    I have been going to Nail Talk for years and I always know I am going to be greeted with excellent service. All employees are very friendly and go above and beyond to ensure the comfort of their customers. Johnny fit me in right before closing to do my nails for a wedding and did not rush and made sure they looked perfect. And Jessie always does a great job and it so friendly!

    Letting my nails talk for me! Love coming here to get my nails all done! Ready for the spring with these cute nails. Staff is always so friendly and professional and very attentive. I always call to make an appointment first! However walk ins are always welcome. Wax services are also great here!

    I’ve been a loyal customer of Leah’s for about 5 years now, and used other techs when she was not available, and happy with my experience with everyone! Leah is patient, professional, kind and makes my “self care time” something I look forward to all month. If there’s a particular technique or style she’s never done before, she’s always open to giving it a try and learning to make her customer happy!

    Wonderful place! Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I recently had a pedicure and manicure and both techs did an excellent job. My manicure lasted for a week, which is pretty amazing for me! Highly recommend.

    I’ve been coming to Thuy for more than 12 years now… this place is great. Amazing service. Personal attention … everyone here remembers my name and I remember theirs.Is there a bad pedicure? Yes… I’ve been sliced and cut by others in town. I’ve been rushed and under-appreciated at others. Timers set… half glass of wine. Rush rush rush. Not at Nail Talk.I’m a spoiled rotten customer here … and I spoil the wonderful people who take care of me.

    First of all I called them on a Saturday at 5 pm. Told me they closed at 7. I asked if I could come in for fill, 1 repair and an (emergency) pedicure. Which really meant I needed to toe nails literally built on with overlay- No tip. EVERYWHERE else refused to help me and this was something that was a BIG INSECURITY as well as VERY IMPORTANT for an event I was attending & I knew it could be done with no harm to me or my natural nails because I had to have it done before!!!! When I arrived I was seated with a gentlemen named Raymond - and he was amazing!!!! Not only did he do an exceptional job on my gel fill in/ 1 repair - he also Agreed to check out what I needed done in terms of pedicure and let me know that if he felt he could do it depending on the situation once he took a look at it then he would do it and not only was he very professional but he was also Very quick and talented and got me together ASAP I wasn’t even in their 1 full hour and got everything I needed wanted and then some!!! As a matter fact the total for what he did was 85 and I tipped him an extra $70!!! I just recently moved here and Already discovered where I will be getting my nails and toes done from here on out oh did I mention that they serve you wine lol

    Omg!! Nail talk is amazing! I moved to Pensacola 11 years ago and fortunately for me, I found Nail Talk. The owner, Thuy actually did my first pedicure. I’ve tried other nail salons in the area, and none can compare! I love Nail Talk and would recommend to everyone for excellent care and service.

    Everyone is very kind and friendly. I had a pedicure done and it was my technicians first day. He did a great job but could have been more aggressive with the dead skin removal. He was super sweet but just too gentle. He did a great job with the polish and massage though. I will come back the next time I visit my Mother down south.

    Went & got my eyebrows done today & they look so good I had to write a review. I have been going to this salon for about 10 years and I love every visit, my mom & sisters also go..     I have been coming to Nail Talk for over 10 years and I have to say that they are The Best in town.!! I’m not a manicure girl, but I Love pedicures and Tina was my pedi girl for all these years. She is so super sweet and is not only Great at her job, she Loves her job and it shows in her work. I’m a bit of a talker but when she would start massaging my feet and legs I was speechless.!! I miss her sooo very much but can’t fly to California every month or else I would.!! Thank You Nail Talk and TINA.!! Love you all 🥰

    My nails and cuticles were absolutely horrible before coming in to the salon! Dry skin peeling all around my toes and fingers, I was embarrassed! Tina was the technician for my pedicure! She preformed the best pedicure I have ever had!! I will be back to see her! ❤️. Raymond was my acrylic nail SPECIALIST ! He was outstanding and created the best nail art on my ring fingernails. I didnt even ask for anything in particular and he created something I loved. Everyone was extremely nice and patient with me! ❤️❤️❤️

    I like to come here and treat myself to their wonderful and relaxing spa pedicures! I also get my lip and eyebrow waxing done here.     I have enjoyed each trip; all the workers I have interacted with are super friendly. My pedicures are exceptional, typically I have issues with ticklish feet and I havent experienced that while visiting this parlor. I definitely will keep coming here!

