    I have been going to this salon for over 2 years. I have to say they are clean and offer you beverages. You can easily book whatever service you need right online on their website with the nail tech of your choice even on the same day, its so convenient and easy !! The salon is very nice looking, staff are all friendly. NICOLE and KEN are both AMAZING! They do an AMAZING job with my nails, I get the powder dip and have to say they never ever chip !! Theyre both so good I highly recommend them for the perfect nails and highly recommend this salon !! I also want to add, I have gone to soo many other salons in the area and have been disappointed every time, either they dont look right or they chip after about a week. You want perfect pretty nails go see NICOLE or KEN at Venetian!!

    I moved here about 2 years ago and came here but the desk staff were awfully rude & so I stopped. Recently tried it again and was really pleasantly surprised. The new desk staff are welcoming and friendly and efficient, and I have booked John for a pedicure now several times and he does the most incredible job. I always pay a little extra for more leg/foot massage as his hands are magic! I have also come with my baby and felt very comfortable. Very happy with this place and I will keep coming back. I highly recommend! Esp John!!

    I’ve been coming to this salon for two years and I love it so much. Young always does a fantastic job with ANYTHING you ask of her. You want a design? Just show her a picture and she can do it. If not she’ll suggest something similar. Always love coming to see her. Mimi and Angela are also amazing 🩷🩷🩷

    Had the sheer pleasure of a fabulously, relaxing, meticulous pedicure by John here today. I’m sold- I’ll never see or go anywhere else! He took the time to really massage and do acupressure on my feet- felt amazing! Did a beautiful job on my toes! I will definitely be back!

    Donna is very accommodating and pays a great deal of attention to detail. She takes great pride in her work and enjoys what she does. Nina is excellent at pedicures. She takes her time and consistently checks to be sure she is not causing any discomfort.

    Steven was a wonderful nail tech and my nails came out beautifully. He even took the time to explain the difference between the different nail polish options (I’ve done my nails several times over the course of many years and no one took the time to explain it as in depth as Steven did). I am thrilled by both the experience and result. Very excited to come back!

    Michelle is amazing, very detail oriented. She works quick if needed and ALWAYS leaves me with perfect nails. Her designs are flawless, I wont see anyone else other than her. Jenny is my second go to for manicures and pedicures!

    John is fantastic at pedicures. His massage was sensational. John knew all the right spots on my feet and legs. I highly recommend him if you want walk out relaxed and with pretty toes.Charlie is amazing. He is able to make my gel nails look thin and natural. He is very kind and efficient.

    I love this place. I invited a girlfriend of mine to get our nails done before my engagement photoshoot. We had Sydney & Daniel for our techs and they are so fabulous. They are so attentive, kind, and do such a great job! I loved my experience with Sydney & I love their drink program 🥰 I got a gel manicure this time & classic pedicure. (Though I usually get the dip manicures & I LOVE them)

    Donna is the best nail tech Ive ever had, not just in this area but in other states Ive lived in as well, and this salon in general is awesome. Everyone is very nice and I always enjoy my appointments here. Donna truly cares about her clients and the services she is providing. Ive never had a painful nail experience with her and I am always incredibly happy with how my nails turn out and the great job she does. I am sadly moving out of state and will very much miss Donna doing my nails on a regular basis. If youre looking for a new nail salon or tech, I would highly recommend Donna and this salon!!

    I get pedicures often…but I had one with John for the first time at my recent visit and it was by far the best one I had at this salon. He was so nice and friendly, and the massage was incredible too. I will definitely be asking for him from now on!

    Donna did absolutely fabulous on my manicure and pedicure! I love it, wanted a natural look and its fabulous!!! Update! This is the third time Ive had Donna, she is beyond fabulous, always does a perfect job, if you can request her! You will not be disappointed! Another unpate, This time I had Young, she did an awesome job on my mani/pedi. Another update, its always a joy to walk into, everyone is always so friendly, atmosphere is great. And I always leave satisfied!

