    This was my first ever Brazilian and I got my sugaring done by Andrea. She was so friendly and bubbly, and her energy eased my nerves a whole lot lol. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the office is very pretty, and overall my entire experience was very positive. I can’t wait to come back next month for my maintenance sugaring 🥳

    I had gotten a luxurious facial by Zhone, I walked out with my skin glowing, feeling smooth, and overall feeling like a new person, it was amazing!! She educated me on my skin needs, now I’m on track to better the health and appearance of my skin. As soon as I walked in it smelt amazing, and they had free complementary snacks. I got home and snapped some pictures!!

    I’ve been getting sugared here for more than two years and it’s been amazing! Andrea makes the experience so worry free and relaxing, and she’s very knowledgeable on any skin concerns I have.     We were in town for a Conference & hadn’t had time to see our regular sugarist before the trip. We called Luxe & it was a great experience from beginning. They welcomed us to pop by without an appointment & once I arrived they service was fantastic. They got my friend & I booked in. The staff & owner were so welcoming & professional. The sugaring was efficient & thorough. We aren’t from Orlando but would definitely come back to this great place if we are In town again.

    I got my bikini line sugared by Andrea before heading out on a cruise. She made me feel comfortable and she was quick, professional, friendly, well informed, and obviously experienced. She took an uncomfortable, or even painful experience and made it positive. Im a baby with hair removal, but it wasnt bad at ALL! Would definitely recommend her and go again.

    I got my sugaring training here by the owner and another trainer and it was AMAZING. I searched for a course to take for many months and this course surpassed my expectations. This is a one on one course which is usually unheard of. You get all your questions answered and the focus is solely on you and how comfortable you are. The price is almost 1/2 what other salons are charging and you get a bag full of sugar, gloves, manual, etc…I feel so blessed to have done my training here and I left feeling confident in my new skill set in sugaring. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this course to anyone looking to further their knowledge or skill in sugaring.

    Overall with waxing i’ve never had a good experience until i came here. They’re super convenient and always accommodate to your needs.     I absolutely love Luxe Essentials! They are so attentive and not mention they are sweethearts and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and pampered.     I came here for the first time in January after I moved here and keep coming back!! Everyone is great. I’ve had a facial with Zhone, very relaxing and thorough she was nice. On a separate day I got a sugar wax with Emily and an eyelash lift. It was my first time waxing but it went very smoothly and she was also very kind and thorough as well.     I have been going from place to place getting Brazilians and not finding one worth returning to until going to Luxe. Toni was amazing! The experience was pretty painless and she was very knowledgeable about sugaring and even where it originated from! They have such a cute office/waiting and offer you water. The queen at the front desk is very welcoming and it was great chatting with both ladies. At the end of the service they provide you with a little after pouch that has instructions and a little bottle and cotton pads for aftercare. I have finally found a place worth becoming a regular at. I HIGHLY recommend them!

    I started sugaring after I had my second son in June. I found Luxe on Instagram and I immediately started following them… after a few weeks I decided to give sugaring a try and let me tell you I LOVE IT!! First off the office is beautiful and very comfortable. The staff greets you and makes you feel comfortable as well! Checking in and checking out is super easy. My go to and probably will always be my go to is EMILY!! From the first moment she made me feel relaxed comfortable as if we were friends. We talk about our kids and stuff as she does her job. And let me tell you my 😻 looks great!!! So smooth I love it!! Much better than waxing. Recently I had to reschedule my appointment for a later time and when I called Toni asked and she was able to push back my appointment. Thank you guys so much for this experience!!!     I’ve been coming to the spa consistently since October of 2020. I absolutely love it here. It is such a vibe. The spa is so clean. It also smells delightful. You can literally smell the cleanliness while walking up the stairs. The ladies are so sweet and welcoming. They are always on schedule. I feel at peace while I am being serviced. My girl, Toni, hooks me up EVERY single time. She is so freaking awesome. I never feel like merely a number. She is very personable and down-to-earth.     The staff at this establishment were exceptionally hospitable, treating me like royalty for the day. Initially, I had a Groupon for a back facial, but on a whim, I decided to include a regular facial just a few hours prior to my appointment. Despite my last-minute request, they managed to accommodate me within their busy schedule.The business was beautifully appointed, offering complimentary wine and snacks for me to partake in. The technician was forthcoming, explaining each procedure as she progressed, a feature I greatly admired. The atmosphere struck a delicate balance between engaging conversation and soothing quietude, causing me to doze off a few times due to sheer relaxation.There was, however, one point of dissatisfaction. I added the facial to my treatment the day of , forgoing the opportunity to book it online. This decision inadvertently led me to miss out on a $60 deal which included dermaplaning - the service I was interested in. Upon asking for a dermaplaning service, I was charged the standard rate without being made aware of the available offer. Although I acknowledge my oversight in not asking for the deal, it would have demonstrated exceptional customer service had they proposed it, especially since my initial plan was just to utilize the Groupon.Regardless of this pricing mishap, the superior quality of service makes me keen on a return visit. Still, this incident left me somewhat wary and slightly clouded my overall impression of the establishment.

    Emily was quick, thorough and when doing a light extraction told me to let her know if I felt too much pressure or pain.     Emily was fantastic! I hadnt gotten a sugar wax since Sept 2021 and its Apr 2022, so thats a long time. My hair was longer than usual so I knew I was going to endure more pain than average. Emily helped me breathe through all the tough spots and kept talking to me to keep me distracted from the pain. She took her time and didnt overdo any of the sections. Just when I thought I was going to give up, she encouraged me to push through and finish up the last section. She was a perfectionist because after the sugaring she went back in with tweezers to make sure she got everything removed. She was super efficient and wiped me down with a warm towel after to get all the remaining wax pieces. Once she finished with my Brazilian, she moved on to my underarms. Both areas look fabulous now. I would absolutely recommend her for your sugaring session. Ill be back within 3-4 weeks for a touch up.
