    When walking in I was warmly greeted by Joshua who asked if he could help me with anything. I went in to look for a more full coverage makeup than what Iā€™ve been using and Joshua went right to work color matching and making sure the color was perfect for my skin. We chatted while he added some powder and bronzer which I bought as well. He was so pleasant and made me feel like we were friends chatting. Itā€™s not very often lately that Iā€™ve found someone in any line of customer service or retail that was as wonderful as him. Thank you Joshua šŸ˜Š

They found the perfect matching lip liner to a lipstick I had (even though they were from separate brands) and even checked in the back to ensure I was able to find what I needed.     Amber is the the best!! You guys I walked in before they closed to check for an order placed online, It was a gift I need asap . It was not ready but Amber God bless her heart went ahead and started getting my order together. she was so sweet it was five minutes before closing. She could have just simply told me to come back in the morning but she went the extra mile and got my online order ready not just one but two orders!!!!!!     I hadnā€™t been to an Ulta in quite some time and the last time I had been the staff was amazing. the girl who helped me find my lip products was nice, but the cashier wouldnā€™t make eye contact, and acted like he couldnā€™t care less that I was checking out and had better things to do. Just disappointing to come to the store and feel like the staff couldnā€™t care less that you are there.

    Every manufacturer has changed their Moroccan Argan Oil!! GRRRRR It should be brown oil that my hair will absorb that lasts a week. Not a clear serum that sits on top of my hair and lasts only a day or two max! I donā€™t want an oil treatment. I want the plain Argon oil I used to get.A sales lady was well informed and took me around the store to find a brand she could recommend. She actually listened and read the ingredients to make sure. Hopefully this works.She informed me I can return it if itā€™s. It working out. Thanks for the great service.

    I was looking for looking for a new perfume to buy, after browsing around, I wanted a team member to help me. Amber, the team member ,was one of the most professional young fun individuals have met at the store. her patients and attended to details, was exceptionally displayed with humor and yet humbleness.     This Ulta has amazing customer service! I had ordered a perfume online that was supposed to come with a free gift that I didnā€™t receive; so, I went in-store to see if I could just pick it up there, the ladies working were very friendly and happy to help! Unfortunately, the gift that I was looking for had run out, but to compensate they provided 2 of the other free gifts from the same brand.

    I just moved here from Melbourne and porsha was amazing I didnā€™t have a great experience the first time I went so she was my redo and did fantastic!     Elise did my makeup for both my graduation pictures and my graduation day, and she was amazing! She truly listened to what I wanted. She did a formal makeup look on me, but I asked her to keep it natural because I still wanted to look like myself. She did exactly what I asked for and just accentuated my beauty. Elise is also very personable and sweet! If youā€™re looking for someone to do your makeup on a special day, I wholeheartedly recommend Elise.

    I just left Ulta and want to say, Tania was amazing! As well as Katie at the register, but Tania approached while I was looking at skin care because I was trying to find a cost efficient replacement to a moisturizer. She showed me a great alternative but I am super picky but she was able to ask questions and find my perfect dupe, as well as find me a perfect foundation for my shows.Shes super nice and welcoming. Plus with how her makeup is done itā€™s easy to trust her on makeup advice.Either promote her or give that girl a raise because she has Store manager energy.Also the store was super clean and put together all associates where kind.But Tania and Katie really went that extra mile.Keep it up yaā€™ll are a great team!!

    I went to this store to get KYlash mascara which they did have in stock. The store had a decent amount of inventory on all their products. I was greeted/approached by 2 different reps offering their assistance. The store has a hair salon and makeup salon located inside. Check out was fast and the cashier was nice. The only complaint I have is the store smelled really rancid (strong looming bad breath, perfume and body odor). I went on a Sunday afternoon so there was a crowd. I recommend this store as my experience pleasant and good inventory. If you are sensitive to strong smells I would suggest wearing a face mask sprinkled with your favorite smell blocking agent.

    I went to get my makeup and hair done for my engagement photo shoot and Laura was great with knowing my hair type and how to style it! Elise did wonderfully on my makeup! 10/10 I would go back to her. I trusted her the entire time and didnā€™t peak, when she turned me around all I could say was WOW!     One of the most helpful Ultas Iā€™ve been to! Megan was so helping in helping me pick out products that worked for me and stayed within my price range! She was very informative and made sure I was helped right away. I asked a ton of questions and she always had clear answers and product recommendations. I loved the products she picked out for me and the color match was perfect for my new foundation! Megan was so cheerful and upbeat and I really felt that she enjoyed helping me and enjoys talking about beauty and makeup! She was great!

