    It was my first time having Smart Lipo. No matter how much time you researched what it is, when you decided to do it, you still feel backing out at the last minute. It was my surgeon, Dr. Jonathan Schwitzer, who gave me the comfort and confidence to do it. His credentials and experience were excellent. He has great empathy to his patient, giving me information, patience and technically holding my hand in the process. He is such an admirable and excellent surgeon who gave me great results on my surgery. I am totally recommending him to anyone who needs this service. I would like to say thank you also to the excellent and wonderful service of Dr. Schwitzerā€™s team, Natalie and Belinda. New Radiance is impeccable and professional.

    I arrived to the facility and was greeted promptly with a smile by Judy. She was very nice and the facility was very clean and beautiful. I completed the paper work and was explained about the procedure I was going to have by Morgan. I felt a little nervous and wondered what I would feel. Most of the time I was comfortable however there were times that I felt a little pain. I was explained that I would need to follow up at least two more times in order to see any changes. The cost is a little more than I thought it would be. Hopefully after two more visits there will be a noticeable change.

    Very informative help me set up just what I need and the time line to do it. First service was some dysport for the crows feet and a little bit of filler in the cheek. I am very particular about not doing to much. As a man. I just want to clean up a bit but do not want to look 20. Karen was very knowledgeable and understood my point. I am very happy so far.

    I got my wife a visit to New Radiance for Motherā€™s Day. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I went with her to her appt and they were all great. The atmosphere was very nice and they were as friendly as on the phone. My wife loved her experience there and the price was way below what I expected to pay.     I recently had an ultherapy treatment on my face and neck with Meg and I have to say, the results were amazing! My entire face feels tighter and more lifted, and Ive been told that the full effects will be seen within six months. The entire process took 2 and a half hours, but Meg was patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout.     I received Dysport by Ashley on 12/27. She explained everything she was doing and the difference between Dysport and Botox which I have done both previously but still took the time to explain things.     Im a person who suffers from back pain from multi level disc herniations in my lumbar region. I have been to physical therapy many times over the years. One thing they always stress for back patients is to strengthen the muscles in the pelvic floor. As my condition worsens it becomes more difficult to perform those specific exercises. When I learned about the EMsella chair and how it targets the pelvic floor muscle and strengthens them I had to give it a try. I found it nearly relieved all my back pain by 80 to 90% for the next three days with lasting effects up to 5 days. I was shocked as this was the result after the first trial. after completing 6 sessions I am now able to stand and put on pants whereas before I could not. All for just sitting in a painless chair. If I owned this machine I would use it every day! I also noticed it strengthened my core. As a new client my overall experience was positive. I will recommend Radiance to my friends and family. Brenda Scaggs was extremely kind, welcoming and professional.

    I cant say enough about Meg. She is the Ultherapy queen. I got this treatment about three years ago on my jawline, and fell in love with my results. I went back today and got my full face and neck done and I already know I will look great once the treatment does its magic. Itll take a couple of months to see my results, and Im super excited. Meg is gentle and guides you through the process. Make sure you get the laughing gas, it helps a great deal with discomfort. I highly recommend seeing Meg if youre considering this treatment.     All I can say is I just had another amazing experience at New Radience! After saving my reward points from my filler and Botox treatments with Karen (who is incredibly talented and Iā€™ll come back to her again and again), I accrued enough points to enjoy a HydraFacial. I had gotten down to the last few days before my pouts were about to expire, but the staff was awesome and was able to offer me a last minute appointment the day I called! I hadnā€™t had a HydraFacial before and it was soooo nice! Lindsey was the best! Not only is she super nice, sheā€™s very knowledgeable and great at what she does! It was a spa-like experience on a massage table, with relaxing music in a dimly lit room. Except the the red light treatment, which was really cool! My face looked so soft and smooth and my large pores were almost invisible! My family noticed a difference in my face as soon as I got home! I canā€™t recommend the treatment, or Lindsey, enough! Iā€™m so glad I found New Radience two years ago! Iā€™ll never go anywhere else!

