    I could have not asked for a better stylist and I absolutely NAILED it when I found Cheyenne. This is the happiest I have ever been with a color/cut service. She listened to exactly what I wanted and put her own professional twists on what she thought would look best as I am prepping my hair for my wedding day. Everyone in the salon was so friendly and the environment was so welcoming!

    My previous hairstylist retired a few years ago and I was in desperate need of a new style and cut. I took a chance and called Hairitage House. The receptionist was very friendly and set me up with a next day appointment. So far, so good! When I arrived, I met Alyssa. She immediately put me at ease. She was so kind and took the time to discuss options with me. Then, she cut my hair and I loved her even more! She is an amazing stylist and I could not be happier with the result. Thank you Alyssa, you now have a new regular customer! I left the salon feeling like a new woman! So, in conclusion, for anyone looking for a new salon that is clean and inviting and has talented professionals working there - try Hairitage House Salon. I’m glad I did!

    This place is awesome! I love the clean and well kept salon, it was very welcoming. I just moved from Texas and was very reluctant to try a new salon. I have very long, thick, wavy Italian hair, so trusting someone to cut it off is a big deal. I found Heritage House and thought I’d give it a try. I met up with Katie and she was so sweet! Very informative and helpful with my questions and requests. She did such a good job with my haircut and made sure it was what I wanted. Will definitely be coming back here for my next haircut!     I was able to snag an appointment same day with Katie. I came in for a haircut with layers with the main goal to remove all my dead ends. I left overjoyed. She was able to cut all my yucky split ends off and still leave a great amount of length. She made sure I was happy with the cut multiple times during and after. The price was great and I will absolutely come back for any hair needs. They seem pretty busy (with good reason) so I think I got lucky with the same day appointment but the booking process was easy on the phone and they were very friendly when I called. Over all fantastic experience.

    This is going to be my next fav salon everytime I visit town. Bridgette is the best hair stylist at this salon. I even bought product and she helped me with it. She also knew what and how to blow dry my hair as its naturally frizzy and dry and then this is indeed Florida. Very personable and sweet and excellent wash and blow dry skills. Made my next appointment. I also saw another stylist with a mom and 4 girls. The stylist was very very patient and engaging. She took care of those sweet litte kids like their own. Im sure theyre regulars (or not) but the stylist never flinched. She was even nice to the small baby when she was crying getting a trim. Im very impressed by this business.

    Since Im only visiting the area and I have a pixie cut I carefully researched salons to get my trim. I was able to get in with Katie at Heritage House the same day I called. I showed her the cutting instructions from my hometown stylist and Katie and I even tweaked it a tad shorter since it is now warmer out. In spite of my misc cowlicks and being my very first visit Katie did an awesome job! She was pleasant and professional. And the price was very reasonable too!

    I absolutely love this salon. I have long hair and I always get so nervous getting my haircut. Bridgett cut my hair and she did a phenomenal job. She made me feel comfortable and she helped me achieve the exact look I’ve been going for years! I highly recommend! I did a before and after. I’m sure you can guess which one is after.

    I can not say enough good things about this salon. Its always so nice to be able to feel comfortable and at ease here. The staff is great! They are always so kind and professional, Nikki is absolutely amazing! My girls adore her and beg to go see her. I try not to bring my kids to my appointments if at all possible, but when I do they are always treated with patience and care. When my youngest cut her own hair Nikki jumped right in and fixed it for us the same day it happened. She didnt make my little feel bad or upset. Everyone there was really sweet and kept her from feeling embarrassed. It really is such a fabulous place with such wonderful employees. I plan on continuing to be a customer for a very long time!