    Amazing nail salon! V is absolutely wonderful! She is so talented and very sweet. Just moved down here and was looking for a good nail salon. After 3 horrible experiences with other salons I finally found Nail Talk. I have gone here 2x already and it has always been a good experience. I highly recommend V and this nail salon. Everyone is really nice and does great work!

    Nancy did my pedicure and it was perfect.she was really friendly as well. The salon is clean and they have you wash your hands when you arrive, plexi shields are in place and every other chair is empty. Prices are on point! I will be returning

    Ive been to many nail salons in the Pensacola area and this is by far, the best one. They are very clean, compared to most and the staff is always very courteous and polite. Ive had many different techs at Nail Talk do my nails and so far, all have done a good job. I will say though, that theyve always been pretty busy whenever Ive stopped in and the wait has been longer than normal. But, this is also a testament to how good they are! I would recommend making an appointment.

    This is a really busy nail salon so Id def recommend making an appt. Jay did my nails and they are Fab. Color: White American Gel (see pics). I think he could have did a better job on my toes - he didnt start the polish at the top of my nail beds, not a deal breaker but i pay attention to details. The staff offered complementary drinks and was genuinely friendly. I also got my brows waxed are they look great.

    The best pedicures in Pensacola!! My wife and I love this place and are always treated like family :) from the moment you walk in, until you leave, you are subjected to a clean and comforting atmosphere. If weve ever had a problem or issue, it was resolved immediately! We have even been told on a return visit that something we mentioned the last time we were in was taken care of. Everyone there is friendly and happy and if youre a regular customer and dont come around very often, be prepared to get the third degree of why you havent come to see them! Like I said, just like family!Highly recommend for pedicures. My wife gets manicures there occasionally but I cant really speak to them other than shes happy and thats all that matters.

    Every time I need a manicure or pedicure I go to Nail Talk! When I moved to Pensacola 3 years ago a friend recommended I try Nail Talk and Ill never go anywhere else! I always go see Davis because he does such a fantastic job! If he isnt available, Ill wait until he is. Everyone there is so friendly and polite, Ive never had a bad experience.     I went yesterday and booked a last minute appointment to get my nails done before going to Jacksons. I think Lynn/Lin was the one who did mine. She was nice, she laughed with other clients, and was pretty gentle with my cuticles. They were very rough and bleeding when I went in. She gave me the best acrylic full set Ive ever had. She was also very patient with me since I was skyping my realtor at the same time and trying to buy a house.

    This is the BEST nail salon in Pensacola!! I have tried several places but they are more expensive and dont last as long. A month ago I got a French pedicure and my toes still look great. The workers are fast and very sweet. Highly recommend this nail salon! Dont waste your money in the mall.

    I love Nail Talk! Ive only had one experience that wasnt perfect and when I went back and let them know they immediately fixed the problem at no charge. Everyone there is friendly and professional and does a great job. They also have a rewards program where they stamp your card and when your card is full you save $15.

    The first time I went to this now salon was the end of last year 2018 I had tried the dip. The girl did a wonderful job but after 2 days my nails started falling off so I called them and told them and they said come and we will fix it they fixed it and they still popped off several days later I would give them back then one and a half Stars. I just recently busy Best nail talk salon one more time to see if I can get my nails done and a pedicurewhen I tell you this girl knows what shes doing her name is vivy she knows her nail talk she slayed my nails so good and I am a very picky person this is the first young lady in the State of Florida to do my nails the way I want to have them done Im a Jersey girl thank you vivy.     Nail Talk is hands down (pun intended) the BEST nail salon in Pensacola! I get my acrylic overlay with gel polish and it lasts for weeks, if my nails didnt grow so fast I could keep my sets for over a month. The waxing is done in a private room and the waxist is a stickler for details, leaving no stray hair behind! Very reasonably priced and complimentary beverages are always offered. Clean, professional, wonderful!
