My journey began with a desire to elevate my standard skincare routine, and that’s when I discovered Skin Laundry. Intrigued, I explored their offerings to find services that would complement and enhance my regimen, ultimately choosing their laser facial.Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the pristine and tranquil ambiance. The minimalist design exuded elegance while remaining inviting. The receptionist welcomed me with warmth and kindness, embodying the essence of exceptional customer service. After completing my paperwork, she captured a few photos for the purposes of evaluation of my skin. Listen, let me tell you. The staff is very thorough here and takes your skin health seriously.The receptionist walked me to a small waiting area. I watched a brief yet informative video from the companys founder, detailing the laser facial and its myriad benefits.In no time, my nurse Jess arrived. We walked down the hall to a private room where I would receive my laser facial. I felt completely at ease throughout the process. Jess began with a gentle facial cleanser to remove any excess oils, followed by the application of the laser facial product prior to starting the laser treatment. Her thorough explanations of each product and its advantages were enlightening. For those with sensitive skin like mine, I can assure you that the offerings at Skin Laundry are nothing short of divine. Skin Laundry cater to all skin types and address various concerns, so rest assured, you are in capable hands.As with any investment in self-care, consistency and dedication are paramount. After my facial, I emerged feeling rejuvenated and far more knowledgeable than when I first entered. From the moment you step through the door, the delightful receptionist ensures you feel valued and cared for, reinforcing the notion that your skin is their priority. The insights gained prior to the treatment are invaluable, and the service itself is profoundly beneficial.I also had the pleasure of meeting several remarkable women working in this exquisite establishment. Following my treatment, I was delighted to receive a charming gift bag, a truly thoughtful gesture. When you find yourself in the Palm Beach area, do make a point to visit and bring along a friend.     I cannot give this business ENOUGH STARS. I haven’t done much with my skin beyond random facials/chemical peels, but jumped on their laser deal to try it before I resorted to Botox. Management at the door was so incredibly warm and informative.. made me feel SO SO comfortable. The nurse that handled the procedure was also AMAZING… so honest and so sweet, ALSO made me feel so comfortable. No one was pushy with any additional procedures.     This was the first time I’ve ever gotten a professional facial and I’m glad I tried it! The studio is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The front desk associates were very kind and patient. My RN, Jessica A., was so knowledgeable, she provided so much information and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I enjoyed my first experience and decided to get a membership to see how healthy I can get my skin. Looking forward to my laser facial journey!

    I’ve been struggling with consistent breakouts out of no where for the first time in my life, and I’ve only had topical skin treatments (facials and chemical peels) prior to today when I got my first laser facial at 38. I didn’t know what to expect, so I was a little nervous.When I arrived, Bri greeted me and checked me in for my appointment. She was very friendly and helped get me ready for my treatment - filling out the digital client intake form, taking before photos, and showing me an educational video of the benefits of laser facials.Jenn came to get me for my treatment and we discussed a few concerns that I had leading up to the start of the treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable and eased my nerves by guiding me step by step on what she was doing and the reason she was doing it. Throughout the treatment she helped me to feel as comfortable as possible. The laser is not painful at all, but does have a little warmth as it is being applied. My skin was a little bit pink after the treatment, but it settled thin a few minutes. I do like the fact that there is no down time post treatment. Jenn was very clear on how I should treat my skin over the next few days to ensure that I have the best results possible. She also made several recommendations for my next visit, if I would like to return.Once my treatment was complete, Kendra and Jessie provided all of the options for future treatments and completed my checkout. They were not pushy about selling a membership or any of their products, which speaks volumes because it seems like in today’s world it’s typically all about the sale and less about the client experience. As a parting gift I received a water bottle, hat and facial mask to use this evening. I can honestly say I had a 10/10 experience and each one of these ladies has led me to want to return for future treatments, so I am looking forward to seeing the results!

    Excellent experience at skin laundry at PGA, the store is clean and modern. Everyone I encountered there was welcoming. I had Nurse Jessica who explained the different lasers how they help with different skin concerns. It’s a great alternative to getting injectables which is why I was interested in trying it. I highly recommend trying it.

    Great front desk and nursing staff. I had an overall pleasant experience. The laser treatment was gentle—I didnt feel any pain, which was nice, but I also didnt notice much of a difference, likely for the same reason. The office itself is beautiful. One thing that was a bit unclear was tipping; it felt more like a medical treatment, but tipping might make sense if it were a facial. I could be wrong about that though!
