Wow! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I have wanted a tattoo removed for about 15 years, but I wasn’t willing to spend thousands to get it done. When I saw the new technology at Jo Rich Beauty, I booked immediately! I was amazed at how comfortable the process was, felt like a vibration mainly, truly almost painless! Everyone was so professional and friendly, and I’m so grateful that this affordable service is now available in Pensacola! I will add before and after photos asap!🤩

I can’t express enough how happy I am with my PMU eyebrows from JoRich Beauty! As someone who has always struggled with low self-esteem and high anxiety, especially because of thinning brows, I’ve been incredibly self-conscious for years. I just recently met this amazing group of ladies and put my trust in them for lip blushing and permanent brows. From the very first consultation I felt so at ease with the girls and knew this was where I fit in. Jo did an amazing job of lip blushing. The color was perfect and looked even better than what I anticipated. Midian did my brows and I was beyond thrilled. They are such a pleasure to be around and they do fabulous work. If I could give this sweet little place and the incredible people in it a million stars, I absolutely would! I walked in without an appointment and they graciously fit my into their busy schedule. I asked for an ear piercing and the sweetest lady named Emily helped my pick out exactly what I wanted and laughed with me while I waited for the lovely lady that did my piercing to finish up an earlier client. They warned me that the specific placement of my piercing would be a bit painful, being fully transparent with me about that was such an important aspect for my I appreciated that beyond belief! My girl got me into her chair and was incredibly kind and gentle. They didn’t lie, the piercing hurt, but the entire staff had me laughing while they helped my through the pain! I was given a little fan and some water to help get me through the pain of the piercing without even needing to ask, I cannot even begin to express how sweet and caring these ladies were. Not to mention I got THE CUTEST piercing I’ve ever gotten in my life. I would get a handful more piercings here if it weren’t for the fact I am only visiting the area. (I might fly back here just to get my belly button done)If you’re thinking about stopping in, I cannot recommend this place enough!!The picture below shows my piercing (it’s the moon)

I had an absolutely great experience at JRB! I booked with Midian to change out my daith piercing and to get a helix piercing. Both were done flawlessly and pain free. Midian explained the entire process to me and made sure I was comfortable, and also helped me pick out my jewelry to go with my piercings. Chesley and Midian were both so kind and helped make my experience go smoothly while I was getting my piercing done. I can’t wait to come back in the future!

First time I’ve ever almost fallen asleep during a facial. Bridget was wonderful! Very relaxing and the massage was so good. I got the brightening facial and will definitely be back to do it again. My skin is glowing and feels so refreshed.

Jo Rich Beauty is the best place in Pensacola for piercings! My 13 year old daughter got her Helix today and her bestie got her 2nd holes. Kaya is oh so patient and kind! My little almost chickened out after begging for a year! Kaya took her time and made her feel comfortable and gained her trust before she pierced her. Both girls are ecstatic now and said it wasn’t even painful. Highly recommend this place!Kaya also did my makeup for Mardi Gras Ball and made me feel confident and gorgeous! Jo’s whole team is fantastic and makes you feel like family! We even got hugs on the way out. 🫶🏼

I had a wonderful tattoo experience this week at Jo Rich Beauty. It was by far the most positive, relaxing, comfortable, and fun time I have ever had while getting a tattoo. Everyone in the building was so upbeat, funny, and wanted to just have fun while working. I cant wait to go back and have more work done. It is a positive and calming place from the moment you walk in the door. I had such a great experience with my first facial with Yvonne that I immediately booked a lash lift and tint for the next week with Yvonne and Mark. I was impressed with the positive differences with my skin and loved my lashes. The next month I booked a follow up Dermaplane facial with Mark and he did an amazing job! He was thorough on explaining with detail what he was doing and what products he was using on my face. I felt relaxed and I was very excited with the results. My face felt great and my skin is in great condition. Great place and wonderful people! Jo is an amazing make up artist. She is truly knowledgeable about skin types and what looks great with your complexion. Jo has other artists that she bounces ideas off to make your day absolutely amazing, and to make sure you get exactly what you want. The staff are equally amazing. They made my party feel amazing, and I would highly recommend them for your wedding makeup, prom, pictures, or whatever you need! My makeup lasted all day and my pictures turned out amazing.

I was so distressed and embarrassed until I got in contact with Jo Rich Beauty. The owner Jo helped shape them back to normal and fixed them. I don’t know how she did it, but she did and I cannot be more thankful. I’m so glad I came to this business because they do lashes as well and facials! It really is a minimal pain free process. Personally for me the pain rating from 1-10 would be initial appointment 4-5 and the touch up 1-2. I definitely recommend Midian to anyone who wants to get lip blushing! She rocks!!

My first service with Jo Rich were lash extensions. I was somewhat hesitant due to having dry eye syndrome and sensitivity. Jo encouraged me to stop by and she would apply a few lashes with a lash adhesive for sensitive eyes. If I had a reaction I could easily remove them. I did great and started having lash extensions the beginning of this year. I go every two weeks…I’ve become a bit obsessed with them. I’ve had lip blushing as well as purchasing facial products. Jo is constantly learning new techniques in esthetics to provide clients top notch services. Needless to say she is a professional in every aspect, not to mention her fabulous staff! I’m always welcomed not just as a client but as a friend with a hug included.

I’ve been coming here since June of 2020! I just wanna say OMG , LIFE CHANGING!!! 🥺 Yvonne is so great, knowledgeable and is really so kind! (Everyone is nice) but she really is good at what she does!!! She’s changed my skin tremendously which has changed my life and self confidence! & you really can not put a price on that!I always have had acne/breakouts and it really took me till 24 years old to have clear skin like this! I still go monthly and I highly recommend going here! I have never before had clear skin like I do. I’ve had everything from micro-needling, chemical peel and lip fillers done! The only place I will go to in Pensacola!

Made a last minute appointment and I got right in... this salon is beautiful!!! I sat down got comfy for an eyebrow wax and tint. I was expecting to be there for at least an hour and brace myself for pain as the wax rips off three layers of skin- this is what I’ve grown accustomed to over the past 10 years of waxing my brows.Jo waxed my brows and it didn’t even hurt and then she said “you’re all done!” I was like wait are you going to tint? She had already done it! She works QUICK. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No red swollen eyebrows... and the tint color is perfect! She knew exactly what would look good on me.. I didn’t have to answer a hundred questions about what I want yada yada (I would have just said do whatever, anyways)This is the first time EVER that I could go run errands after waxing and tinting... instead of going home to heal for the day.