    I visited for a spa pedicure and gel manicure for the first time and was lucky to have John as my nail tech. The spa pedicure was absolutely fantastic, leaving me relaxed and refreshed. The service here is exceptional, and the ambiance is really nice. I’ll definitely be coming back.

    Ive been coming to Venetian Nail Spa in Alton for a few years now and always have a great experience. Young is the absolute best!!! She pays attention to detail and treats my nails with such care. My dip always lasts 3-4 weeks! They have so many nail colors to choose from and always have new ones coming in. The owner is always so friendly and keeps the place nice and clean. Highly recommend!

    I have been going to Venetian since I moved to Jupiter. They came highly recommended by neighbors. Nicole is awesome and does a perfect job for me for my regular powder nails and pedicure. They always run on time and I love being able to book my appointment online and check in on the ipad so I don’t have to wait on a line. So simple! The salon is neat and luxurious. I am always satisfied with my service.

    This was my first experience at Venetian. The salon is beautiful and Charlie is very personable and an amazing nail artist. The location is perfect to go shopping, lunch, and then finish off your day at Venetian for a mani, pedicure or gels, acrylic or dips like I had.     I have been going here for over a year now. I go every 2-3 weeks. I get a pedicure and manicure. I do splurge and get the seacret pedicure or CBD pedicure, dipping powder and eyebrow tinting. Sidney is my nail tech and i absolutely love her. We have the best time. Her customer service is the best.The front desk colleagues know me by name and greet me every time I come.Donna does my eyebrows and I love them.Simply the best.

    First time at Venetian nail spa. It’s the best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. I had Nicole and she was very sweet, gentle, kind, professional, and excellent at what she does! I had the Venetian pedicure and manicure. It was nice being in a nail salon, and it be quiet and relaxing. No drama. I will certainly be back and have Nichole do my services.     I love this nail salon! I was hesitant to go back to a Venetian branded nail spa after a less than great experience at the Legacy location, but so glad I gave the Alton location a chance. I always have a fantastic time. Ivy gives the most heavenly massages and takes such care in making sure my manicure (and pedicure) is perfect. Ive never been able to walk away without some mishap with a regular manicure until having her do my nails. Truly the best!

    I am so happy with this salon. If you call and no one answers they call you back, Larry the manager is so nice and helpful. Mike did an amazing job on my nails.     Almost a year ago I wrote a review accompanied by 5 stars. I still give the same review. No matter what service I have: mani(s)pedi(s), tips, etc I am always happy and comfortable with the technician. I usually use whatever technician is available because they are all good. I was a client of other Venetian Nail spas, but this one is my favorite. The technicians are great and the reception people do a good job at booking.Only problem is - they are so good so they need more technicians!!!!Thanks for another great year!!

    Ive lived in Jupiter for 23 years off and on and have visited many nail salons. Venetian nail spa in Alton is probably my favorite for pedicures (note: I do my own manicures, but Im sure theyd do a nice job too). Its always busy but somehow always relaxing. I also like how I can get a complimentary glass of wine with my pedicure! I usually opt for whoever is available. For my most recent visit, Leah was my tech. She was very pleasant and did a nice job. Foot/leg massage was super relaxing and the nail polish came out great. Ill definitely request Leah in the future!

    Jenny was so amazing!! I did a gel heart design and she really took her time to perfect it and had so much patience. Jenny prioritized my satisfaction with the service , and in the end, I had exactly what I wanted!     This place is probably the best Nail salon I’ve been to. For starters it is absolutely gorgeous and has a luxurious spa feel. I have tried to use other places but I’m never satisfied, I always return to this Venetian. I always make sure I go to see Sarah! She does a fabulous, professional job every visit. The staff there are always welcoming and kind. Another bonus is I never feel rushed like I do at other salons. I highly recommend this spa.

