A very nice salon. Great services! Best shampoo/massage Ive ever had. Thanks Ebony! And she is so very kind. From the moment I stepped in there it was a nice experience. Prices fair for a high-end salon. Of course you can add on more to your services. You can check them on on their website for pricing on most things.Thanks Bianca for trying to help me through a bad hair cut (which will take a couple or 3 more visits as it grows out) The other salon is not in this area.

I always visit this salon when I’m in town, Jen always does my hair because she is the best at what she does and has been doing my hair for as long as I can remember. Just enjoyed a fabulous experience with Jen. I was looking for a super short pixie and she did just that. She is incredibly skilled with both the clippers and scissors. As a surprise treat, I also received a complimentary hand and arm massage while the conditioner did its thing. What a treat! I highly recommend this salon!

Best experience EVER. The last time I had my hair professionally coloured was 10years ago (elsewhere) and I left scarred, from damage and disappointment… Fortunately, coming here and working with Matthew Callahan and Madalyn,, they completely put my fears to rest. Extremely motived in aligning his goals with the client, and made sure to do everything in his power to ensure expectations matched results. There, i was offered complimentary drinks and snacks for my own comfort. I would absolutely recommend Matthew and this salon to all of my loved one and those dear to me, without hesitation. One of the best salon experiences. Talk about being pampered! They were able to get me a haircut appointment the day of. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if I would like a refreshment or snack. Once my stylist came up (I only waited maybe 2 min) she was very nice and listened to exactly what I wanted. Where do I begin? This place is amazing.I saw the stylist Mikinzi today and Shes a phenomenal stylist! It doesnt take long to realize she truly is an expert in her field. I like details and she was really so patient with me as She walked me through the entire process and helped me figure out what treatment will work best for what Im looking for. Shes also very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. 10/10 recommend her!All the other staff at Salon Dulay are exceptional as well! Because of what I was getting done, I was there for a few hours and they checked on me and asked if theres anything I needed, snacks, drinks, you name it, they have it. Truly a wonderful experience at this salon!

I would like to give them a 1,000 stars for unmatched talent, professional and over and above customer service. The salon is unequivocally one of the most most well kept and totally geared to the customer comfort from the offering of champagne, little nibbles to actual fresh beverages of any sort. The talent is remarkable, the staff, on point and with smiles all around. My stylist, Ali, surpasses anyone that’s come before her!! What more can I say?? The whole salon and their hospitality rock!!

The best/sweetest hair dresser at this location by far is Lauren! She really listens to what you want and is awesome at what she does. Every time I’ve had my hair done with her has been fun and fabulous. The products are pricey but they are good quality- the only thing I wish they did at this location like they do at others are the hand/arm massages.

Everyone was super friendly and it was very easy to book my appointment. If you like Aveda products, then this salon is definitely worth checking out. The service is phenomenal. They were able to fit me in same day for a trim. My stylist was Angel, and she was simply amazing. The scalp massage was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep on the chair. She then trimmed and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted. It truly is a pampering experience. And I like that first time clients get $20 off (check their website for more info).

Today was my first time at Salon Delay. Mikinzi is amazing! She did a great job coloring my hair :) She is super nice and kind. 100% recommended. I was supposed to get my hair cut as well but the person who was going to do it had a family emergency and had to leave. I had to reschedule my hair cut. It was a bummer but anyone can have an emergency and I understand it. They offered 50% off when I come back for my hair cut because of the inconvenient. Thats what I call great customer service! :)

Sandy provided exactly what this blonde needed to spice things up! Amanda and Lexi became pros when it came to learning the extension application techniques. Update: went to Salon Dulay on Mills in Orlando location- it’s the best place to get your hair done right now! their Windermere location is all booked up. Orlando salon is brand new, super clean, and super professional!Story time: Went to Salon Dulay on Mills in Orlando today to get my hair color corrected from purple to blonde! An impossible task you might think, but nothing is impossible for the lovely, talented hair stylists at this new location!!! My stylist took great care of me the entire time. This was a long process and she was upfront with me the whole time about what treatments she was going to do and how long it would take. She even offered to complete the highlighting process in another session to ensure my full satisfaction. I’m so pleased with the results just from today- my hair looks, feels, and smells amazing! I think their location on Mills is Orlando’s best kept secret right now, since their other salon is completely booked up. Go get ya hair did (and request Mariah if you want the girl who did my hair!)

Amazing experience. Upon arrival I was warmly greeting and offered a complimentary water (regular or sparking) or soda. I was promptly taken back to begin my service. I had been wanting to do balayage for some time and finally decided to book. I showed my colorist, Cristalis, some photos of what I wanted. I have very dark brown hair that was virgin at the time. She was upfront about what to expect since my hair was so dark and still virgin. She asked all the right questions to ensure my color came out exactly how I pictured it. She made sure to explain each part of the process as she went along. Cristalis was very pleasant and made conversation throughout. My favorite part of the whole experience was definitely the final shampoo. It was like a mini spa experience. Warm towels and aromatherapy paired with a hand and arm massage (she did use gloves for covid safety). Id come back for just a shampoo if I could lol. She blow dried and styled my hair beautifully. I was receiving compliments all day on how great my hair looked. She really did such an amazing job. I would not hesitate to recommend her or book again!

If youre thinking about going to this salon, just do it! This salon goes above and beyond! Im incredibly happy that this will be my new AVEDA salon. The online booking offers lots of options. The front desk is incredibly kind and helpful. It made my day that they offered me a welcome beverage... I was in a huge need of coffee (lol). I had my hair done with Tori and my hair came to life!