    Everyone is so kind the moment you walk into the door. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the excellent quality of service you get. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, and my stylist Nikki did not disappoint. She was very patient and communicated super well so that I got what I wanted. Hairitage House has become my go-to salon :)

    I went in to get a correction on a color mess up but they were so honest in here that they agreed my hair was to fragile and she wanted to wait. They could have juiced me for the money but I appreciate the honesty and will definitely go back

    Bridgett is absolutely amazing! Not only is she the absolute sweetest person with the most bubbly personality, she is also a magician when it comes to doing hair. I can come in with pics or just tell her what I am looking for and she surpasses my expectations EVERY TIME! While she is the only stylist I have used there, everyone I have seen walk out after services look absolutely gorgeous! So I see the end results of other stylists as well and they all do great work!

    The service, atmosphere and ladies that work here are the best of the best. The front desk is so kind and accommodating. They make you feel comfortable, seen and Kymber the owner is the sweetest. They all pour so much into the salon to make it a fun and relaxing space! Cheyenne beyond exceeded my expectations! It was the BEST haircut/color I’ve ever gotten. She is 100% worth the wait to see!!     I’ve been on a hair journey since moving to Pensacola. This salon blew my expectations out of the water. The stylist I originally wanted was booked out further than I could wait but was happy to recommend Alyssa to me and I’m glad she did! Her work is even and well blended! She asked a lot of great questions and really brought my vision to life. The salon also has hair care products, accessories, and makeup! It was really a one stop shop for me today with a coffee shop right next door. I am so happy with my hair I could cry. I would rate this salon ten stars if I could.

    Hannah is AMAZING. I had really messed up hair from another stylist and she was so helpful in correcting my color and doing a balayage. Ive never been this happy with my hair in my life. She is incredibly understanding and when I wanted to correct my color a bit more the second time she was so accommodating and had a great attitude about it! She really cares about the client and I feel a huge confidence boost from having her do my hair! She makes sure that youre getting what you want. The salon is very tidy and nice inside as well. Everyone is so friendly. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be recommending to people! Not the greatest picture but the way the caramel blends with my black hair, Im totally in love! 🥰

    So impressed with this salon and Presley! I had a terrible experience and cut from another salon in town. I called Hairitage salon and they were kind enough to find a spot for me to come in that day. I saw Presley and she was so kind and did a WONDERFUL job not only fixing my previous butchered cut from the other salon, but also taking the time to explain to me what she was doing to fix it. She styled it and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. All of the ladies in the salon were so kind and friendly. I’m so very appreciative of Presley and her eye for detail. I will most definitely be returning and highly recommend them and Presley to anyone!

    Nikki is amazing! Ive loved every haircut and every color she has done for me (before coming to Hairitage House, Ive literally only had 2 or 3 haircuts ever that Ive liked as I left the chair). I totally trust her to work with me on fun colors and making the cuts work with my hair. The atmosphere is wonderful - cozy and chic inside. And they offer water or coffee which is a lovely touch. I absolutely love going here and recommend!

    Britt, my hairstylist, is the best! She is such a kind, sweet person. The last time I was in I had some concerns about my graying hair. She listened and came up with an answer to my concerns.     I hadnt gotten my hair cut in a really long time, so when I came in it was WAY overgrown. It was down past my hips and I wanted it cut to a little longer than shoulder length. This sort of transition is usually a little nerve-wracking for both the client and the hair stylist - but Sophia was very professional, thorough, friendly, and reassuring. She checked multiple times with me before making the first cut, and several times throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable and pleased with the results as we moved through the cut. She introduced me to a new shampoo and conditioner combo that really made my hair shine! We had a few extra minutes at the end of the session and Sophia very kindly took the time to put an extra gentle curl in my hair with the curling iron. My general impressions about the establishment are that it is very clean and professional while having a bit of rustic charm. Friendly staff meet you promptly as soon as you enter with a smile, asking how they can help. Everyone seemed knowledgeable about products, scheduling, and salon info to help customers whenever they needed it. When I scheduled my appointment, I asked if my stylist would feel comfortable wearing a mask, and they assured me she would and they placed a note in my appointment for it. Sophia immediately put on a mask as soon as she greeted me and sat me in a char, which put me at ease. I was overall very happy with my experience and haircut! I will definitely be returning.

