I haven’t been to a SuperCuts in probably 15 years give to take some. The moment I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Annette. She informed me that there was a bit of a wait and to sign in and they would call me when they had someone available or I could wait in their lobby. When it was my time she called me over to do a consult, mind you I really had no idea what I want to do with my hair I just know I wanted to color change and to try to get rid of my grays or blend them. She listened to me and made amazing suggestions, she even consulted with her team members. They all 3 worked as a team to come up with a great option for what I wanted !! I was super impressed. And that was very tentative communicating along the way she was also very sweet and very kind. She did an amazing job and I am very happy with the outcome.

GREAT PLACE!! Our whole family came in just recently. Ivette did a awesome job for my hair with platinum highlights. I have fine hair and am very particular about my blond color! She did an awesome job listening to me and it came out exactly the way I wanted it to! Sandy (hes a guy) cut my husbands hair and my two teens hair. All 3 of them loved their haircuts and that is not an easy thing to accomplish in our house! The new owner introduced himself and made sure we were happy with everything. You can tell they care about customers and want people to have a good experience. Thanks, and we will be back!!

It’s ok, I like the other Lake Nona location better but they closed. I had a cut and color, it took about an hour and 1/2. Went home dried my hair and had to come back because the layers were nothing but two lines.They are very nice and it’s always helpful to call before going so that they can put you in the waiting list.———————-Today 3/26/23, I went back to this location. Had an appointment for 10 am, I left at 11 am and the doors never opened. Very disappointed.Later today the owner called me to apologize. Something happened, miscommunication and they were not able to open today. I appreciate him calling._______Today, 4/29, I went back and had an amazing experience. Ivette was so professional and her work is more than excellent.I am never leaving her.

It was my first time and I drove over an hour as my friend has been coming to this locationfor years! She advised I book with Olga. I have been with the same stylist for 10 years. So I was nervous but as mine moved I had to give this a try.. Lol.. all I have to say is AMAZING!!! She was so welcoming, put me at ease, even let me order lunch as I waited for my color to set! **UPDATE** The owner contacted me and apologized for the interaction. I went back and had an appointment with Olga. She is amazing. I would recommend making an appointment with her. I absolutely love the color and it was exactly what I was looking for. I would give 5 stars if the initial interaction never happened. Ill be back and will make sure I make the appt with Olga**I had the worst experience at this location today. I had made an appt and since it was my first time, I did not chose a stylist. The manager was angry and rude to me from the time I walked in the door - I was 20 minutes early since I was new and wasnt sure what I needed to do to check in. She yelled from the back do you have an appt several times and continued to yell at me what time even as the nice stylist asked if I was Lisa and I said yes. I felt bad for the stylist that was working with her as she seemed nice. Anyway, after waiting a bit the manager decided she wanted to work on a walk-ins hair that arrived while I was waiting and not mine and basically told me it was my fault bec I had not chosen a stylist when I made the reservation. At that time, I had enough from her and said Ill make this easy for you, I dont like you or how you are treating me so Im leaving. I wont be coming back to this location or any other SuperCuts. I hope others read this review and stay away from this location as well. Not that it matters, but I also notified there corporate office. Maybe that will initiate a change in the way she treats future new customers.

Moved to this area about 4 months ago, saw Supercuts as I was going to Publix, and decided to give it a try. Due to unknowingly having Iron deficiency anemia for several years, my hair had fallen a lot and was damaged, burnt like. I was taken as a walk-in, helped that the place was empty, and was given options on how to make the best of my visit. Ivette took care of me and gave me a layered shorter cut to remove the bad hair as much as possible and still be left w shoulder-length hair. She also guided me on what to do to make my hair healthier. I like my new hairstyle, she did an awesome job and I will come back to her.

Supercuts has gotten really greedy. I have very little hair to cut,I just dont like to shave my head. So 17.99 was a shocker!!!!! 😢 For a full haircut I guess people dont mind paying that. No customer service can overcome that price when youre in my shoes. Im used to either a coupon or max 12.99 @ great clips. They must have like just, just opened because you could tell they werent sure what was going on. Very nice people just need to work out the kinks and train some more. The 2 stars is really about the price and not the people. Update: new owner replied and not fair to judge having not been back. Good luck with the biz Chris!