    Jessica packwood is an amazing injector! She makes the process enjoyable with little to no pain. She does very natural filler and Iā€™m very pleased with the results.     I scheduled an appointment with Meg Brewster, Medical Esthetician, for an Ultherapy consultation. Meg explained the treatment, and upon request showed me some before and after treatment pictures. I liked that she stressed that each patient is unique and the results depend on the patient. I scheduled the Ultherapy treatment, and the results have been amazing! It has been three months since my treatment and I can see the transformation; my skin looks younger, firmer, and radiant. My face looks more vibrant and less tired.     Dr. Dedo is an excellent doctor. I had liposuction done of the abdomen and he did a marvelous job. I had local anesthetic, did not hurt at all during the procedure. I was visiting New Radiance to have fillers done with Karen Shields (Advanced Nurse Practitioner). Mrs. Shields was very knowledgeable as to what I need to have done in order to accomplish the goals for my skin.I am an African American and I have hyperpigmentation around my eyes. Not only that underneath my eyes are very hollow and sunken in. As if I was punched underneath my eyes. So I took advantage of New Radiance Eye Rejuventation Special and also Radiesse Filler.And I must tell you my results are truly remarkable. I started my skin care journey about 2 years ago with Shino Bay in Fort Lauderdale with Dr. Soro. I spent thousands of dollars ($11,000) and I didnt get nearly 1/8 of the results that I achieved with New Radiance. I thought my face was so awful that Mr. Soro couldnt do anything with it. Now I know that he was ripping me off.So ladies make sure you ask lots of question and be as informative as you can be. Because some treatments centers will prey on the fact of how less you know about the services that are being rendered.I work in a large processing plant. Where there are lots of people. And Since my treatment with Mrs. Shields, I receive compliments darn near everyday. Whether it is at work, at the grocery store, or gas station.I just want to say, Thank you, Mrs. Shields.     I have to give Dr, Goodman and his staff 5 stars! I wanted to take a few minutes and review my experience at New Radiance and especially the staff and Dr Goodman. It seems as though people are quick to complain or find fault with a certain establishment and often dont take the time to commend excellence or point out the positives. I had done quite a bit of research before booking my initial consult including phone calls. I called a competitor first, because I had seen an advertisement online and they seemed so upscale and had all I was looking for. If the first line of communication in any business lacks a caring and professional attitude, that first rapport you want to establish has already been broken. Not only did I feel uncomfortable and unsure I felt the insurance information and relay of prices was not the first thing they should have opened with....to bad for them. The Staff at New radiance was professional, friendly, caring and full of information, ready to answer all of my questions right out the gate. I felt comfortable and without even having met them in person I felt at ease with Laurie and Kristy at the initial consult. All my questions were then answered in full by Dr.Goodman, all my medical concerns addressed no rush no pressure and a treatment plan discussed and scheduled. The center was clean , inviting and those that worked there seemed to enjoy what they were doing and had a deep respect for the Dr and clients as well. I have had many medical issues over the last few years and have seen many medical professionals and I consider him one of the most caring and detail oriented Drs. I have had the pleasure to meet.     I went for a consultation at the PBG location on 9/9/2022 at 4:30 pm and was seen by Jessica who identified herself as a PA. First of all, the environment was so beautiful and super clean. I asked Jessica, if it was possible to have my Restylane facial filler done while I was already there. I have been really struggling with feeling confident as I am getting older. Now, Im certain it was the ending of her day and she didnt have to do the procedure for me on a Friday evening, but she was so kind and gracious and agreed to do my facial filler. I cannot express my gratitude for her professionalism, her skills and just overall kindness. I am certain that I will have to find it in my budget to have her perform it for me again if I need it.     I tried New Radiance for first time with an intro Exilis face treatment. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming. Lindsey was the aesthetician, and she explained procedure thoroughly.     I was curious about cool sculpting. I knew someone who had good results and after my doctor confirmed that it worked during a routine medical exam, I booked a consultation at New Radiance. I have stubborn fat from multiple pregnancies and hours a day in the gym for years didnā€™t make it go away.My consultation was with Morgan and she spent a good deal of time with me answering questions and discussing the process. I took advantage of a cool sculpting special and went through with it. It was relatively pleasant for the fact that parts of my fat was being frozen to death! After the treatment, I was a little numb, puffy and bruised, but it subsided and I rather liked the gradual reshaping of my figure as the dead fat cells left my body. I am so happy I came here to do this. It was a really great experience and Iā€™m now scheduling another treatment to take care of a few more areas.     I teach spin classes and work out 6 days a week at the gym. My abs, arms and thighs continue to have fat areas that I could not work away. I had heard of Dr. Goodman at New Radiance in Palm Beach Gardens, so I decided to call for a consultation. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable.     My Sculpture experience at New Radiance with Meg Brewer was very positive! She explained the process and was very professional. Since it was on the outer thighs it required 3 panels on each leg.     I love New Radiance Cosmetic Center! I became a client in 2018 when I started coming to the Palm Beach area seasonally, and I was looking for a top quality Med Spa. I always do my research, and the reviews/feedback for New Radiance were extremely positive so I took a chance and was not disappointed - they literally have everything! They have all the latest technology, and their new location in Palm Beach Gardens is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is so courteous and their professionalism shines more than ever during this Covid-19 crisis with their new safety protocols. I recently had Fraxel laser from Kimberly and she was amazing - super knowledgeable and sweet. She really made me feel comfortable, and discomfort during the procedure was minimal. I was rosey and a little red for a few days following and then my skin was GLOWING! Iā€™ve also had great experiences there with micro needling and hydra facials. And just in case anyone is wondering, Iā€™ve had multiple PRP injections in my scalp, and all I can say is WOW (ask for Elizabeth!). Prices are reasonable.     Cool Sculpting is absolutely amazing! I am floored with the results as I was quite apprehensive to start! I am the mother of 2 and my body just has never bounced back. Well. I has a muffin top to say the least and I had outer saddle bags that just really killed my ability to wear a good looking pair of pants. I cant believe how quick, easy, and effective CoolSculpting is! I did treatments in the morning and then went into work! My saddlebags, stomach and love handles are almost gone after 2 treatments. My husband at first complained but now he has been loving the results too and wants to get it done! My clothes fit better and I feel more like myself again!     I had the most positive experience today from a micro-needling treatment by Miranda, a very personable specialist in skin care . She used the appropriate device that produced a facial treatment that completely covered all areas of the exposed face. The treatment was very comfortable and i felt it stimulate every pore. I would highly recommend asking for Miranda when considering a micro-needling treatment.I was also amazed to see the new offices of New Radiance on Design Center Drive. The facility is much more comfortable and by all appearances and procedures practiced it is a very sterile facility.

