Good evening I just left from this outstanding place. Let me start off saying I was greet you soon as the door open, very friendly voice and face with a smile I was handed a clipboard to fill out for some information I was placed in comfortable chairs. I waited less than five minutes before the massage therapy came and got me. I was ask if I needed to use the restroom or needed anything before my massage then escorted to room with double massage tables. Very clean and smell great I was explained a lot of information, had a choice of picking out an aromatherapy fragrance of course I pick lavender. I was given instructions on how to Prepare before she exited the room. I had a one hour massage. I asked for light to medium pressure when I tell you it was exactly what I needed. She was gentle and applied just that amount of pressure as I needed. I also was given warm towels upon each area She massage oh my God it feels so good as leaving I was offer complementary of champagne or water. Also, a lot of items to purchased on the way leaving candles that smell very wonderful etc. I highly recommend this place without a doubt I will be returning keep in mind you’re able to get manicures pedicures and a lot more done all at the same time. Was gifted a birthday spa/facial for this place. Wonderful peaceful atmosphere. Caitlin did a fantastic job with the massage. Consistent pressure, relaxing atmosphere and gave attention to problem areas. Tori is an exceptional esthetician. Treated my sensitive skin with great care and applied a range of facial products. My first facial massage and it was so relaxing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a fantastic experience and would love to go back again.

Bonnie is the best. She is careful and gentle, and she never hurts me when she does my pedicures. Shes also super friendly and down to earth. I enjoy my conversations with her just as much as I enjoy the actual pedicures, and of course, she does beautiful work as well. The ladies at the front desk are really fantastic, too. They always welcome me with smiles, kind words, and a drink! I’m just so comfortable here - This is my happy place!

Treated me like absolute family!From welcoming to leaving- I really didn’t want to go.Most businesses have the decor, pricing, etc figured out but struggle with staff- not this place.The entire team was fantastic. I really felt cared for and treated.Only giving four stars because the beds could use an upgrade. Also parking was a whole thing but I ubered to avoid that.

So fantastic all around! I got a sports massage from Vanity and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Easy check in, champagne available, very calm and quiet environment! Will absolutely be back for all my massage needs❤️

The first time I came to this place I pre-judged it. I thought it was just gonna be a bougie over the price spa. I booked for my mother’s birthday and we had a blast. The service was amazing. Mercedes was such a good help and so professional the atmosphere is so warm and so relaxing, and everybody there is so polite and professional and nice, my first time getting a massage by a woman and her name is vanity I came back today I’ve been having so much horrible back pain and I booked with Vanity again and it was such a great experience with me being a plus size girl I always worry about certain things, but the attention to detail and professional and polite everybody is so welcome I will be coming back from my birthday. By the time you get done with the service and the wonderful mimosas, you don’t even look at the price lol Thank you again Mercedes for explaining parking & helping me out me today🩷

I can’t vouch for any services other than spray tans, but I will say that I’ve been going to Carrie exclusively for several months now for all my tanning needs. I make the drive from Crestview to Pensacola, just for her.She mixes the shade custom for you and takes her time spraying for perfection. The part I appreciate the most is that she asks after the spray for you to look and see if there’s anywhere you would like her to go over again. For a perfectionist, that’s invaluable! The tan also lasts over a week and I usually like it the best on day 2 or 3. Also, she’s just super sweet and easy to talk to. Carrie is your girl for any tanning needs etc!

Loved my experience at Stay The Spa!!My husband and I were in town for our anniversary and Stay The Spa accommodated a couples massage for us! Our massage therapists, Adrian and Jessica, were very professional, hospitable, and very good at what they do. The salon itself is beautiful, stocked with drinks, skincare, and boutique clothing. And the owner was an absolute delight to talk with.

