    I visited last week for the first time to get my hair done at Ulta, and I had an appointment with Katie. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time, but it turned out to be such a great experience! Katie was incredibly nice and made me feel at ease from the start. She washed my hair perfectly and, since I didn’t have a specific cut in mind, I told her to do whatever she thought would work best. She did an amazing job! Not only was the haircut exactly what I wanted, but she also recommended some great products for my hair that I absolutely love. I’m really happy with how everything turned out, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

    Jaz was so amazing and so sweet!! I have the hardest time finding a shade match and she found me one! we had to try so many different shades and she was not giving up and was so adamant on making sure we found the perfect shade while also focusing on something that would help my acne, and acne scarring. she was such a pleasure to talk to, and gave me lots of helpful tips about makeup application and even skincare, she was very knowledgable and explained every single thing she did and why ❤️ amazing experience here, I love my new products, and loved meeting Jaz!

    My daughters and I are all clients of Gio. We absolutely love how our hair looks once he has done it.My hair has never felt or looked better since I have been a client. I have been with him for 2 years. He is very knowledgeable and listens to what his clients want to have done.I have never had a bad experience with him. I highly recommend him.

    I went to Ulta with a gift card present to shop and was completely overwhelmed. Not knowing much about makeup, skincare or what I really wanted, I’ve been hesitant to shop there. Ulta rep Erica stepped up to helpme and was amazing!. Very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. She didn’t steer me towards expensive products but helped me find exactly what I needed. I would go back to this location solely for the assistance of Erica —-thank you!

    I was visiting Orlando for a military ball.I asked friends for recommendations to salons. I scheduled an appointment with Giovanni for blow dry and formal makeup. He did an amazing job. Looking and feeling amazing. Staff was also helpful to find lipgloss for my event. Cashier super helpful and made me feel beautiful with her compliments. Reasonable prices. Total great experience.

    I came here trying to find the right shade for my concealer and Kassie helped me and gave amazing recommendations along with amazing customer service. She took her time and was bubbly and upbeat.     I had an amazing experience at Ulta thanks to Dante and Silvio! Dante was funny, full of great vibes, and super professional. He was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect makeup that not only matches my skin tone but also works for my acne-prone skin. Later on, Silvio stepped in and introduced me to a hair product I didn’t even know existed, and it’s exactly what my hair needed! Both Dante and Silvio made my visit so enjoyable and productive. Highly recommend!

    I went to this store on 3/30. Dante and Valeria helped me pick out some Good Molecules skin products. Dante was amazing! He was energetic and had a positive attitude.     I had the best experience today at Ulta store 706. First it was Giovanni who helped me and my husband look for hair products he even took the time to explain and educate us on all the products and all the benefits it would bring to our hair. And then he introduced us to Brayden who helped us with our skin care products he was the most amazing and it was the best experience my husband and I had ever had at an ulta .Thank you guys both so much for the top tier customer service.     I had curly hair styling (no heat), and formal makeup application done at the beauty salon. I cant say enough about Katie and Jomarie, they are absolutely phenomenal. Katie is an amazing hair artist who knows her way around all hair trying. I have thick wavy/curly hair and I needed it styled for a formal event. Katie took such great care of me and took her time to finger coil my hair strands with great care and patience. She styled my curls to perfection, I will definitely be going back to see her. For makeup Jomarie is absolutely wonderful, she is very calm and patient and listened to all my questions and concerns. She did a great job with my oily, acne prone skin and handled my skin imperfections like a pro!Thank you ladies for taking care of me today!

    Best customer service ever!!! Out of all Ulta store locations I finally felt comfortable and fulfilled… I was greeted, and asked several times for help. I was given in depth 10/10 customer service thank you Yasmine. She is the sweetest! So kind and caring towards each customer shes with. She listens, helps and suggests and that’s just what we need as a consumer! I recommend stopping in and visiting Yasmine at this location. Definitely an Ulta trip that was my most enjoyable yet!!     I stopped in today to pickup an item that I was unable to find at my local grocery store. I was approached by one of the most polite, knowledgable, & professional customer service reps that I have ever spoken to in my life by the name of Kayley. She was in the middle of pulling an online order when she seen me wandering around, looking lost. I knew she was in the middle of doing something else so I tried to tell her to finish what she was doing and I could figure it out, but she insisted & stopped what she was doing to help me. Kayley walked me to multiple products that she felt would best serve my concerns and explained all the features and benefits of the products. MOST IMPORTANTLY she did not tell me that the products I was already using in my regimen were bad &/or recommend other more expensive products just to make a sale. Thank you so much Kayley for taking the time to educate me & walk me through so many products that I was unfamiliar with, I wish I could give you 10 Stars.

    Dante greeted me with a friendly hello and a smile. I felt welcomed. I asked him about shampoos and conditioners and he quickly called someone to assist me. I was in and out in about 6 minutes and even purchased a bronzer. Dante checked me out was so sweet with me as he complimented my dress and applied my credits and a discount to my purchase. I always love shopping at Ulta but today Dante made it extra special for me. 😊.

