    Paradigm Salon is truly the best! Ive been coming here for about 10 years now, and its my go-to place for all things hair. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family - its just that welcoming!Jennifer Whisum is my girl, and shes absolutely fantastic! But honestly, all the stylists here are amazing. They really know their stuff when it comes to hair.What I love about Paradigm is that its a one-stop shop for everything you need. Whether its a cut, color, or style, theyve got you covered. The team here always delivers top-notch results.After a decade of coming here, I can say without a doubt that Paradigm Salon deserves all 5 stars.     I am literally writing this as I am walking out of my appointment because the service I had was INCREDIBLE!! I did the scalp massage/facial treatments with destiny and it was literally one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Not only was she SO good and professional, but she was the nicest person ever and I felt so comfortable with her! I highly recommend booking any service with her, she was perfect and you won’t regret it!

    I have been going to this salon to see Tracy for color and cuts a little over a year now. I am always pleased with my visits! Elizabeth is amazing as well. The salon is welcoming and all the staff are friendly.

    I made an appointment on a whim because I had not found a good stylist in a long while. I am SO glad I did!!! Jennifer was absolutely amazing!! My hair has not looked this great in like forever. The color she did was just what my skin tone needed. She is sweet and kind and extremely knowledgeable. The salon was clean and everyone was friendly. I’m so glad I went.     I saw Destiny for a hydration scalp thing and it was amazing! I went in almost wanting to shave my head and Felt like I had dreadlock type hair ish and came out not having a Britney Spears moment! My hair feels so much better again! No more dreadlocky hair

    Upon walking into the salon part of Paradigm, I was super impressed! It’s nice neat and clean! All the women were so nice. I went in for a Hydration Scalp Spa with Destiny and she was amazing. I ended up getting the Scalp Spa and face mask with a blow out for my hair at the end. I will 100% be back again!

    I am new to town and trying to find a new stylist can seem daunting, but TRACY was so amazing and made we feel so welcomed. Tracy took the time understand my hair integrity and composition, and offered suggestions to help heal my hair. I’ve never had a stylist as thorough and professional as Tracy! I would 100% recommend!

    I got married on 5/11/24. We came to PCB from Ohio. I had contacted several places for hair and makeup. I am so happy that I contacted Paradigm Salon and Spa. Three of the ladies took time out of their Saturday to come do mine and my bridesmaids hair and makeup. Destiny nailed all of our makeup. I wanted very natural and WOW!! The girls doing our hair did fabulous too! I would recommend Paradigm to anyone and everyone! Amazing work and so friendly! Absolutely loved these ladies!!!

    Today was my first time at this salon and my hair stylist was Erika. I am thrilled with how my hair looks. Erika truly listened, she asked questions, and explained what she was doing and why. I also enjoyed conversation with her throughout the process and she did an amazing job! I got low and highlights and they look amazing. The perfect amount and blend and the hair cut is amazing too. Also, want to say the salon is clean and very nice. Very comfortable and reasonable prices. I will definitely go back to Erika. Happy I found them online and took a chance.

    Elizabeth has done my hair for more years than I can remember. She is truly a master at what she does and is so knowledgeable about all things hair and beauty. Jennifer does my Brazilian Blowout twice a year and Im obsessed! She is also really good at haircuts for boys and my son loves coming in and talking to her.The new salon is BEAUTIFUL and I feel so comfortable every time I go there!

    I can not express how happy and pleased I am with this salon. Sophia was pleasant and very knowledgeable about her job. She gave my options, explained to me what she was doing and why (even though I have no idea about the hair process), and most importantly she listened to me. My hair pulls orange and previous salons either didnt believe me or just ignored me and I always had to go back for a correction. Im getting married soon and stressing about my hair is gone thanks to her. I highly recommend this salon to anyone with hair!

    First time ever being to a spa, didn’t know practically anything in regards to skin care and facials … the entire Paradigm team rest assured they would take great care of me. And they have continued to make that happen since I’ve been going! From the warm greetings the second I walk in, sitting down, to walking out, Paradigm have made sure to treat me with such professionalism and genuine kindness. Now for my MAIN I couldn’t recommend Destiny enough, she is such an Angel! ✨✨Services: (Facials) What a wonderful spirited person who cares about her clients, always so attentive to what I have to say and questions, and she truly knows to the very bone of skin care as well as the benefits of her services. She even personalizes her services for each of her clients instead of just a basic facial that every one gets, it’s truly dedicated to YOU. I’ve already had 2 facials and already from the first one I noticed the results in my skin texture, pores, and just in general my face as well being more plumpier. By the 2nd round, we did a little more aggressive work though gradually/ an upgrade in a facial and instantly just the results keep impressing me! Destiny always makes me feel heard and during the entire spa session I am both comfortable and just in general loving how peaceful it is. Destiny, Destiny, Destiny - ask for Destiny! 5+⭐️‘s. She is my top and I do not regret making that decision to walk in after being the type of person who reads EVERY review.     Definitely had the 5-star experience at Paradigm today. Usually at other places when the product quality is this good, the staff is very nasty and vice versa, but not here! Sophia was absolutely amazing, engaging and bubbly.I also really appreciate the honest heads up about what the salon can or cannot do upfront instead of wasting my time trying to figure it out on the spot! This is true professionalism!