I have to give a great big shout out to the staff at Stay; my daughter was getting married on 3/30/24 and I was in the spa for my mani and pedi, which were truly AMAZING, BY EDNA:-). I started shopping around to pickup some little happy’s for the bridal party and I have to say TAMMY JACKSON AND VERONICA were absolutely so helpful and so amazing!!! They took my little trinkets and bagged them and made them look SPECTACULAR, they were so patient with me as I gathered items and then returned items (you know how ya do). The wedding was beautiful and everyone loved the little goodies that I purchased from Stay the Spa. Thanks everyone, you are all quite amazing!!!!

This spa is SO GOOD. Spent my bridal day there with my maid of honor. I got an amazing massage from Twanda. It was so good she distracted me from my wedding nerves. Also got the salt glow with Christine and my skin was literally glowing on my big day. I highly recommend their salt glow treatment. Plus the manager here is just a complete doll. So kind and you can really tell she wants clients to have the best experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Had the best experience getting my nails done with Melissa this afternoon. She goes above and beyond. She possesses professionalism at its best, attentiveness and uses the best technique I have ever used in my 44 yrs. Her bright affect and sweet and fun personality made my experience even that much better. She is By far the best nail technician I have ever had the pleasure of having. They sure are lucky to have her at Stay the Spa.

Ive been coming to Stay for 4 years off and on. I really appreciate the professionalism everyone shows and Ive never had a bad service here. Most recently I had a wonderful facial by Tori. She is very kind and excellent esthetician. I left feeling so relaxed after my Eminence Facial.The spa uses Eminence products which I have always enjoyed. All of the products smell wonderful but are very natural smelling.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and comforting. My Brazilian sugaring technician (Emily) was so wonderful, professional, informative, and patient. Ive never had a waxer so knowledgeable and patient. I felt bad she had to put up with my nether regions for so long but she really made it feel like a professional job and I can tell she cares about her clients.

My favorite spa of all time. Currently in the area temporarily for training and I am so glad to have stumbled upon Emily; she is amazing. She is very personable and easy going; sometimes getting waxed can be awkward but not with her! She also does NOT miss a spot and is very detailed with clean up after the removal. She will educate you as well on aftercare, ensuring you have what is needed to avoid irritation. I have had providers not do that, so it is meaningful to me. All staff members are wonderful and very welcoming. I love having the option between water, champagne, or a mimosa!

Emily was phenomenal! I received the Skinbetter science facial. It was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the products, explained each step & what products she was using. Did not miss one extraction which was a big plus for me because I’m acne prone. Included a great & lengthy neck & shoulder massage which forced me to relax. 10 out of 10 will definitely be back! ❤️

I have visited her for all of my sugaring needs consecutively every single month since then. She is simply amazing! The technique she uses, the vibe and room set up is very relaxing and quiet. Syndi did my Brazilian sugaring and she is amazing! I LOVE her kindness and her character. She made me feel comfortable and safe. I have had other previous experiences that weren’t pleasant. She made it bearable. I’ll be seeing her again.Minus Syndi’s amazing personality and skill, I wasn’t pleased with the condition of the bathrooms. They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a few days, prob a week. There was accumulated dirt and debris on the floors - I used both of them. There were stains on the toilet seat which is scary and gross. As nice as this spa is, their bathroom was dirty. I’ve been here before and this was new. I hope this was a fluke bc that’s important especially with the services they provide. I didn’t want to upload photos to allow them time to remedy this.

I have had the most excellent experience at this spa. For your sugaring needs Sydni and Stephanie provide the best experience possible. They both made me comfortable and the experience wasnt traumatic . Need a massage? Candace is your girl. She massaged knots out of places in my back I never knew existed. Definitely booking her again. After the massage was an absolutely wonderful facial by Cassie. She was so great and made me feel like a million bucks. Next came a mani/pedi by Bonnie who was fantastic! She helped me create fun and colorful nails. Cassie suggested I get a lash lift and so I went and got one from Carrie, who was an absolute sweetheart and did a fantastic job. Thanks ladies, you really helped me feel good about myself and get back to the old me. Im definitely going to become a regular.