    I had a great experience at this store with Kathy! Concealer is the holy grail to my makeup routine but I’m always looking for a different one to try and struggle with matching my shade correctly. Kathy recommended me a tarte concealer that matched me perfectly and under eye cream. She showed me how to apply it to my face correctly and it looked amazing!

    Dante, Janice, and Jomarie are literally angels!! They all helped us for about two hours in the store helping me and my friends find the best products for our face! I drove all the way from Lake Nona just because of how nice they treat us and actually recommend products. Definitely give this Ulta and employees a try, you won’t regret it!!

    My first time at this location and Dante and Giovanni were amazing! Both of them helped me pick out foundation, concealer and moisturizer. They took the time to educate me on the importance of skin care. Dante basically looked at me and picked out my foundation once he actually applied it to my skin it was a match.     Went in with my boyfriend, his mom and his sister. My boyfriend got them both makeup tutorials for Christmas and Dante did an amazing job on them both! Not only did he take his time showing them how to do their makeup, but also the best way for them to prep their skin. They’re so excited to use their new products! Bre also did false eyelashes on both of them and did such a great job as well! They both were the absolute sweetest and you could tell that they truly love what they do.     I enjoyed my trip to Ulta a few Sundays ago. Dante helped me with Clinique and I love the products he recommended. I had some extra time before my brow appointment with Breana, so he suggested a “blow drying lesson” in the salon while I waited. Nice upsell, Dante! I enjoyed the shampoo and lesson with Kat in the salon and got some great tips for using products I already owned and love. Then off to see Breana for a great brow waxing. I truly enjoyed my impromptu mini spa day and Dante, Kat and Breana were all so nice. Thank you so much!!!!

    Dante was Amazing! Today I stopped in to ask about age appropriate make-up. I recently have been having red patches on my cheeks and chin area so I was in the market to find something that works. Thats when the staff helped me out and suggested to try Clinique redness loation cream. And to boot Dante gave me some samples of Clinique face care to try out so I can see how I like the product.. how cool was that!! Thank you all for your time to help me out!

    Booked a haircut with Katie on July 16th. I won’t lie, I was a little hesitant never having ever had a haircut at Ulta (for reference, it was a curly cut). But, everything was smoothness from booking, to confirmation, to the haircut itself! They use quality products, i.e the Redken brand. And my curls look absolutely amazing! I trust very few people to take care of my curls and Katie did an amazing job!

    Ulta is the best place to get hair supplies the same as I said before the olaplex products are amazing!!!!! If you have bleached your hair over and over it is by far the best products to use. The eye shadows they have by color pop also AMAZING the pigment is great. Now the olaplex products are expensive they are $30 a bottle so that is expensive but right now theyre Biolage products are on sale their pop color eyeshadows are very good price and a very amazing product they are only $8 for the single color Shadows and you can get a whole pallet for 18 to 20 some dollars depending on how many different colors you want the only thing that drives me crazy about all the is that they close at 8:00 p.m. besides that fabulous

    Recently got my hair done in the Ultra Salon by the talented Joe. I found him searching through salon instagrams (IG: hairbyjoeo) since I needed a new stylist being new to the area. He specializes in neon, highlights, and balayages and did not disappoint! I definitely feel ready for summer and will be back.The after video was a few days unwashed and unstyled and still looked amazing!

    I had my hair done by Joseph and he exceeded my expectations! I am a vivid/fashion color client so I put a lot of trust in anyone that colors it. Everything done was perfect; the consultation prior to starting to make sure we were on the same page about my next color, the cut was exactly how I liked it and if it needed a minor tweak Joseph was receptive and quick to make a correction, and my hair ended up looking exactly as I had envisioned.In addition, one of my favorite things about getting my hair done is the array of products used on/in my hair because they always smell so good, and Joseph told me the ones that the store actually sell if I wanted to buy them to use at home.     I booked a make-up tutorial/application for my Mom & Sister the other day and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We were lucky to have Dante give the make up lesson and application in which he made everything very easy and comfortable.     I came to Ulta wanting to put together a good but affordable skincare routine! I was directed to Dom who was such a ray of sunshine. Dom took so much time and effort to walk me around the store, explain products, discuss my specific skin and needs, and then sit down with me and tell me exactly how each product works and how I’m going to want to use it. Dom was so personable and compassionate, I didn’t feel annoying when I asked a million questions, and truly felt cared for in the process.     Back in 2000 I got my hair done for my birthday the salon did a horrible job I swore I will never let anyone touch my hair again until I met GIO at Ulta Beauty he has been doing my hair now for almost a year and never disappoint me in anyway. Everyone I spoke to told me I can’t do a balayage but Gio made it happen for me. Evertime I sit in his chair I feel vibrant I’m so happy I made this decision. I’m very picky with anyone touching my hair but his hands agree with me hair. In my culture we say some people have bad hands meaning if they touch your hair and have bad energy your hair doesn’t grow and you loose some. I will recommend Gio to all my friends and family.     Ulta has been my place for years and overall I’ve had good experiences except this last Friday . I was helped by a stylist that unfortunately misunderstood the look i was trying to achieve. I’m not here to trash anyone’s name so I will not go into the dirty details . All I’ll say is I left the salon quite opposite of the inspo pic I showed .I called a few days later and Gio answered the phone and kindly and empathetically addressed my concerns and had me scheduled for a redo ASAP.     I have been very cautiously looking for a new stylist. I moved to Orlando in 2019, tried a few people and ended up with really bad cuts. Therefore, I would drive back to Jacksonville to my longtime stylist. We all know thats just not a good long-term solution so...I tried again.I ended up booking a haircut with Katie after another failure from a salon who lost my appointment.I went in a bit frustrated with other people and just wanted to get a haircut and not feel uncomfortable with the experience.This whole team is AMAZING. Katie gave me the perfect cut and didnt chop off too much. Everyone was super friendly and I had a great experience.This gave me confidence to get my color done. Ive gone red for years but changed it up last year and regretted it. I got an appointment with Katie to fix the old and go red. She took her time color correcting and doing each part of the process. It took awhile, 6 hours, but I knew it would and was super comfortable at the salon. Everyone who chatted with us was nice and we all agreed she did a great job!!     Today, I visited Ulta to purchase a holiday gift for my girlfriend. She wanted a certain perfume that I knew Ulta had and when I walked in and found what I was looking for. I did have one other part of my mission today and that was get some information on a hair straightener. I was greeted by Aaliyah, she was incredibly friendly and brought me to the flat iron section and went through 3 different brands. Chi, Babyliss, and Hot tools. She walked me through all the functions and features of each and made her recommendations. She said I should take some photos of each and do some more research to ensure I was getting the right flat iron. She also mentioned how we my girlfriend could get 5x the points on the flat iron but it had to be activated on the app which we I am trying to keep a secret as it is a gift but it was good information to know. I brought the knowledge and information that I sourced to get the perfume and also to I quite bout the flat iron and I left with the confidence knowing what will be the best product to buy. Aaliyah did a great job and I would like to recognize her for her help this holiday season. Great job