    Best haircut I ever had, Jennifer knew exactly what she was doing. And it was apparent that she was a very experienced stylist.     I have been going to Lindsay for at least 13 years and have nothing but the highest regard for her work! She knows my hair so well and I trust her professional judgement completely regarding what I need to create a look that Is always beautiful, but also the most healthy option for my hair type.     I have been going here for awhile and I love the environment!! Jennifer Crawford Wishum is just amazing and every since my first appointment with her she never fails to amaze every time!!     I have been going to Jennifer for about a year now and every time I leave I love my hair! She is personable and very talented when it comes to coloring. I wanted to go much lighter than my natural color and she got me to a great place without being brassy. My cut has made my hair so much more manageable in the Florida humidity. I get compliments on my hair all the time! There have been a few appointments where I’ve shown up and had to wait past my original appointment time, but I always schedule my appointment for days I have nothing else going on so I’m never bothered by that. I highly recommend Jennifer!

    Maddie was my stylist and I would highly recommend her to anyone! It was my first visit to Paradigm Salon and my first time to meet her. With very little direction from me (I never know what I want)... She was able to transform my drab, highlighted and over processed hair and gave me a beautiful mixture of blondes & browns and my hair still feels amazing! I have been hoping to find a great salon that provided complete services and used quality products since moving here 2 years ago. So excited to have finally found Maddie and Paradigm Salon...this place is amazing!

    Amazing all around!! Im originally from the DC area, and Ive been to my fair share of upscale hair salons, and I can genuinely say that the service I received at Paradigm was by far the best experience Ive had! Ask for Kelli...she was fantastic. She is professional, polite, and passionate about what she does. She pretty much worked a miracle on me! I walked in with a terrible box color on my hair, and my very dark brown roots growing in about an inch. Kelli spent 5 hours with me, and got it my hair to a beautiful blonde color, and I could not be more excited and satisfied with how it looks. Im definitely going back!!

    I love this salon and my stylist Lindsay!!! I have been going to her for years and have never been disappointed. The other stylists are kind and courteous. On top of that I love the welcoming atmosphere when I arrive. Its very difficult to find a stylist you can trust but these women really know what theyre doing and Lindsay is so knowledgeable. Highly recommend her or any of there stylists.

    I came to PCB for vacation and to get married. I was able to book my appt online easily in order to reserve my spot which was wonderful since I live in Louisville, KY. Skip colored my hair the day of the wedding, Sam styled my hair and then Destiny did my makeup.There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to have found Paradigm. Each stylist/esthetician was very professional and extremely personable. I have never felt so beautiful and if I lived in PCB they would be the only Salon/Spa I would go to.100% recommend trying them out

    Some of these “bad” reviews are for the movie theater next door. BUT look no further ladies and gentlemen! My boyfriend and I got a facial, red light therapy, brow shaping, waxing and eye lash tinting done here and Destiny was AMAZING!! She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about skin care and our specific needs. She took her time and provided us with the utmost professional and up to date advise. We are from Michigan but felt like family here. Thank you so much my dear!!

    I moved to Panama City Beach and went through several lash technicians before finding Destiny. She is awesome!! We had to take my previous lashes off due to all the glue the previous technicians used, really damaged my natural lashes. I have been going over a year now. Love my lashes and they are super healthy!

    Just received my first Brazilian wax ever. I arrived 20 minutes early and Destiny immediately took me back and made me as comfortable as could be. She was an absolute professional and extremely accommodating. She was patient with me, allowing several breather breaks and kept bringing me champagne to ease my nerves.     I have been using Lindsay for over 10 years. Ive followed her to several salons. I absolutely love her and love Paradigm Salon. She always does a perfect job on my difficult hair. My natural color is dark, dark brown almost black and I normally had a tendency to pull brassy gold in the past before finding Lindsay. She always gets me to a cool blonde that I love. Thank you Lindsay! I highly recommend this salon to anyone! They are truly a great group. Great experience every time!

    I recently went to the salon, and though I am happy with the result of my hair, it cost me way more then I was expecting to pay. I signed up for a specific hair coloring procedure and showed inspiration pictures at the beginning of the session per usual. I dont know if there was confusion with what I wanted with regards to the procedure I signed up or if the stylist just thought I wanted what was exactly in the picture and just did what it took to get that or what, I just wish the process of what was being done to my hair was clearly explained with extra costs disclosed so I could make an informed decision. Ive gone to the salon for awhile and this is the first time Ive had this issue. Id recommend making sure you clearly state what procedures you exactly want, since I dont think the stylists always look at what you signed up for at the beginning of the appointment.UPDATE: Per the response below, Paradigm contacted me about the issue I had. Lindsey provided excellent customer service and a solution to the problem. I really appreciated her taking the time to reach out to me. I would recommend the salon not only for their services but for their excellent customer service. Thank you!

    I started going to Paradigm about a year ago and my hair has never felt better. Highly recommend Tracy; she is an artist with color. I like multiple shades of blonde, darker at roots and underneath; my hair looks so natural and feels really healthy. It’s a Kerastase salon and on the expensive side, but I think the results are worth the cost.

    I went here today for my first color in style in years and it was very much worth the price. The place itself is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. They require you to put a credit card on file and have a 24-hour cancellation policy. I went in for a partial highlight, and my fantastic stylist Jennifer was able to get a gorgeous blonde color all over for me. I will be returning for sure.

    I never leave this place feeling anything but gorgeous. They take their time, treat you like royalty, and make sure that you leave happy. I havent had the pleasure of having my hair done by every stylist at Paradigm but I can personally recommend both David and Asia. They are phenomenal. Worth every penny and then some.     I LOVE THIS PLACE. Ive always struggled with my hair. It usually gets frizzy throughout the day no matter what products I use. And every salon Ive gone to in the past would botch up something as simple as a trim and cutting some layers. For the first time, I actually want a hairdresser to cut and style my hair. Every time I go here I leave with the softest and most shiny hair Ive ever had in my entire life. Prices are decent, but even if they were double what they charge I would still pay it to get the quality treatment they give!!
