I have been going to Josefina for the last 3 years and she is one of the few stylists I trust to do my hair. There are so few stylists that can cut/style curly hair, plus do a natural blonde color, but Josefina always executes on both! Also I got a blowout for the first time from her, which I was also super pleased with.

Josefina has been doing my hair for 8 years now and she is the BEST. Josefina is so thoughtful, kind, and most importantly she continuously evolves and takes classes to learn new skills/techniques/practice with new products despite having many years of experience. She’s very easy to get along with and always keeps the client’s happiness and hair health as top priority!! She is a gem and worth a visit especially if you are blonde - that’s one of her specialties!! Also she’s great with “fantasy color” - she’s a great stylist to go to for both regular hair color maintenance or if you want a pop of fun color 💕

Maria is THE best stylist!! I have been going to her for almost 2 years now and there is no one else I trust more with my hair. I live in Washington, D.C. now for school, but I ALWAYS stop by Ulta and see Maria for a haircut when I am in town visiting home because she is THAT good! Incredibly friendly, personable, and a talented hair stylist. I cannot recommend her enough!!

I had a great first time haircut/style with Cassandra over at Ulta Beauty today. She took her time to make sure my hair was well cut, and pampered AND looked like the reference photo I showed her :) overall, I liked that she helped explain what I could do technique wise to achieve a nice stylish look with my new cut at the end of my appointment. In these tight economical times, my family is trying to be more practical. For my moms birthday, I asked her what she wanted, instead of trying to give her a gift that I thought shed like. She wanted an item from this store. I have never been here in my life. Upon entering the building my first impression was that it was very clean and shiny.. nothing seemed out of place. There was plenty of staff. I was greeted by two or three ladies, and one of them took me right to where I needed to go to purchase my item. I was in and out in 10 minutes thank God cuz this is definitely a womans haven.. great for them, not for me lol,l but 100% kudos for the business, its representation, and its image....everything was perfect inside. Very impressive, keep up the great work.

My kind of place to shop. I was there a couple of days ago, and Kayla helped me with finding a foundation. She was so sweet, kind, patient, and explained things in detail. I was then helped by Patricia with other products, and she was amazing as well. She was also very patient and recommended products suitable for me. She spent over an hour with me and gave me her full attention.Vanessa, oh Vanessa. Ulta wouldnt be Ulta without her. Shes such a great asset to the company and always goes above and beyond with not just me but also with everyone she comes in contact with. Her expertise, patience, and friendliness come a long way!This is my place to shop...can spend hours there.

This Ulta store is the best. My daughter had a blow out and flat ironed by stylist Kelisha this past weekend and it was awesome. Manager Vanessa was super nice and hooked my daughter up. Kelisha provided great info on how to care for my daughters hair type and was super nice. I would recommend this store and Kelisha to everyone. We had a great experience!

Came in for a haircut with Josefina. She is literally the sweetest person! Her smile is so infectious and she’s a great hairstylist as well. She has over 20 years experience and loves what she does. Most stylist rush the hair washing part of the service. Josefina made it so relaxing and took her time which I appreciated so much. I showed her pictures of how I wanted my hair style and she listened and did exactly what I asked for! I will definitely return to have her do my hair again.

I went in looking for a new moisturizer and sunscreen as I have just moved to here from out of state and my skin was tragic. I spoke with Rachel (i think she’s a manager per her name tag) and she was so sweet and helpful. She answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of different price points to choose from. I ended up going with the peach and lily starter set and after using it last night and this morning, I can already feel a difference. Also grabbed Blue Lizard facial sunscreen per her recommendation and i love it as well. Thank you so so much Rachel!! Also, i love your hair, it’s so pretty!!

We lost our makeup artist for our wedding and decided to do our own makeup looks. We took the money we would spend on an artist and spent it on higher quality makeup. Julia F. spent over an hour with us, helping us figure out what works best, what to use, how to apply it, did tests on us and really helped hold our hands through the whole process. We were very well taken care of by her and the makeup she recommended us worked perfectly for our wedding day. Thank you so much for helping us Julia!

This was a while back but I, wrote her name down because she went above and beyond to help me find a product within a certain range and that product had just gotten off the promotion price to regular pricing (if I remember correctly), the label of promotion was still there, so she price matched it and even gave me the last gift that was with the promotion (beauty blender). Christmas shopping for my sister and her request was a few products from Ulta 🤦‍♂️ ( why not an alternator for your car sis ) 😂 . From entering the store the staff was very friendly and welcoming , I was asked a few times if I needed any assistance but trying to be a typical guy I said “no I was fine thank you” . After walking around and not knowing what I really was looking for, which by the way this store was very clean and well organized with lots of product , I gave in and asked a sales lady (Ariara) for some assistance. I explained what I was looking for and she was very patient, attentive and understanding to my needs. She showed me what my sister requested and also gave some recommendations on other products that my sister would like as well. Thank you Ariara, you was great in helping me and I would recommend anyone reading this to see her when going to this store.

