I have been to this office a few times now. Every time I was greeted immediately by the front desk personnel. They were friendly, professional, and checked me in in a timely manner. I waited no more than ten minutes and was taken to an exam room by Ewanta who was great. Nicole came in shortly after, and gave me a thorough exam. Everyone in this office I have encountered has been extremely professional and thorough. I highly recommend!

I saw Michele, who is a PA. She was very thorough as well as the assistants who went over my initial medical and family history. She spent time with me, allowed me time to ask questions and gave me a lot of recommendations for Rx and OTC products to help my condition.They have all up to date technology, and it is a beautiful office! I was a little turned off by all the push for the products they sell there but I understand it’s also a business.I had a great visit and look forward to my follow up in a couple months.

I recently had a visit with Dr. Bernstein, and I have to say, it was a great experience! While the front office staff is very policy-driven and it took a few calls to get things sorted, I was still able to see the doctor the same day. I’ve had visits before where I had to wait over 2 hours, but this time I was taken back almost immediately. Dr. Bernstein came in within minutes and explained everything thoroughly. I wish all doctor visits were this smooth! Highly recommend Dr. Bernstein for his professionalism and efficiency.

I’ve been using this office since Dr Shapiro started years ago. I have watched him grow the business from just himself to what it is today. He fit me in for an appointment when no other office would see me for a month. I was covered from head to toe with itchy red patches all over. He diagnosed me with psoriasis and helped me get it under control. I’ve been with them since that day and referred many others. Him and his staff are amazing. You can’t go wrong when you choose them! Ive been a patient of Savannah Ray for almost 5 years and it has been one of the best doctors experience! The office and nurse staff here is quick, efficient, sharp and friendly. Even with insurance, its a little pricey but thats specialty doctors for you. Savannah is also quick and sharp but will listen and talk through why and how the treatment process works. I have psoriasis and acne so its a long term treatment but shes still as focused and attentive as the first time I went to her. Ive also seen dramatic improvement on both issues. Couldnt be happier!

I have had the sincere honor of being a patient at Gardens Derm for over two years now. I have been seen by three different PA-Cs on staff: Savannah Ray, Michelle Owaski, and Jacqueline Velo. Savannah has been my primary provider for 90%+ of my appointments. Of note, Michelle performed my punch scalp biopsy. I was extremely anxious and stressed, but Michelle couldnt have made it any easier or painless. She was very skilled and thorough while also keeping me calm and relaxed with her upbeat and compassionate nature. My experience with each of these providers has always been overwhelmingly positive and wonderful (despite a variety of skin issues being less than enjoyable to manage). However, I truly cannot praise Savannah enough as a medical provider and just simply as an amazing human being. She is knowledgeable beyond compare, more so even than many MDs in the field. She is unbelievably kind and personable. Most importantly though perhaps, is that Savannah has always met me where Im at as a patient in regard to medication and treatment plans. She has never let me leave an appointment without providing me a range of options, both OTC and prescribed within my financial means, to keep in my toolbox for managing my autoimmune/inflammatory skin diseases. She has never made me feel like a difficult patient where so many other practices have. As a side note, the administrative staff is also top notch and always on the ball with anything needed such as insurance verification, appointment scheduling, medical release, or just general information. I have never had a single problem they couldnt handle with ease and a smile. Again, I just cannot recommend Savannah or Gardens Dermatology enough.

I would not trust the heath of my skin to any other dermatology office.

I was called for my appointment shortly after my arrival. The assistant took my information, updated my medication and asked me for any changes since my last visit. She also reviewed the reason for my visit. Dr. Rajpara came in shortly thereafter and followed up on my last visit, reviewed the last prescription that she ordered and quickly offered an alternative as the initial medication wasn’t covered by insurance. Overall I felt that my needs were addressed and also leaving the door open for follow up if the need arose.
