    I have had the best salon experience with Ronje the past 8 months. She has been doing my hair each month. I have had amazing, stylish haircuts, highlights, toners, and root touch ups. The quality of services she provides is excellent. She goes out of her way to do a wonderful job on my hair every time. I enjoy how friendly and upbeat she is every time I see her. I am so happy I found her here at Ulta. She is my go to hair stylist at this location and I wouldnt be able to enjoy getting my hair done if it was not for her.

    Maya Maya Maya!I was at this Ulta buying perfume when an incredibly sweet, beautiful, and KNOWLEDGEABLE employee overhead some of my perfume preferences and introduced me to my new favorite perfume. Ive always thought this perfume would be too mature for me but she changed my mind and I have received so many compliments already! Just wanted to shout her out and also advise anyone who is looking to find a new scent to stop by and talk to her. She really knows perfume and was able to explain so much to me. She is the most lovely human and I really enjoyed my experience with her!

    I had Fabi cut my hair today and she was amazing! She was so kind and did an amazing job. She constantly asked how the cut and shape or if i needed her to cut more, and never had a problem with any of my requests! Fabi was amazing and I would come to her again

    Today was my first time coming to get my hair cut and do a scalp treatment at an Ulta, my stylist Ronje was just absolutely AMAZING!! She took her time, she asked me what I wanted, she showed me how it would look before starting, she was so polite and the sweetest. I will definitely be coming back to see her, thank you Ronje!

    Veronica is the best hairstylist! I’ve gone to her a few times for haircuts and she always gives great suggestions on how to change it up and really look my best! She is knowledgeable on products and reccomends products that will really help your hair grow and stay strong! She always remembers me and how I want it cut and styled. She really is amazing and always executes her work flawlessly and with a smile.

    Ronje is an amazing and talented stylist. She leaves room for opportunity to set expectations regarding your hair and final product and she is very patient when it comes down to my particular preferences. I come in monthly for a scalp treatment since I have a lot of buildup and dandruff and a gloss ❤️She also cuts my curly hair wet which I prefer since some people try to cut my hair straight. The shine and cut is perfect !

    Fabiola was my hair stylist she was great! Super sweet to talk to and really helped me decide what I wanted to do with my hair. She was able to give my hair a much needed trim to remove my dead-ends and added a lot of dimension with some long layering. I love the way my hair turned out it’s a much more manageable length for me and feels so much healthier now.

    I know some people might be wary of going to Ulta for a beauty service with someone they don’t know, but do not sleep on Jade. I’ve been going to her independently for years and she recently joined their team. While she can do everything wonderfully, for my brunette babes that are struggling to find a specialist, she is your girl. She is hands down the best and that’s why I will make the dreaded drive on I-4 for her, and only her. Being able to shop all my fave makeup and hair care at the same time is an added bonus.

    I get my hair done at this Ulta location almost monthly and absolutely love Julie! I’m a blonde with dark roots and get my roots touched up with her and she is absolutely incredible. I feel amazing with my hair health and with the color and style. Love her, will always return for her.

    This probably sounds silly but Im almost in tears writing this review! My sons birthday party was on Saturday and on Friday night I was able to get 15 minutes alone to grab some make up to wear for his party. I was lost, frustrated and overwhelmed bc I just had my second baby and I dont look the same. Stacey and the Benefit brows girl helped me soooo much . They did NOT sell me on anything. They let me express myself and helped me find all the products I needed. Ulta you have 2 of the most amazing employees Ive met. Stacey and the eyebrows girl (Im sorry I forgot her name )

    HAIR? Go see Jade Renee. I traveled all the way from Tampa to have my hair specifically done by Jade Renee. She impresses me everytime with how collaborative she is! You are part of the entire process and she takes the time to talk about exactly what you want to accomplish with your hair and then she nails it on all points! I’ve never had a hairstylist blow dry a portion of my hair first to ask me how I like it and when I first started seeing her I wasn’t really sure why she asked because I’m all my experiences never have I thought that the hair could be retoned if I wasn’t perfectly happy with it, such an attention to detail in making sure that you achieve your desired look and yet she is so great that I’ve never actually had to retone it but just to know that she is willing to do that if ever I felt I needed to just gives this most sweetest peace of mind.

    Alright so I went to this location for a silk press on 4C hair and RONJE MADE ME FEEL LIKE A NEW PERSON! I’ve struggled with maintaining my hair for years and this one appointment brought back my confidence 100x. Thank you to her and the other lovely stylist who made the environment extremely welcoming and fun. Communication was excellent. 10/10 recommend. I’ll be back to this location and this location alone.

    Always love shopping at Ulta although sometimes their prices are a little higher than drugstore. Love the variety of products and services offered. Picked up a great brush organizer on a whim.     Wow! I really dont care to go to Ulta Beauty because its overwhelming and usually dont have a clue what I should buy for my skin. This store greets you as you walk in and makes you feel like they saw you. Talked to Jorgie and he gave me tons of solutions for my needs. The lighting at the store seems to be too bright but I loved all the choices Jorgie suggested. Came home and tested all the products and I love all the colors he suggested. Super happy with the customer service and with millions of products in the store, I would of never picked these products.