    AMAZING! Normally I go to a different salon to get my hair dyed, but that place was getting too pricey so I decided to try Ulta Salon on a whim. I was SHOCKED how great it was for the price. For hair dye + blow-dry + styling, it was 104$! I know some people will still say thats alot, but keep in mind I was used to paying 300$ for the same thing. I actually think this salon did better than the salon charging 300$!! Love it! Will definitely come back for a retouch!

    I walked into Ulta frantic because it was two hours before my daughters first homecoming and the person that was supposed to do her makeup canceled. Elise Smith at Ulta beauty was a blessing. She gave my daughter the natural look that she wanted while teaching us little steps. She was so welcoming and sweet, she made my daughter feel so comfortable.     This ulta was so clean, organized, and all the employees were insanely kind. I had so much fun here today even though shopping for makeup usually makes me anxious. Before I even entered the store, a kind employee who was already clocked out held the door for my partner and I and even called us super cute! Then upon entering Patrick and Elaine were quick to show me so much kindness when helping me with finding a whole new makeup routine. I probably asked them far too many questions but they were still so happy to help each time. I am so satisfied with my purchases and feel so safe going to this Ulta for makeup help always, even if itā€™s quite the drive. Worth it IMO. Everyone there deserves so much šŸ¤

    Just came from this location on a Saturday night at 8:45, and they close at 9:00. THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT ANY RETAIL LOCATION-EVER!! Hannah and her manager are literally the sweetest people ever. I came in and was asking about a specific item and if it was in stock. Hannah took the time right before close to see the status of stock and if it was available. After it wasnt available, she explained how their system worked. All good! I also had a pickup order that wasnt ready and her manager went to FULFILL MY ORDER AT 8:55. I told them it was okay, but they were insistent. Amazing!! PLEASE PROMOTE THESE TWO AND GIVE THEM A RAISE!! Such a rarity to have genuine customer service but they went above and beyond!

    Absolutely love this place. The staff are so friendly and are always willing to help you without any judgement. The place can get a tad busy sometimes but even then, you will still find your product as someone is always restocking. My biggest con is their salon. Every single time I come here to cut my hair the hairdresser ALWAYS messes it up. Some of them just cant cut bangs properly despite being a master or elite stylist, its either crooked or uneven. Not to mention that some of the stylists proceed to cut hair a completely different style than the one provided. It just really makes me disheartened which often leads me to go to a different salon afterwards to fix their mistake. This Ulta location is great, just be sure that if youre getting a haircut to ask about their experience and mention if they can do the hairstyle that you want based on your hair type.

    A wide variety of skincare, body care and haircare and makeup brands all in one place. Also a gage fragrance section. Does not cary some of the super high end brands that Sephora has such as Lamer and Shisiedo but on the other end of the spectrum it does have some really nice drugstore brands on the other side of the store. I took away 1 star on this review because I was just there tonight and the store was incredibly disorganized. Like baskets of random single item products all over the place. The areas with displays were nice but especially on the drugstore side...lots of possible clearance or misplaced items in temporary holding spots. On a brighter note., my BFF loves their point program. They also have a full service hair salon and she uses her ulta points to get her hair colored and cut for points and tip once in a while.

    Jennifer was SOOO sweet, helpful, & extremely knowledgeable about skincare!! I brought my boyfriend in because he was interested in getting skin care products for the first time. Jennifer came up to us & recommended the best products for his skin type and answered all of our questions! She was super knowledgeable, took her time to explain each product in detail, and even let us sample each of the products. We really appreciate all her help & amazing customer service!

He listened to everything I asked and made sure I loved it before I left the salon the other staff surrounding me on the floor was nothing but nice. I was a bit disappointed that they only had three colors of mascara but everything else, and especially the staff, was amazing.     This Ulta has the best employees who are always there to help you in any way possible. I buy my make-up and hair styling tools here, and also get my hair done in the Salon. My hair dresser Rachel, is the Salon Manager and she is absolutely amazing! I wouldnt have anyone else touch my hair. She is always honest and super knowledgeable when it comes to deciding on hair styles, colors, and products to use. I have never had any issue with the services or wait times, and they are always upfront about the cost, and it doesnt change once your hair is finished. The salon always has a fun upbeat atmosphere as well. Trust me, Im there every 5 weeks or so, literally best salon, you have to try them, especially Rachel!

