    Had the best customer service ever. My stylist named Gena sat down with me and explained the best way to color correct my hair to achieve a beautiful red hair. Throughout the entire lengthy process she kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay and needed anything. I am very satisfied with her work and will be coming back.

    Got my hair done by Ramona. I got Bora Bora knotless braids. There’s very few braiders in Ulta’s. But I was lucky to have found her! She’s so professional, and meticulous with her craft! 4 weeks later and my braids are still pristine! If you’re looking for quality braids at a reasonable price, Ramona at Ulta Beauty in Millenia is your person!!!

    My daughter got her hair done here for her 18th birthday & everyone was so nice to her and the hairdresser did a awesome job. Im not sure why people post what skin color they are when they have troubles these days, but its not necessary. Always throwing that race card in on irrelevant things is pathetic.

    The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I had my hair color, treatment and cut by GINA in the salon. She was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job on my hair. She knew exactly what to do without damaging it further. I was very grateful. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain what she was doing step by step. I will definitely continue to get my hair done by her. The prices were very reasonable.

    I made a stop into Ulta to refresh my day to day face make up (my personal inventory was embarrassingly way too old).Anisa assisted me and was just so pleasant and knowledgeable. She helped me get color matched and was completely on point with my skin tone/under- tones. She was able to match me up on the first try.I really appreciated her help and patience since I really had no direction.

    Bought a lot of makeup and some skincare. Asked for help with a few items, they were all very helpful and friendly. Had to return some because some items didn’t work for me and it was no problem at all. Store is brand new and clean. Well stocked! If I need anything else, I won’t hesitate to go back!

    Called and got a same day appointment for haircoloring services, which was amazing! My stylist was Aida and she was such a professional and kind person! She treated my hair with such care and professionalism. Gave me great advice and made sure everything was to my standard and liking. She really created a miracle from the state my hair was in. The results were beautiful and I am beyond happy! Will be seeing her again for my follow up for sure! You rock Aida!

    Austin and Shelly were so awesome! Austin helped me match my makeup perfectly with Dermablend and he got the job done within minutes! Shelly was very helpful as well. The cashier was nice. Everything was just amazing about my experience in this store! Thank you everyone!

    Everyone from the associates to the manager were so helpful. In the future I might come to this location over the Dr Phillips one. Shelly helped me right away and was so sweet. Mila was amazing and helped me pick out some amazing skincare products. She really knows what shes talking about. To top everything off I had Janay at the register helping me out. She introduced me to some makeup I had never seen! She helped me pick out the perfect gift and was so patient. I would definitely just drive to this location instead.

    Went to the salon at Ulta today & it was a great experience! The stylist, Alex, was friendly, knowledgeable, & listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. She did a great job! The store itself is bright & easy to navigate. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Definitely one of my favorite places to go!

    Been here a total of 2 times ever since they changed locations. The store in this new location is definitely bigger. One of the biggest Ultas Ive been to. Customer service is great and selection of products is immense. Tends to get busy so try to shop during the week.

    I have been getting my hair done by Yami for a few years. At this point, she pretty much tells me what I want, which shows how much she knows her stuff and remembers what I like. There is no trust like coming in to your hair appointment and saying “Just do what you want”. I get compliments from other hairdressers and random people all the time (obviously from family and friends too). She is incredibly kind and professional with her clients and coworkers. Her blowouts are amazing and they last FOREVER, despite my kinda greasy scalp. I also love being able to walk around the store while my color is processing.

    Mikayla helped me a lot in finding a new foundation color, and I really appreciated it. I havent worn foundation in a few years since switching too remote working. (Cameras never picking up on stuff the way up close in person would). My coloring was always tricky and changed a lot from staying inside the past few years. I was overwhelmed and asked for a bit of help and Mikayla was awesome. Thanks.

    This is the second time Liced do my hair and is just perfect !! I come for roots and refresh because after 3 months the color is exactly like the beginning! She is magical ! .     I had an amazing signature cut with Liced at the salon. She listened to what my hair goals were and was knowledgeable on how to best to achieve it with my hair texture. She also offered educated product suggestions based on how I typically style and what my hair needed.I will definitely be back to see her, I found my stylist!

    Im not one to write reviews but I do feel that recognition is deserving of Crystal Maury at the Ulta at Millenia. Crystal has been doing my hair for years now and I have gladly followed her when she has transferred Ulta salon locations. Her work is consistently phenomenal and she always goes above and beyond for her clients. Shes a great listener and extremely detail oriented which means I always leave happy. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been and we lighten it regularly...she knows exactly what to do to keep my blonde looking fresh, natural and gorgeous. Crystal is an all around amazing and very positive person which makes my appointments enjoyable. I actually look forward to going to them to see her. You always go there knowing youre going to leave a happy and satisfied client.