    This is hands down my favorite Ulta Store! I drive out of my way just to shop here. The service is always top notch! Just recently I had an issue and couldn’t have my order delivered to my new address. I went in and the sales associates went above and beyond for me. They not only shopped for me and found everything in my online cart but they also were able to help me with my coupons and applying what I needed to help me save. I wish I could remember their names.     I had a FANTASTIC experience with two associates. I usually hate shopping at ulta because of past experiences of discrimination. I just moved to the area decided to give this one a shot. The first was when it came to looking for foundation. I’m terrible at color matching and the associate took the time to help me find the right shade!Next instance came at check out, the associate asked if I found everything. I informed them I couldn’t find a shade I was looking for, they directed me to a product I completely missed and it was exactly what I was looking for.I made sure to let the manager know.     I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone who made my day very special on Halloween this year. My birthday is coming up and my wish this year was to get new make over and learn a new makeup routine. I want to especially thank the store for accommodating me because I missed the Mac appointment time I made. I thought it was at a different time but instead of telling me “your late” or “you missed your appointment time” they found an amazing store associate to help me with my “new look” her name was Stephaine! She was so patient with me, very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations! Not only did she make my day but the brow bar associate also made my eyebrows literally beautiful.     Whilst visiting Ulta in Dr. Phillips I encountered an incredibly beautiful individual named Kyla who was delighted with talking to me about a myriad of topics, to include skincare, felt vs brush eyeliners, Ulta rewards programs, and even my pet Pomeranian (cheenieweenie). Though she mentioned being relatively new, Kyla seemed to be an expert in these areas. With such an interesting woman at the forefront of this business, there’s is no doubt in my mind that the customer care and quality of service at this location is second to none.

    Ultimate best experience hands down ever when going into any beauty store. Unlike other stores when walking into Ulta I was treated like a VIP. First off let me tell you how amazing Manny in Mac is. Absolutly incredible spent over an hour with me helping me find some amazing Cover FX products along with mac and essence and tarte. Not only was he kind but he truly listened to me with my concerns about certain ingredients and my type of skin which is crazy crazy sensitive. Brittany who works in hair was just as amazing my hair is super thick frizzy and curly and unless I have someone as amazing as brittany who recommended the best shampoo, conditioner By Kristen Ess and flat iron by Paul Mitchell I would not have been the bell of the ball at my event. Just as important Emile from Beekman beauty was sooo kind and nice. After doing an amazing demonstration I didnt even need convincing. I just bought half of there products. She was super nice and kind and knew her product inside and out. I wish more people were like these three individuals who are super genuine , kind and really really listen to the consumers needs.Thank you Ulta for a Ultimate experience.

    I’m rarely ever the person that posts a review, but in this case I have to. I could not be more pleased with my most recent visit to this Ulta Salon. It was my first cut and highlight with Lauren Brandt, and she was phenomenal! Lauren was gentle with my hair and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. She offers advice and options if you ask for it, but she doesn’t make you feel pressured to make decisions unless you are comfortable with it. Most importantly, Lauren is excellent at her skill and will take great care of your hair.I haven’t had a consistent stylist in a while, but I will definitely be returning to see Lauren!

    So I had our engagement shoot in Orlando, and months before I had made an appointment with an Orlando Ulta branch that my brother (who lives in the area) said would be closest to the park we would be at. Well I never received an email - and while I thought that was weird - Ive never been to Ulta before. Anyways a month before the apt, closer to the day, I called and confirmed my apt. Lady affirms me, tells me I am in the system and is able to add a makeup session too - since originally online I was not able to do it. So day of we head to Orlando - we are from out of town- and I am already nervous. Nervous of these awkward photos your supposed to want to take, nervous because of course it says 70% chance of rain all over Orlando, and nervous because I dont want to spend all this money and time and it rain the whole time. But also because I suspected something horribly was going to go wrong. Anyways I go to the Ulta closest to the park, and they do not have me in the system. Im like no. I made this appointment months ago. And called and confirmed. Hes like I am so sorry, but maybe you were booked with a stylist that left so your not in our system. So its 2 oclock at this point, and my engagement shoot is at 6pm. I am freaking out. He tells me the best he can do for me is to come back at 4, but he cannot braid - so he cannot do the hair style I really wanted- and they wouldnt have time to do my makeup.I call up another location, this one, and at this point Im basically a mess, and I ask them if I had an apt there, thinking maybe I messed up locations. They were like no, you are not our system either. I ask Brandi if they could please book me last minute because I am out of options - and they can!!!! I get booked with Brandi for makeup, who is amazing!! She could feel the tension rolling of me. She definitely helped me out, made me calm, and I think made me look beautiful!! Listened to what I wanted, and continuously made sure I was happy with what she was doing. If she wasnt, she started over again. Yami did my hair - and I also recommend her! She was awesome too. She was able to braid (already a plus) and EVERYONE loved my hair - the other customers as I walked out, and the photographer. She even went creative and did more than I asked. Pics havent come in yet but these people were awesome. I cannot say enough good things for making room for me and making my day turn out amazing! thank you both! And most importantly for calming me down!

    Was a little disappointed that two weeks until Christmas and alot of their gift sets are full priced. They did have some gift sets on sale. I was hoping to find a lot of good sales. They did have a large amount of drugstore products by one get one 50% off. Too bad their drugstore products are more expensive then Walmart. Luckily most of their high end make up had testers so I was able to make sure the foundation I was getting would be the right color.

    I never write reviews but I just have to say Kelly from the brow bar is amazing!! Ive had my brows messed up several times at different ultas and she took her time and really did an amazing job. I wouldn’t suggest going to anyone else but her. Get your brows done by kelly!

    Very limited selection on popular brands, cannot try testers as they are all taped closed. I would recommend coming in knowing what you want. A lot of good deals, plus there is always a coupon you can use if you can find anything in stock.

    Made an appointment for make up online with Elle, lucky enough Nicholas from Mac took my appointment for make up, never being more happy, he went about and beyond, my make up was amazing, glad work thats way, ask for Nicholas in the MAC section you wont be disappointed....     This Ulta store is walking distance from school which means it’s a great place to come after school with my friends. The staff there has always been so nice and let us play around with makeup!!