    I have been going to New Radiance for 10 years so when I heard that they had vaginal rejuvenation I was interested. I researched Ultra Femme 360 which I found can provide both vaginal and labial tightening I read it was a pain-free procedure performed in a series of 3 sessions spaced two weeks apart. I decided to try it as it is rated the #1 vaginal rejuvenation procedure and I have had great experiences at New Radiance. I cannot tell anyone that this procedure is what every woman wants.     I recently went to New Radiance for a consultation for Ultherapy. Meg was wonderful. I was so impressed with her knowledge about the technology and her honesty about what to expect. She was so thorough and I felt extremely comfortable with proceeding with scheduling my procedure for Ultherapy. Both the consultation room and procedure room at new radiance were clean and comfortable. I was very Nervous about the procedure the day of but Meg made me feel very at ease very and answered all my questions. They offer pro Nox which makes the procedure a lot more tolerable. Meg was extremely good with machine and made the entire experience really wonderful.. I had read some horrible things about the pain and after effects but in Megs expert hands I did not experience any of the awful things I had read about. Procedure took about two hours and afterwards I was even able to go and have dinner with a friend. I highly recommend new radiance and Meg. Itā€™s very important to have somebody who knows what they are doing for this therapy and Meg was awesome! I will definitely be going back for other treatments they offer.

    I absolutely love New Radiance Cosmetic Center, and more importantly Meg. She is just the most amazing technician and more importantly caring person, she is so knowledgeable, listens to all of your concerns, and is full of great information. When you first arrive youā€™re greeted by the great staff at the front desk, after which you get to relax in the waiting room which is a gently lit room with refreshments and a cozy feeling. Note - you wonā€™t spend much time waiting there though because appā€™ts are usually very punctual. Now back to Meg, who gave me an amazing experience. I was there for Sculpsure on my stubborn love handles, a part of me that I had finally decided to do something about. She was extremely informative and walked me through every part of the process, talking to me more like a friend than a client, and we all know how reassuring that is. Sculpsure is not a painless procedure, but certainly worth whatever discomfort you may experience. Due to Megā€™s skill (the skill of all technicians are not alike and therefore the results), I got the most amazing results!!!     After doing tons of research, I decided to call New Radiance about their SmartLipo. As soon as I completed the online form, I was contacted. I was a little apprehensive that the doctor that would be performing the procedure wasnā€™t conducting my consultation, but I was impressed with Kristy. She was professional, competent, and knowledgeable. She was able to speak about the procedure from a general and personal stand point and I appreciated it. I scheduled my procedure for the following week. Up until the day of my procedure, they were in constant contact with me and everything regarding the pre-op was crystal clear. The day of the procedure went well. I canā€™t remember the nurseā€™s name but she was in the room the whole time and we talked while I watched tv the whole time. Prior to, she walked me through the procedure (which was on point by the way), and told me what to expect during the procedure (pros and cons). The anesthesiologist was hilarious and was competent at his job. Dr. Goodman and his assistant did an awesome job during the procedure and there was minimal pain. The procedure took less than 2 hours, I was able to have a guest in the room, the nurse was great, I felt no pain, and Dr. Goodman was an artist. The pain was so minimal, I only took Tylenol during the first two days. I had my follow up appt one week later and everything was well. Tomorrow will be week 3 for me and although Iā€™m still healing I can see a noticeable difference. Iā€™m thrilled with my results thus far and look forward to seeing the final results. Would I do it all over again, yes. Am I pleased with the results thus far, extremely.