    Gio is absolutely amazing. He knows exactly what he’s doing and is very knowledgeable about truly caring for your hair. You can tell he wants you to look phenomenal and puts in the extra effort to make your hair look it’s best. I’ll never go to anyone else. Fully recommend Gio for all your hair needs.

    I recently stopped by this store for a few products but ended up needing some help. I try to avoid help because I’ve had people help that didn’t seem like they knew much about products. Breana was such a help. Never pushy and very knowledgeable. Made you feel like she knew exactly what she was talking about. This store hopefully appreciates what a great employee she is!

    I am super new to makeup and too shy to ask for help- I was looking for a eyebrow gel and they were sold out- about to leave, Chloe came up to me and was super kind and introduced me to the next best thing and even showed me how to use it and was sooo helpful without me even asking. Inna at the front desk helped me sign up for rewards and was so kind and helpful. Loved the product!!! Definitely will be returning here for any future makeup needs!! I definitely recommend visiting 🥰 ❤️

    I came here after having had an issue with my hair color that I did elsewhere and Gio in the salon saved my life! I came in with a pretty complicated issue with the coloring process and feeling very defeated, thinking nobody would be able to help with it, but Gio took the time to ask all the right questions to investigate what went wrong with my hair and figure out how to fix it. He did a phenomenal job and transformed my hair into EXACTLY what I dreamed of. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time to communicate so well with me and explain every process so I could understand.

    I am not usually one to leave reviews, however, I just had to talk about the wow experience I had at this store. I’ve been to plenty of Ultas and I have a fairly large collection of makeup. I was greeted as soon as I was walked in but never bothered or pushed. I wanted to try something new, however, I didn’t know where to start. Breana must have read my mind because she could see I was torn. We got to talking and she narrowed products down and was very knowledgeable. I ended up buying her recommendations and I just used them all. To say I am obsessed would be an understatement. Way to go ulta!

    Went to ulta today to get a facial. I had lots of clogged pores and I got the extraction service. Elana was great. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up falling asleep it was so relaxing.

    This is one of my favorite Ulta stores in my area. They always have what I need and well organized. The staff are knowledgeable with many of the makeup brands and what would work best with my skin type. The only negative is I wish the isles were a big bigger because its sometimes hard to get around people when it gets busy.

    Aaron did a FANTASTIC job with my hair. I was long overdo for a cut and and he made me walk out feeling myself and loving my hair again. He does great with highlights and styling. Aaron is very upbeat, fun to talk to, and talented at what he does. He will make you feel like a new, GORGEOUS person when you walk out. Can’t recommend him enough.

    I went to Rose to get my hair colored pink and I am blown away with what she’s done to my hair! I love how the color turned out and how sweet and funny she is. She’s super chill and knows what’s she’s doing. I plan on going to her for any color I want to try because she isn’t scared to try anything.

    I came in with a game plan of things I needed. Not only did the wonderful Emile and Colette help me find what I need but they helped me get extra products to fulfill my bleached eyebrow fantasy. They were both so willing to help and knowledgeable about the products I needed and made me feel so confident about the products I didn’t know I needed. Absolutely recommend this place!!     I cannot, for the life of me, remember the ladys name that helped me. She was really knowledgeable about skin care and recommended some amazing products that worked well with sensitive skin and dark marks.