    I highly recommend Bridgett. My hair is graying and thinning. Also, I haven’t had a decent haircut in several years. I thought I needed a bunch of their products to get my hair back in shape. She trimmed my hair and explained why I really didn’t need their products and what I can do to help improve the health of my hair and what I can do to protect it. I love my cut and how she simply styled my hair! Additionally, she gives a killer head massage!

    My wife and I work construction and she got a chemical in her hair. Not being from here a quick Google search and I found heritage house salon and called. I explained my wifes situation and that she is extremely emotional with her hair. Within minutes the entire team of ladies from the owner down was supporting her and quickly found a solution and corrected the damage with no cosmetic change. I cannot say enough kind words about the team here I jave no idea what else they do since the only thing I know about hair is not to use dollar store shampoo.     Fantastic experience at Hairitage House with Vanessa as my stylist! My hair is very long and its difficult to work with. She untangled it and colored it to the perfect shade of ginger! All the stylists are very friendly, and great to chat with while youre getting your hair done! Theyre genuinely interested in what you have to say and ALWAYS had a smile on their faces!     Well this is an update on the Hairitage House, still the best in town. Cassie does an amazing job with my hair, it was so messed up when we first met but she knew what to do to get it looking healthy again, thank you Cassie. There are other stylist that are very knowledgeable and good at what they do, so give them a try. They have a new location on 9 mile and it is nice and easier to get in and out. Wonderful people and very knowledgeable about hair and what to do to make you look like a million bucks.

    I went to Cassie for a serious haircut, going from very long to short. I honestly walked in there not knowing exactly what I wanted but Cassie knew just what to recommend! She was fast, precise & she did a great job washing my hair (my favorite part). Everyone in the salon was very friendly.I think I kind of walked out in shock because it was so much length off of my hair (I knew this was coming but hadn’t had a serious cut in 6+ years so regardless I needed Time to adjust)But I absolutely love my hair & the cut. She gave me a curly bob & honestly when i let my hair do it’s thing & be BIG & curly the shape is so perfect! It also looks super cute straightened.     I’m very pleased with my experience here. I was nervous about my hair because it was really just a mess. Britt was my stylist and took time to explain what she was doing. It took a while because my hair was in bad shape, but even as she helped her other customers, she would come back and work on my hair.     5-Stars is not nearly enough for the amount of praise this salon deserves. As a loyal customer of nearly 5 years, I have been nothing short of blown away by the amount of creativity and absolute TALENT that this salon possesses. My personal stylist, Cassie, has transformed my hair into something I could have only saw once scrolling through a Pinterest board. And now it’s MY HAIR. She is not only a stylist but a friend. The talent she has is unmatched. She is so methodical and careful and also wildly educated about coloring and making sure my hair is still healthy throughout the process. I could not rave more about her and this wonderful place. 20/5-Stars, you gals are my favorite!!!

    I am BEYOND happy with this salon. Especially Vanessa. She is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. All that aside she is an AMAZING stylist. I have natural black hair and wanted to go blonde. Within 2 visits my hair had been lifted to a very light caramel shade. Not dry, not breaking. Healthy hair and humongous progress. I am very impressed with her skill and the experience.