    I have been coming to New Radiance Med Spa for a few years and love it! I have tried other places in between, sometimes because there were discounts, but the professionalism and quality of services are second to none. The staff is always amazing and helpful especially with appointments and appointment changes. I will keep returning!After months of looking up information I decided to try Ultherapy. The first appointment I chickened out because I heard it was pretty painful. This treatment applies electric currents to tone the skin, especially useful for under the neck. So after my 2nd consultation with Meg I decided to go for it with the help of Pro nox (laughing gas). It as an amazing experience. meg was so pleasant and professional the whole time. You can feel it but truthfully with the Pro Nox you dont care. Its been about 5 days and I can see a difference already. The true results take 3-6 months as the collagen will regenerate. I am a little sore - but all in all sooooo worth it. Thanks Meg for being so awesome - I am ready to plan more treatments with you!!. Cant wait to see how I look in a few months.

I have had excilis which is a skin tightening procedure on my legs.I had the series and am confident I will repeat it next year. Meg actually explained I would need to do a double series. As she was honest to begin with, I took her recommendation. I feel like my legs look better. I have had a facial and that was excellent as well.     Elizabeth is so knowledgeable, personable, and professional. This was my second visit to see her for botox. I previously had botox done in Boca by a plastic surgeon. My forehead and eyelids felt heavy, it was unpleasant with sounds of cracking ice with every needle poke, not to mention double the price. Not the case at New Radiance.     When I heard that Ultra Femme 360 can provide both vaginal and labial tightening and total rejuvenation as far as appearance I was skeptical. I had heard about vaginal rejuvenation but also had heard it was done with a laser and had downtime which was a bit of a problem as I work. Everyone has their own reasons for thinking about this procedure as it addresses Increased sensation and sexual satisfaction, vaginal tightness, increased lubrication, Improvement in bladder control, and aesthetic appearance for better self-confidence but I was in for them all.So let me tell you. It is a pain-free procedure performed in 30 minutes start to finish. There is no pain and it is in fact comfortable. A series of 3 sessions are spaced two weeks apart and you are done.There is no other way to sate this other than this is a groundbreaking advance in medicine and a must for any woman alive today over 35, or who have had kidsā€¦unless, of course, you own the fountain of youth. I am so glad that I had this procedure done I want to tell the world about it. Not sure how to do that so hopefully this review will help you make up your mind.

    I had the pixel laser and Exilis with Miranada, who is very knowledgeable and explains the procedures very thoroughly in a step-by-step manner.     Was in today and saw Rachel for a little Botox. She was fantastic. Iā€™ve had it before and she was by far the best one. She is nice, honest, informative, helpful and knows what sheā€™s doing.     I am a veteran of Botox, I used to go to plastic surgeons to have my treatments. I decided to try New Radience, where Karen gave me a full face Botox treatment (forehead, in between brows, crows feet, bunny lines on my nose and my chin). In my extensive experience, Karen is the MOST skilled at a applying Botox. It takes the eye of an artist to evaluate each individual face, to know exactly where to apply that injection to obtain spectacular results. Karen did just that! I can say with 100% certainty I have the best results from a Botox application in 15 years. And for the first time ever, Ive had no ruptured capillaries because Karen uses a vein finder...yes!!!! A vein finder!!!! Also, for the first time ever, my nose didnt swell up from the injection. I am in awe of her skills šŸ˜šŸ’•If youre just getting started or you need a touch up, look for Karen!     I met with Dr. Goodman over a year ago for smart lipo. I did not end up having the surgery because of financial issues. I will say he was considerate during the consultation and even after. I still will like for him to do my surgery in the near future.

    I previously had liposuction done on the stomach and sides I made Dr Goodman aware of this. He did not have one negative or bad thing to say about the previous surgeon or his work. To me that says a lot. I had gained weight after the first procedure and was not happy with the results. Dr Goodman preformed smart lipo on my stomach and sides and I was very happy with the results. Im going back because I wanted to have a certain area done and then let my body adjust to see if I wanted any additional work done. Obviously I do. Dr Goodman never tried to over sale me and he gave me realistic expectations. The only negative is the small Scars but that has to do with my bodys inability to heal from small incisions. Plastic surgery is not a cookie cutter procedure and like shoes they all fit different. Women should really go into all cosmetic surgery with realistic expectations. No two bodies are the same. I would recommend Dr Goodman because he was honest direct and gave me realistic expections which he delivered.