    I have been getting my hair cut at the salon by Liced for a while. She is AMAZING, my hair comes out perfectly every single time and I get so many compliments. If you dont know which stylist to chose I definitely recommend Liced. She makes me feel comfortable and we always have good conversation. She is super talented and very professional!

    Great selection of high end and drug store items as well as tools. A friend gets her eyebrows done at one location and is very happy. Usually a good amount of items to sample. Bring your wallet, you are sure to find many things you want to take home!

    Elizabeth does a great job with my hair! Shes always honest about what she thinks I should or shouldnt do and is very caring and patient! Dylan always does my brows at the Brow Bar and she is the best! She is fast and always makes my brows look perfect. I love this store all around and highly recommend.

    I had a bad racial experience with the staff at an Ulta store back in my home state of Maryland about 3 years ago, so I was hesitant about supporting this company ever again. However I recently visited this location in Orlando and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Would visit again 🙂

    The first time I tried an Ulta salon I wasnt thrilled about the prospect. I thought it was going to be a half a step up from those well known cheap hair salon franchises. I was wrong and have been a faithful customer for more than 5yrs. Having curly/unruly hair means I have to ask a lot of questions before I allow someone near my hair with their tools. However, both places Ive been loyal customers have directed me to the right stylist who was not just good but comfortable cutting/stylying curly hair. The prices are more than fair and I always recommend Ulta when people ask.

    Went to the Benefit Brow bar for the first time and wasnt really sure what to expect since my eyebrows are so light. I got the eyebrow wax and tint service, the price was great and the service was amazing! I highly recommend! Ask for Dylann..she did an incredible job!

    Liced did a wonderful job on my hair! She transformed my hair into the exact color I’ve been wanting. She was able to sit down with me during the consultation and carefully listen to what I wanted and explained the whole process to me along with giving tips and advice for my hair! She made the inspo picture I showed her come to reality! 10/10 recommend going to Liced!

    What can I say about this store and everybody that works there. I love this place and the fact they care about Brazilians to have somebody that speaks portuguese and always happy to help. I went to the store and they had a nice event going on with people taking care of your skin and treating you uniquely. The Tula products is already making some changes in my life. I am very excited to take care of myself and have some moments for that. If you need anything please look for Samantha. She is kind and always has a smile, she provides amazing service with great knowledge of the products available. Thank you for helping me change the way of taking care of myself!

We also had so much fun! “ What is your best side? - Me: This one - She gently pull my hair for the opposite side and then “ Oh no, never mind” . 😂😂 We dying laughing , definitely not my best side. If you hair stylist don’t make you laugh or smile so don’t even bother. I highly recommend her. ❤️ not just bc I work with her but also she’s amazing person and a great profissional.     Im not one to write reviews, however, I gauge my purchase or service on the reviews written by others. Not from the area I read the previous reviews as I needed a haircut and a color touchup. I decided to go with Ashley Pratt. I could not be happier! She was very helpful with a new hair style along with my hair color. My husband loves the new cut and have received compliments from others. When I return next year I will be seeing Ashley again.

    Great place to buy cosmetics. Last month I went there for a Estee Lauders event. Samantha is a promoted who helped me and also my friends during all event. She was really kind and helpful. I got really good deals and amazing products for everything that was nedded. She also speaks portuguese, so for all brazilian nedding help and good deals, look for her.

    The only reason I go into ulta is to get my haircut by literally the only person I trust with my hair, and that is Ashley Pratt. Every other person in Orlando has no idea what to do with the mop on my head but without even saying a word, Ashley cuts it and styles it to perfection which is an amazing quality for me. She always styles my girlfriends hair and she comes out beautiful every time and I appreciate all the hard work she does to make both of us look good.

Makeup is the was to good specially if you were to accidentally missed on a big important date *hint hint* like a date night, wedding anniversary or just those memorable moments.     Ive have had nothing but problems at other places getting my eyebrows done. A friend referred me to ultas brow benefit and im so glad she did. Dylan is absolutely a dream at shaping and consulting for eyebrows. I walked in with step sisters for eyebrows and came out with youtube twins. I could not be happier with the miracle she accomplished on my face ..As long as Dylan stays there . they have a new client for life . Thank you Dylan for making me love my eyebrows again .