    New to the area and wanted to go to a Redken salon to keep up the color Iā€™d been getting for the last few years. I was with Sonja and wow what a great stylist! Poor thing had to put her dog down yesterday and was still at work for her clients and made the best of the day. I know how that feels and she truly is a champion for pushing through! She gave me the best color and cut! The color didnā€™t turn out quite right the first time, she spotted it immediately and picked a shade darker and redid it, all while taking another client. It turned out perfect and the cut really gives my hair life! Highly recommend making an appointment with her, so talented and great personality! See ya in 6 weeks Sonja!

    The day I stepped in the store, I met With Veda who listened to what I wanted and then she offered her professional opinion.(keep in mind, my hair was a complete mess) After 3 hours, she transformed my hair into something that I thought I couldnt have after the box color and dead ends. After getting my hair done, I get complements on my hair all the time. This place is extremely affordable. The staff is great. When you go into Ulta, you need to meet with Veda!!!! She is the HAIR GOD. I hope she stays here forever, because I dont want no one else touching my hair :) Ulta is the best!

    After a few bad experiences at different salons, I tend to be very skeptical since I always end up not getting what I want. Myrna is awesome and always delivers, this is the only place where every time I go in , I come out with exactly what I want.     I love visiting the Salon for Francisco :) Hes the BEST stylist and truly cares about his customers. Ive been a loyal customer for 2+ years now and before him, I had never dyed my hair. He is very informative and helpful and will always look out for your best interests. He loves what he does and his services show that.     I go to the salon at this location. My stylist is Chrissy, she is phenomenal & great with natural textured hair. I get my relaxers, colors & pixie cut hair. I see so much improvement in my hair since. All my sisters, great location if you want beautiful hair. Ulta needs to spread the news, this stylist is by far one of the best in Orlando.

    This was my first experience shopping at Ulta. I normally buy all of my makeup from the drugstore or Target. I was a little intimidated at first, but Tiffany, the sales associate who helped me, was very friendly and helpful. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, took the time to show me lots of options, and answered all my questions. She wasnt pushy at all. The sales associate who rang me up was also very friendly and gave me a bunch of free samples. Im really happy with my purchase and I look forward to going back.

    The beauty consultants are always so sweet and helpful. The manager stayed late to help order a product online, and its like publix where they go out of their way as part of their job. They understand needing affordable beauty products and offer good products in high end and in the drugstore brands. If the product is not a match they are awesome about returns(even more so during Covid)and not being able to test the products in store.

    Went to Ultas salon for the first time for a haircut and I loved it! I have super long hair and Im always scared to try someone new, but Krystal did exactly what I wanted- fresh layers, kept the length, V-shape in the back, took the weight off my hair, and she angled little pieces in the front of my face to pull out for a ponytail. I definitely recommend Krystal! $43 for shampoo, cut and blow-dry was so worth it!

    I have been a customer at the Ulta salon for a few years. Have always had a great experience, hair color is always on point, and everyone is professional and courteous. Zuri has done a wonderful job keeping me looking my best, I look forward to our monthly appointment. So much so that I took my daughter recently for a cut and style, who also left feeling glamorous. I highly recommend Zuri for color, cut and style. She does an outstanding job.

    I am not an Ulta type of girl. Or so I thought...I am on a budget so I never thought Id shop here since it has higher end products. So I actually went here for a project and didnt intend to make any purchases, but Robbie was so informative about different skincare options that I ended up purchasing two skin creams and an eyebrow brush gel. So far I love the products and intend on going back to purchase in the future.

    Great location! Everyone is always so nice and eager to help and knowledgeable in the products they sell. I get my hair cut By Juan at the Salon and colored by Mandy and they are amazing! Im extremely picky when it comes to getting my haircut and Juan is great at explaining what hell do and walks me through the process of the cut so i am comfortable with it. I am also extremely picky about the color of my hair since I have to maintain a natural color for work and Mandy was able to help me decide on which colors are going to look best and even found a great shade for the highlights in my hair. I come back every month to see these 2 for my hair! :)

    If I could give this ULTA location 100 stars I would! I donā€™t usually write reviews but it was absolute imperative I did after the amazing service I received. Jeilee was an absolute QUEEN and I loved his service. As soon as I walked it he greeted me with a beautiful bright smile (which couldnā€™t see because of his face mask which Iā€™m also happy about before theyā€™re following CDC guidelines). I am new to makeup and I had no clue what I wanted or needed but Jai made sure I walked out with $200 worth of makeup for me to start with. He was running all around the store to ensure I got all the products I was looking for at the highest quality. I will 100% be back when I need a restock. Carly rang me up and she was also amazing with the upselling and customer service. Over all, 5/5 experience.

