ve been to after living in Florida for 6+ years. The stylists are super talented and friendly - I get I-tip and k-tip extensions, which require a long appointment and I always feel like the other stylists and owners are invested in and excited to see the end results. My stylist, Danielle, is insanely talented and easy to talk to. I always walk out feeling beautiful and refreshed, and she ensures that I’m happy every step of the way. She never pushes the products they sell on me but is very knowledgeable about why certain ingredients and processes are helpful (I have oily hair and she suggested not conditioning the roots, which has helped a LOT). She also ensures that I know how to recreate the styles she does on my hair so I can look just as good between appointments. The Salon itself is beautiful and the front desk employees are friendly and always ensure they offer me a complimentary water/coffee/snack. My husband also goes here and loves how they tailor his hair cut to be exactly what he needs (he likes long hair but is a mechanic and needs it out of his face). Between the two of us, we get a broad range of services and I’ve loved all the results! I can’t recommend Salon Dulay or Danielle enough - easily the best and most welcoming salon I’ve been to in Florida!

I was able to confidently send my 16-year-old daughter to the salon to receive her first highlights as she wanted purple in her hair. After her consultation with Chasity they decided on a money piece which was expertly lifted and purpleized while maintaining the health of my daughters young hair. Now when she puts it up in a ponytail she can see all this purple around her and of course has gorgeous purple framing her money piece aka face. Not only did my daughter leave loving her hair she loved the experience where she was treated like a queen. As the mom I appreciate her receiving a phone call to confirm we were okay with the price.Update: about 4 weeks later we reglazed the purple and this time went a little darker!

I had my first appointment at this salon last week and I’m so happy I did. Danielle did a great job at listening to what I wanted and my hair came out exactly as I had asked for. She told me what the total price would be and made sure I was good with it before proceeding so there was no surprise when I went to pay. She was very easy to talk to which made the appointment fly by. I was surprised by the extra spa type parts of the appointment like relaxing music during hair washing, hand/arm massage and warm towel on the head. I’ve really struggled to find a good salon in Orlando and I’m so glad I found this one!

Not only did the extremely friendly receponist fit me in last minute but he went out of his way to be patient and through. He scheduled me with Jamilla. What a wonderful experience all around. She knew exactly what my hair needed. I left feeling renewed and so happy. My color was fantastic and exactly what I wanted. She gave me a beautiful cut and recommended the best treatments for my hair type. I live quite a ways away but will go back just to see her. I have been to a lot of stylist and she did phenomal work. Went for the Princess Experience while on vacation. It was 44 dollars and they did her nails, makeup and her hair. They gave her the wand, clips and crown. Everyone was friendly, the salon was spotless and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I don’t write reviews but I had to do one today. I had an appointment to get a hair makeover. When I stop in for my appointment it was going to be rescheduled for another day because of someone being out sick. I told the ladies that this my only day off. They went out of the way to have another stylist see me. Brittany was amazing! I told her what I needed done and she did a fantastic job. What a sweet and professional stylist! I would recommend this salon to anyone. Thank you to the staff and especially Brittany for the wonderful service.

I’m not someone who writes reviews but I had one of the best experiences that I have in a really long time. Since I came to America every time I went for a haircut I had a bad experience especially with her coloring. I came to the salon with doubt that I might still not get what I want. My hairstylist Maddison did a FABULOUS job!!!!! It was my first time today. I told her about my insecurities and she took my consultation very seriously and helped me understand my hair type and gave me a fresh new haircut that I absolutely am in love with. I have never left a Hair Salons so confident in a really long time. I am definitely going to come back to her to get my hair done every single time and I know that she’s going to have my best interest at heart.

Absolutely adore this place! The name has changed a few times, but the reason I love it hasnt. The salon is beautiful and sells lots of fantastic smelling Aveda Products. Its easy to call an they an appointment, whether you have a favorite stylist or not. The staff is incredibly personable and highly skilled, I have never had a bad haircut from here in the 10 years Ive been going.But what really makes this place fantastic is the shampoo room, like a spa experience with lounge chairs, calming music, aromatherapy, and the best scalp massage of your life before your lead to the stylists chair for your service.By the time your hair is washed and youve had your first few sips of the complimentary wine, youre guaranteed to melt in the chair.

Love getting my hair done at Salon Dulay! I have been going to Cristina for the past couple of months, and every time I leave I always love what she does with my hair, and cant wait to come back. She is a master with blondes! I have very thick and long hair and never feel rushed. She takes the time to manage my mane and also provides advice for keeping it healthy. The staff is always courteous and I would recommend this salon to any of my family and friends!

I have never had a bad experience at an Aveda salon and this is no exception. I’ve been seeing Alexis for about a year now and my hair has never felt healthier. Not only does it always look great when I leave the salon, but Alexis has a huge heart and is so fun to talk to. I grew up hating getting my hair cut but Aveda salons have really turned it around because it’s a full luxury experience, not just a haircut. I’m following Alexis to the Mills location but I have no doubt that one will be equally fantastic.

I found Cristina (insta: cristinajoyhair) after a botched hair incident in December of 2018. She completely fixed my hair & we have gotten to a point now where shes basically a mind reader with what I want. I leave every appointment feeling confident, beautiful and in LOVE with my hair. Everyone at the salon is extremely friendly from the moment you step in the door. I even got my mom to fly down from NJ to get her hair done here! WE LOVE IT! Also they do a Disney CM discount, which is such a great perk and one of the reasons I keep going back.
