Chi Chi Couture in Panama City Beach is an absolute gem! I had the most incredible head spa and facial treatments here – truly the best head spa experience I’ve ever had. The room was so cozy and super cute, setting the perfect vibe for relaxation.Nilsa, the owner, is amazing! She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience. She’s down-to-earth, genuinely cares about her work, and takes the time to ensure everything is done to perfection. On top of that, we had such a fun time chatting – it felt like catching up with a friend!I’m amazed at how Nilsa managed to transform my hair – it has so much natural volume now, smells absolutely divine, and feels incredibly nourished and shiny. I got a spray tan with Chloe and she did an amazing job. I got a bit nervous during the spray tan and she was so patient and help the experience be a positive one. I can’t thank her enough for helping me look tan and making sure I had a great spray tan experience with her. She always checked on me to make sure I was okay during and after the spray and times in between. I will be using her again.

THE BEST SALON IN PCB! 🏆 Charlotte is the most incredible hairstylist, she specializes in creative cuts and colors, but can honestly do anything and everything I ask for! I literally fly from Ohio to this salon multiple times per year to see her; she’s that good. I love what Nilsa had done with the space and the vibes, and all the clothes and accessories in the shop are so cute! Truly all the humans who work here are so genuine and down to earth and feel like family. Come experience the difference of having this place as your glam squad!

I went in yesterday for a hand sprayed tan, and WOW!I am the so dark and I absolutely love it. I never get this amount of tan with a machine. I did the rapid tan and left it on for about 4 hours. But you can rinse it in as little as an hour or wait a few like it did. Just depends on how dark you want to be. I was very comfortable, it was private so no tan lines 🙌🏻 they make sure to get every surface and spray it evenly. I will definitely be coming back again.

My daughter turns 10 in a few days and really wanted her first drastic hair change for her birthday. Her hair is very long and she wanted to do a wolf cut, so we settled on a longer version of it. To say I was nervous is an understatement but we were immediately made to feel comfortable by the staff! Charlotte did an absolutely AMAZING job and treated my girl so well. When her hair was done all the staff members gathered and hyped my daughter up and told her how beautiful she looked. She left feeling like a million bucks and I just want to thank Charlotte and all the other staff for making my daughters first experience so amazing.10000000/10 recommend ❤️

I stopped into Chi Chi Couture for a hair cut and was SO happy with my experience. I was in desperate need of a hair cut and Charlotte was able to fit me in. She gave me a great layered cut with such cute face framing layers. Everyone was so friendly and it’s so fun that you can shop Nilsa Prowant’s boutique while you’re there! I’ll definitely be back for future cuts and color!!

Holy cow!!!! Got sprayed by nilsa yesterday! And let me just say…. Its the best tan ive had. Im the type where i get nervous when i have to strip down to get sprayed , but i was so comfortable and forgot i was naked 😆 yall she even had me put my chi chis up to get underneath iykyk. No one has ever had me hold them up to get under and that sold me!!!!! Seriously. Its affordable. I did the rapid and i will be booking again!!!!!! - Brittany Sherer