    I get my cut literally once a year and when I go I always choose to come to Hairtage House because the atmosphere is always calm and relaxing plus its very fair priced! Today I had Bridgett and she did a phenomenal job! My friends and family loved my hair so much and were also shocked at the amount I had taken off lol.     Six months later and I still Love Hairitage House, love Sophia, love the atmosphere, love everything about this place! Service and prices are both very good as well. The atmosphere is relaxed, calm and soothing. Very reasonably priced and well worth every cent. I do believe I have found my new forever hairstylist and salon.     Cassie is so wonderful!! She completely tames my wild hair! Any time I have any questions I can always text and ask her! She is AMAZING!!!     I have been here a few times now and Vanessa is absolutely amazing! I walk in with a picture of a how I want my hair colored and she has got it exact every time! I have very curly hair and it is a pain so I simply walk in and ask her to “fix it” and she does! Everyone in the salon is always polite and friendly, and the salon itself is very cute, clean, and cozy!     I only get my hair cut once a year or so. Because of this I like to get a lot cut off at once. I made a same day appointment with Rachel and told her to just surprise me. She did so fantastic. I feel like a new person. She spent a lot of time massaging my scalp and making me feel comfortable. I highly reccomend this place!! One of the best experiences I have ever had!!

    Went here today looking for a haircut & met a hair magician,Vanessa! Its a really cute salon,clean and comfortable, but what stood out most was my hairstylist.she was warm and unpretentious, made me feel at ease and helped me go from dry,frizzy,damaged hair to beautiful shiny locks without losing much length! Im amazed and will definitely be back. She was pleasant to chat with,and the other stylists I saw while there were warm,friendly, and nice; even in regards to my home bleach/dye job I figured was pretty awful.lol it looks way better now that my hair is cut and styled! Awesome stylist and salon & reasonable price for the cut too! ($40 for my long hair,wash,cut,dry & styled)Ill be back for some color magic too!

    I have been seeing Cassie for over 3 years, I actually followed her from her previous salon to the new one. She helped recover my hair after having someone else terribly damage it and turn it orange. She has healed my hair and made it incredibly soft and blonde. I have been nothing but satisfied every-time I come to her. I would never go anywhere else besides her. She makes a point to make sure she does what is best for your hair to ensure that it stays healthy while still giving you the outcome you are looking for.Beyond coloring my hair she has styled my hair for many occasions, and even has done my make up for graduation and it looked amazing.     I’ve been apprehensive to anyone cut my curly hair, but I saw a picture of Cassie’s work on curls and knew that she was going to be amazing. But I didn’t realize HOW amazing.     I absolutely love Hairitage House and all the girls here! From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel welcome and beautiful! So much thought was put into all the little details of this salon to make you feel special and relaxed. Jennifer is wonderful and did my hair for my wedding.     They are very expensive, that’s probably the most I’ve ever paid to get a full head of highlights done! But again this economy is horrible right now everything is going up! If you go there, ask for Bridget because she is just amazing! Also, their products are extremely expensive, even with your initial 20% discount they are extremely high! Find out what you want, and go online there are other online salon market places where you can get the same product for darn near half via online ongoing sales!

    So I just moved to Florida from NJ and seriously needed a new hairstylist. I then went to this salon and it was better then the one I used to go to back at home. I will never go to anyone else.     Erica did a wonderful job cutting my hair. I have a stacked bob with layers, and my hair is really thick. It was her first time cutting my hair, and it is exactly how I want it. I had an appointment with someone else, and the salon called to reschedule. I asked if anyone else was available that day because I had been waiting for two weeks and really needed a haircut. Im always nervous about trying a different stylist and have had to several times at this salon due to availability. It was not a mistake, and I look forward to Erica cutting my hair in the future.

    I have to begin with, Thank God for Bridgette. (I hope I spelled it correctly, if not please forgive me.) I know yesterday after you finish, I was a bit reserved, but I want you to know that when I got home I cried so much, because You fixed my hair! You outdid yourself! Not only were you so kind, fun, funny, and truly felt like a real genuine friend but you were my hero. When i had my hair colored prior to visiting Hairitage, (more like Hair heaven, hair salvation, hair miracle, etc.) I was truly devastated, it got severely damaged and the color was awful. Bridgette saved my hair! As i write this review, I am trying to stop myself from tearing up because my hair looks absolutely beautiful.     Bridgett helped me fix a terrible haircut I received at another salon, did my roots, and retoned the blonde in my hair.
