The office was run efficiently and accurately from the first contact from the pre work to the processing and walk-out, a great experience. Dr. Casey was very learned in her diagnosis of my condition and moved forward with the process to make me well with a great bedside manner in explaining all of the options and procedure. I felt completely secure in having her completing the procedures today. The assistant was very warm and friendly in her demeanor understanding my issue, and very skilled and gentle administering the medication to start the procedure. Its a great office I look forward to seeing them on a 6 month basis.

I dont think I have ever experienced a medical appointment in all my 50++ years as I had yesterday with PGA Dermatology. First of all, I called Tuesday to schedule a new patient appointment and I was able to come in the very next day. Imagine that! The office was immaculate and intimate. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional from the scheduling of the appointment (Tori); to taking my medical information and answering questions (Katie); and Casey Turek who was so welcoming and performed the exam. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and would highly recommend PGA Dermatology.

Honest doctors and great staff working there.I’ve seen Casey twice now and she’s amazing. She takes her time during the exam and asks relevant questions. She also suggests different skin products for the concerns you may have. It’s nice that she suggests several brands with different price points and isn’t just trying to upsell you the expensive products.Everyone makes you feel comfortable there, even when talking about things that aren’t exactly comfortable. They make you feel like longtime friends that want the best for you.

PGA Dermatology is the absolute BEST PLACE TO GO! Casey is so welcoming, kind, intelligent, and detail oriented! She explains everything she does, answers any questions I have, and truly listens to her patients. I got lip filler for the first time today with her, and she absolutely made the process so easy, and made me feel comfortable. My lips look BEAUTIFUL!!! Katie the nurse is also so sweet as well! She makes the experience comfortable, and is so personable with you. Overall, PGA Dermatology is a 11/10 experience and I will be referring everyone I know to come here!

I saw Casey Turek about a week ago, and I absolutely loved it. It was such a great experience. I was running late for the appointment, and the receptionist just moved my appt time with no issue. I was seen quickly and had a very thorough exam. Casey answered all my questions and was very friendly and helpful. I called earlier today and was called back quickly by the nurse (Tory), who was also very helpful in getting me my prescription refill. I will definitely be returning here and would recommend it to everyone for anything dermatology or aesthetic related.

Very professional and relaxed atmosphere. The staff offered me several options to resolve my issues. Staff was very receptive to my questions and responsive to my requests. The office setting is very calming, I came from a high volume dermatologist office where I felt like another number getting pressed to upsell. This office was just an opposite, very calming very relaxing and very responsive to your needs. If you have reservations about seeing a dermatologist, and who wouldnt, I would highly recommend this office.

I saw Casey Turek out of pure desperation because I am 5 months pregnant and every dermatologist I contacted was scheduling me 2 months back. From the moment she logged onto our tele-health visit, she was kind, present, and immediately ready to listen to my concerns. She did not rush me at all and spent a very generous amount of time trouble shooting some of the skin issues that my pregnancy has brought along. I am so grateful to have found her and will continue seeing her.

This was my first appointment at PGA Dermatology to have my annual skin screening exam. I was exceptionally impressed. Tory greeted me and checked me in with a smile. I felt comfortable talking about my concerns. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. They are the best! There is a Walgreens and LabCorp in the same building making it very convenient. Their IT guy called to help me get in and when we had audio issues, they had me switch to using my phone. Pretty sure the issues were on my end, but they were all very kind, considerate and patient. Casey was able to provide a solution and I’m already beginning to see improvement in my skin issue. Highly recommend !