I was a Mother’s Day last minute shopper. You would think because of how busy they were, that they would not be able to give you the individual service you wished for. But I was wrong. Left and right I saw employees asking customers if there was anything they needed help in searching for items. Cynthia helped me locate the last few perfume bottles of Chanel I had little expectation of finding. It really made my day and I am thankful for workers like her, and everyone on that store on this day was extremely helpful.

So for years Ive been into skin care and all things beauty lol but Ive always been intimidated by these types of stores thinking every customer in there will be outrageously gorgeous and the prices outlandish, and the staff too pushy. But today I walked in and was very pleasantly surprised! The staff was fantastic, asked if they could help me (which I wasnt expecting), didnt try to pressure me into buying and when they didnt have what I looking for, ordered it for me right then and there. The final straw for me was getting a notice just a few hours later that my order had already shipped! The price I paid in the store didnt have a noticable markup compared to what I would have paid online, plus shipping was free and even faster than Amazon lol. Again, shoutout to the staff, you guys worked effortlessly as a team, and the store was very well kept! Excellent!

Love love love this store!!! It’s like a supermarket for all things beauty. You can use coupons and/or platinum rewards to get discounts on most things. The staff are knowledgeable about beauty products and you can sample most things. And when you spend a certain amount you’ll get a free gift. I love that you also get a percentage off and an extra birthday gift too!!

I highly recommend her for you curly-haired peeps! She was really sweet, patient, and explained so many tips for my 3b curls. She gave me the cutest curly bangs and layered my hair to build volume with my curls. I love love LOVE the look!!

Though I do really like the things they sell it can be pretty pricey and when you compare the same products they have that other stores also carry like Walmart you notice the big difference in price changes and in all truth I would rather pay less. Lol Now I still would go to Ulta cause what can I say its just has so many cute things!!

Love the facials!!! Went in for special occasion makeup for my 12 year old and didnt realized they had an esthetician (skin care expert) on hand. My baby girl has really bad acne so I booked an appointment with Natcha for the following week. I got a coupon for an already low price. Didnt expect much from a retail store but.... OMG, What an amazing facial! (My daughters first) So soothing, relaxing and extractions were so gentle. We did not feel rushed and Natcha really knows her stuff, plus she has beautiful skin. I cannot believe the spa like experience we got at Ulta! The price was so reasonable, I booked two more appointments. As for the staff, I already told you how amazing the esthetician is. But everyone is so friendly and helpful. The cashiers, the sales team. Did not like some of the attitudes I was feeling in the back by the salon area. They have a really cool eyebrow bar that seemed busy. We sampled make-up and the place was so tidy and had disposable brushes handy for you to test. ( I know that is the norm, but my point was that they were so well stocked) Really looking forward to spending my beauty$$ there. BTW: I got my facial (2 weeks ago) and it really made a difference. My weekday makeup routine has just been simplified now. (Concealer, BB Cream & HD powder) I was overusing/ overlapping my products and was slowly damaging my skin. I cant thank Natcha enough for showing me the way.

I am a diamond member and I processed and order online and attempted to add the gift with purchase . The ulta app did not allow me to. I called the customer number was put on hold for 2 hours to then be hung up on. I then sent an email to the customer service team who then advised me go reach out to my local store . I contacted them spoke with the store manager Ashley. I explained to her what happened and she explained that the warehouse is out of stock. I expressed that the website should state that if that was the case . I asked if she knew of any other locations on the area who may have it . She gave me some advice. I told her I got my boyfriend a cologne and she then asked me which one and told me that she could provide me with a duffle bag instead. I wasnt expecting that. I was ok knowing that the warehouse was out . Ashley went above and beyond . That is what you call customer service!!!! All the staff was very friendly. BEST STORE IN ORLANDO!!

Ulta has done a great job of adjusting to life with Covid. They have social distancing stickers on the floor, hand sanitizer throughout the store, they no longer allow customers to use the tester make-up, and masks are required.Now about the products - they carry fantastic lines like Urban Decay, Tarte, Clinique, and Too Faced (those are my favorites but there are many more.) Its easy for me to walk in for one item and leave $200 later 😵‍💫 But its worth it.The employees are friendly and helpful if you ask them for assistance. This is a great store!

ULTA has done a lot to improve their image in the past few years. With a few exceptions, their stores are well-stocked, clean, and so on. They are VERY good about taking returns, so you dont have to worry about shrink-wrapped palettes, and so on; if they dont look right when you get it home, take it back. :) Some Ultas have better employees than others; the Benefit counter at the Lee Vista Ulta is horrible, but the Benefit counter at Waterford is excellent. The difference is the employees. Waterford tends to have a better selection (Morphe, BHC, MAC, and a few others have shown up at Waterford, but are missing from Lee Vista), but its easier to get in and out of their Lee Vista location. The Seminole Town Centre location was terrible the one time I visited; samples were broken and smeared everywhere, they were out of stock of a ton on NYX shadow shades, but had just stuck the wrong colours in the slots that should have been empty, and so on. It was also poorly-lit. The Colonial Dr. Ulta is okay, but not as notable as the Waterford Lakes location. And lastly, Id pick Ulta over Sephora any day of the week, just on principle. If you dont know what Im talking about, you might want to do a little research on Sephora and LVMH. Pick Ulta. :)