    This is one of the best Ultaā€™s that Iā€™ve been to simple because the employees there are amazing. One person in particular helped me out so much. Her name was Paige and she works in the dermatologist section. She answered so many of my questions from what lipstick would work for me and my complexion (we went through about 6šŸ˜…) to what to use to get rid of my red spots on my face. She was insightful, patient and knew her stuff!! I left with a skin care regimen that I absolutely love and has worked amazing!!! She also helped my boyfriend out with hair products and answered some of his questions( because I have no clue). She never once got irritated with me or made me feel like I was half witted. If you need help with anything Paige is the person to go to!!

    I had no idea Ulta had a salon inside. I called around to 3 other hair salons trying to get an appointment and could not find any. Ulta was the last place I called and they were so friendly with a last minute appointment. The girl who did my hair was Nataly. She was so sweet from the minute I walked in. I went to the counter and got ignored by two separate employees and she was the only one who acknowledged me. She took me to the chair and really listened to what I wanted. She offered me water and coffee and made sure I was comfortable. I also enjoyed the way she carried out the conversation. She wasnā€™t a complete chatter box but didnā€™t ignore me either. I loved her! She asked if I wanted some layers and I didnā€™t go in with the intention of getting them, but Iā€™m so glad I did. She did a fantastic job! Her technique was amazing. I felt so happy with what she did to my hair. Nataly didnā€™t just stop there. I mentioned I needed to restock on some foundation and she walked me thru the store and helped me find a really lovely powder(that I love). She then showed me some great hair products and she was informative. It didnā€™t feel like she was just pushing me for a sale. I would absolutely return to this Ulta just as long as Nataly is there to help me. She is a wonderful asset to the company!

    I have to give the most love to Aysa at the MAC Cosmetic counter. She was extremely pleasant and professional and I loved the makeup she did for my wedding.     My stylist, Destiny, always does an amazing job. I get my hair highlighted an ashy blonde and she gets it the perfect shade. She also cares about the little things like the temp of the water, asking if Iā€™m comfortable, scalp massage etc. Sheā€™s the sweetest.

    Visited Ulta for a curly hair event, which was my first...LOVED IT. LOVED seeing so many people (men, women, and children) with their curly hair! Everyone was really friendly (staff and other visitors) and questions and answers regarding how to care for your curlys were given. Would definitely enjoy another curly hair event! Apparently Ulta has done a few of these so if you have curly hair or are simply interested in the products Ulta has to offer, pay a visit!

    This store is MASSIVE compared to the Ulta locations in Miami. They have everything! I just wish make up remover was more readily available to customers. You have to search and theres only really alcohol to rub off the make up which can be too harsh on some skin types. I do like how stocked they are with certain products. At Sephora there is a lot of things that wont be in stock and some products are always missing the testers. Im not sure if thats because they dont restock them or if people are always taking them. Anyway, this Ulta is awesome.

    Finding an amazing stylist is so difficult, but Elexis makes it easy. Ive been having my hair done with her at the ULTA Salon for over a year and I have never been happier. On top of her superb service and skills, she always helps me find the perfect makeup, skincare, and hair products to complement my visit after shes worked magic on my roots.     I been going to Christie for 5 years now, and every two weeks I get my hair down I canā€™t stop looking in the mirror. Christie know what I want every time, most of the time I donā€™t have to tell her what I want, I just go and sit in her chair. Christie is the best hairstyle I ever know, Iā€™m very picky about my hair and how itā€™s done, but with Christie I have no complaints. I always walk out out there looking flawless all the time, she is talented, smart, a great listener, knowledgeable and know everything about hair. I can call and tell her, hey Christie I think I want this or that and she would say I got you girl. Christie always have a smile on her face, even if sheā€™s having a bad day. She never let anything stop her, I love her very much. I recommend her to a lot of people from my job, because they asked me who be doing my hair. I told them my girl from the Virgin Islands name Christie, and they all went and still going back. Christie are one of the best stylist Ulta have working there, by far.

Christie did a fabulous job on my hair. I am a black Hispanic with short hair and was worried because I was attending my daughters wedding the next day.I received so many compliments at the wedding. I returned the following week for my 40th anniversary hair Do.

    Just got my hair done in the hair salon by Kim. She is amazing. I had hair down to my butt and cut it off to my shoulders.     ULTA is wonderful but it is a dangerously tempting place where you can easily lose your entire paycheck in one easy swipe. So many wonderful beauty products, perfumes, and the salon is great. All the stylists are excellent, especially Deborah. But is very expensive. I would say prohibitively expensive. However, Deborah is so good to my hair that Im willing to makenthe sacrifice even if I have to eat ramen noodles for the rest of the month.