I am obsessed with this place! Jessica (Massage Therapist), Cassie (esthetician), Bonnie (Nail Technician), Caroline (esthetician), and Reagan (front desk) are absolutely fabulous. I got A Day at Stay Package and left feeling amazing. I loved every product they used on me and it was all available to me to purchase. I added things last minute and even though it was a squeeze for them, they had amazing attitudes and helped me get it all done. Superb customer service. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I went to Stay The Spa for my first wax ever for my wedding! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I had Tiffany Watson, and she was so great! She was so nice and super quick! I literally lasted seven minutes!! I highly recommend going here if you are looking to get waxed. Super friendly staff and superb cleanliness! Go there for any of your self-care needs because they’re amazing!!!

Emily was my waxer. She made my first sugar wax experience a smooth one. She was gentle and talked to me during the whole process. It was so great that I booked my next appointment at checkout.

Prices were very comparable for the services provided and the complimentary champagne was delicious! I wouldnt arrive too early to your appointment though because the waiting area seating is pretty limited and its not necessarily comfy. Overall, fantastic time though!

I absolutely love Stay at the Spa! I been coming here since I moved her a year ago! I was happy to find all great services...from pedicures...to massages to facials and now to sugaring! I was able to meet Jennifer last week and was so impressed I will never go anywhere else for normal waxing. Sugaring is where it’s at! I also have been getting facials with Brittany and she’s wonderful. She’s always able to save my skin and always is a delight to talk too! Looking forward to trying their infrared sauna next!

Just got gel nails with Cheryl and it was a great experience. Lovely environment, and on top of being good at what she does Cheryl is great with people. I was tired and not in a super chatty mood, and she was perfectly fine with that, but still made me feel like she had her full attention on me. She also gave me some suggestions since I usually do my own nails and I mentioned some things Ive noticed.This was my first experience having gel nails and she made it a great one! I was leery of getting my nails done professionally after several poor experiences in the past at other salons, and thanks to her I know what a proper manicure experience should be like.

I generally do not go for deep tissue massages, but after experiencing pain from weeks of overworking myself, I decided to take some much-needed time away.After just a few minutes with Candace I realized I should had done this weeks ago. She is amazing! Very on-point when it came to pressure (maybe pun intended) and communicative to make sure it wasnt too much. She easily found knots in places that I had no idea were there. Also, she is very attentive and aware of where your tension is hiding, even if youve tried your best to ignore it for awhile. Ha!Also, I have avoided deep tissue massages because past experiences have left me feeling beaten up the next day - but not here. My only recommendation would be to drink a Golden Milk (turmeric) after any deep massage along with extra water intake.This massage session helped greatly and my body feels like its been fully renewed. Massage was on point if not better than others I have received. The Sauna was an added bonus. Rae, Who had already left for the day changed your schedule and came back to give me a 90 minute massage. My visit to Stay was worth every penny. Everyone was so very nice and the day was well coordinated. The environment was beautiful, clean and peaceful. I look forward to the next time I am able to visit and would recommend to anyone.

Ive received so many good services here but Kaylee is the absolute best! Her Brazilians are the least painful Ive had! She does great facials as well.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with a spa day at Stay at the Spa. We indulged in a facial, massage, and mani/pedi. They made a couple of spa novices feel right at home, didnt give us any sales pitches, and made this a day we wont forget. We will certainly be back. Thank you to Jennifer and the rest of the professionals who took care of us at Stay at the Spa.

Very clean facility. I was met by friendly staff at the front desk and the massage therapist was EXCELLENT. The spa offers a great variety of services and at quite reasonable prices for the caliber they offer. Best spa in Pensacola!

Jennifer is a caring, trained esthetician who knows her craft well! She personally cares about her clients and does an excellent job 100% of the time. She is the only esthetician in the Pensacola area who provides sugar waxing. Look no further. Jennifer is the BEST.
