Kara was the best! She did a fantastic job, very detailed. Sometimes others have left hair behind but she did not, she took her time and did a very thorough job! Definitely felt like I got my moneys worth with her. And she talked all throughout, which I specifically asked her to do in order to distract me from the pain. And she put just the right amount of pressure after pulling each strip, which was so appreciated! Will request her again next time!

Sylvia is by far the best! When I walked in she had already looked up my waxing history to get familiar with my routine. During the session she made sure to check in with the temp, my comfort, and with tips to help with my routine. You can tell from the way she comments on growth pattern shows you exactly what she plans to do with your eyebrows before hand that she is experienced.

This type of service is very intimate and somewhat uncomfortable, in my opinion, and she chose to also take care of my heart and mind, making a peaceful experience. 11 out of 10 for customer service.

Her sectioning was also great as I’ve experienced too large of wax sections that almost make it a little challenging to sit through but that didn’t happen here. At first, I thought it would really hurt. When I was getting my eyebrows done by Janell it seemed a lot more manageable. She doesn’t say when she’s about to pull the wax off, but she does make you notice in a way. That really helps, it doesn’t let your fears start running wild before a little pull. Plus, my eyebrows are absolutely gorgeous. They desperately needed a fix and considering how good they look, I think Janell was the best possible person to do that