    I recently had a bad haircut at another Salon. I was distraught and decided to give Kayla a call at the Ulta Salon. She fixed my hair and made it where it is very stylish and easy to do. Some people are born hairstylist and Kayla is definitely one. She really cared about fixing my hair, and wouldnt let me leave until I was happy with the cut and style. She is an amazing hairstylist and is very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anybody that wants someone that is professional and makes a difference!

    Really helpful and friendly staff. Excellent broad spectrum of products from hair care to cosmetics. Carry Urban Decay brand...looove their lipsticks with staying power. Wore my favorite red UD lipstick to a dinner reunion party and at least 5 women noticed I still had beautiful lipstick on after eating and drinking...wanted to know WHY! I also use the salon for my haircuts and color and will not go anywhere else. My hair has never looked better... I do a lot of public speaking and have GOT to be confident in how my hair looks. Im a LEO, after all.

    Being a rather private person I rarely express my opinion publicly, but in this case I must make an exception. Before I entered the salon I had resolved myself to a slight alteration of my then lackluster, boring coiffure. I needed a change, having been stuck in a bit of a rut that can best be described as a self-referential feedback loop - a personalogical limbo of my own creation. I thought, well, maybe a haircut will impel me to change my self-defeating behaviour and get on with my life. I made an appointment with Elexis who happened to be free that day, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions Ive made to date. Not only was she attentive to my concerns, actively listening and offering exceedingly professional suggestions, she was also a fantastic conversationalist. And as a person who prefers silence to banter, this is high praise. An hour later I became the recipient of the best haircuts Ive ever received. So impressed was I by the quality of the style I was given that I asked for some highlights as well and, fortunately, her schedule was open. Her detailed and highly precise explanation of the coloring process left no question as to her talent, and so despite my impulsive decision to color my hair I felt confident knowing that she had my best interests in mind. I am deeply honored to call Elexis my hairdresser.

    This past sunday I visited Ulta to purchase foundation and a pallet from Juvias which were 30% off and that was the last day. Upon entering I saw the tarte foundation readily available. I started going thru the testers to best match to my skin color as it varies. I noticed the security guard near by didnt think anything of it. I am still swatching at this point. He walks over to the far right of me and then goes from there. I make my selection and proceed to the pallets I came for. I feel someone behind me and i turn around to find him there. I turn to him and politely ask if he is following me. He responds with no, why you feel guilty? I respond with no, there is no reason to be. I explain why I asked and he responds with the same nonsense and add you look stupid right now. For a good 15 minutes we are going back and forth. I tell him how dare he call a paying customer stupid. He is pacing back and forth telling me how i dont pay him he doesnt have to answer me. Yet he did respond when I posed the question. This sweet young lady, who I later learned was the manager, came by and asked if everything was ok. I told her no and proceeded to tell her what occurred. She was so apologetic and understood why I was upset. She did all she could on her end and advised that they go through a security agency, he wasnt a representation of their place of business. I have never been so embarrassed. He even told me he could have me leave the store! For what? asking a question? I dont know what security company they are using but I hope they dont have more idiots like that. Def bad for business. Ross have security guards and they greet you when you come in. They make their rounds but they arent stalking people and behaving unprofessional. At least that has not been my experience with any of them.

    On December 26th, 2018 I had a color correction done by senior designer Francisco Vadillo located in the Ulta Salon at the Waterford Lakes location. My hair was a color disaster! It was at least four shades of brassy orange. Francisco during a color consultation done on December 12th gave me very specific instructions on how to care for my hair in preparation to the correction which I followed to the letter. I want everyone to know this bright vivacious, talented young man is a true colorist and educator. He explained step by step everything he was doing and the reason. He is meticulous!!! not only did he correct my hair but did so without damaging it. I truly got the color and style I wanted! It took the whole day to correct the color but Francisco made the time fly by! he is very outgoing and kept me very entertained during the entire process. I was very stressed and anxious when I walked into my appointment and he immediately made me feel at ease. Many stylists claim to be colorists but Francisco is much more than a stylist/colorist he is an artist. I highly recommend him. I have gotten so many compliments on my color as well as my cut. I am extremely happy with my result.

How many times can i possibly explain, Im just LOOKING? Its just overboard at every Ulta I go to with the, Finding everything ok?; or, Did you have any questions on that item?; and, Doin ok hunnnnnn??? Its never ending!! By the time Im finally done shopping, Im relieved not to have to explain myself to anymore Ulta associates, lol! Funny, but seriously true.