    I’ve been coming to Donna at Venetian Salon since it opened its doors at Alton and for years before that at other salons. She is by far the very best nail technician I have ever gone to. She is precise, on time and my nails ALWAYS - look great. I regularly receive compliments from friends and strangers. Venetian Salon is an extremely clean brightly lit facility, professionally managed and welcoming.

    This is my second time going to Venetian since they first open and I swear my nails look amazing! I had a very sweet woman named Young. She is absolutely amazing! She is so talented and takes her time to make sure everything looks amazing! The dip manicure with rhinestones and tips was $60! Honestly, the nails are perfect and they have so many colors to choose from! The pedicures are also so relaxing I love the sugar scrub they use! The atmosphere is also beautiful, I would describe it as a relaxing royal courtyard. All in all it is amazing and I will be coming back! Book an appointment with the nail technician Young, she is now my go to, trust me, you will not regret it! 💕

    Definitely one of the better nail salons in the area! Much easier to make an appointment online or in advance, they get very busy! Nomy is amazing with my pedicures, her attention to detail is what makes her stand out! Donna is fabulous with the nails, always making sure I like them throughout the process. I highly recommend!

    What a pleasant visit I had to the Venetian Nail Spa! A Beautiful new salon. The pedicure chairs are “state of the art” designed with wonderful massage controls . My technician Sophie gave me the most thorough and detailed pedicure I have ever had.Donna and her husband have truly put their hearts and souls into making going there a very pampered and pleasurable experience.Many nail techniques are available but I have the French gel manicure which is an art itself.From the young women who greets you and checks you out , and the safety measures that they follow , it is truly an enjoyable experience.Susan C.

    I have been going to The Venetian for over 3 years. I matched with my main girl, Jeny, who I have continued to go to about every 3-4 weeks for my nail dip and occasional pedicure. She is always timely and I never feel rushed, as she appreciates this is a time of self-care that I set aside for myself and truly enjoy getting my nails done. Being the OCD person I naturally am (no shame — it is what it is) she always listens and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with the service. Grateful for her sweet and caring nature. She typically helps me choose a nail color too which I am always appreciative for since it’s difficult to narrow down at times — so many beautiful colors. Anytime she has been out of town, she has referred me to coworkers in the salon that she feels I would be happy with for continued nail services — Kay and Adiana have been wonderful in the past! Jasmine at the front has always been super sweet and accommodating when calling to schedule. Ultimately, I highly recommend this nail salon whether you are looking for a nice and relaxing treat for yourself or a place to get your nails done on a regular basis.

    I’m new to the area and was looking for a basic mani, pedi. The staff and Nina, who did my nails were very friendly. The facility is very clean organized. Numerous polishes to choose from- regular and gel. There was little to no wait on a Thursday after work but I’d probably book an appointment online next time since that is an option. My nails look perfect and it was a great experience!

    Second time here and I am so impressed. I splurged a little with adding a paraffin treatment and a hot stone massage with my pedi and did a dip manicure. Frankie was AHHHHMAZING!! Beautiful work and couldn’t be happier. Before I left Young did my eyebrow wax and it’s 5 star. Love this place and will not go elsewhere.

    I got a chrome finish on my nails, that I absolutely hated which is totally my fault. Donna made sure to fix my nails and made sure I left with a smile. Excellent customer service this place always goes above and beyond for customers.

    I have been to this salon twice now and the volcano pedicure is awesome! The technicians are so nice and the atmosphere is clean and upbeat. If you are in the Alton plaza go to this salon NOT the Selfie salon. You will get your money’s worth at Venetian NOT at Selfie.

    Wonderful experience whilst in the spa for my services. The only negative was that one of my nails (that had a tip put on it) broke right where the tip was glued on less than a week into my nails being done. I had not hit it on anything, it just broke out of nowhere.UPDATE: Not only did I receive a message back on my review here fairly immediately, but the nail spa called me the next morning to schedule a time to come in to have my nail fixed. If that isnt 5-star service, I dont know what is!
