    About Face Aesthetics medical spa completely changed my life after years of struggling with chronic cystic acne and inflammation.The team at the spa is incredibly knowledgeable and caring, and they took the time to understand my skin concerns before recommending a personalized treatment plan.After a series of treatments including facials, chemical peels, and laser therapy, I saw a dramatic improvement in my skin. Not only did my acne and inflammation decrease, but my overall skin texture and tone improved significantly.Additionally they create their own in house products and now offer direct shipping! Their online store came right in time as I just had my newborn and am unable to make appointments at this time but can continue my skin care routine with their products. Once you use their skin care products you will never touch another store bought skin care product again, nothing compares.I am beyond grateful for their expertise and support I receive. I can now face the world with newfound confidence. I highly recommend this spa to anyone struggling with similar skin issues.

    I have been coming to About Face for over a year. Angela is amazing. She does an excellent job at listening to your concerns, and finding a solution. I have never felt better. From Botox, to hormone therapy; she is knowledgeable of multiple techniques and ways to treat these issues and more. She also carries an amazing assortment of different vitamins at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend.

    About Face Aesthetics is Amazing. I normally do not write reviews , but I have gone to them for many years and they are some of the nicest people you will meet, extremely knowledgeable, take their time and explain everything very thoroughly. They really care about what they do and put a lot of effort into helping their clients with whatever they need. From the front office personnel, to the ladies who perform the services, they are all great. I see Haley and she’s amazing . The results of their services exceed my expectations every time.     I can’t share enough about these AMAZING LADIES! I go see Angela for hormone replacement therapy and I see Haley and Melanie for laser hair removal and IPL. They are all very thorough and detailed on how they explain everything they’re doing. Diane front desk receptionist is very caring as she greets you when you’re coming in and when you’re leaving. Susan and Ann (receptionists) are also very caring! From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you feel comfortable. This is my go to! I love how they have Sat hours to fit everyone’s busy lifestyle! 🥳⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I absolutely love going to About Face on my weekends. I’m always greeted with a huge smile at the door and Haley is so very knowledgeable. She explains everything she’s doing and why. I love that they have Saturday hours, it makes it convenient for me since i come from 45 minutes away. And if i need a weekday appointment, Haley is always very accommodating. My husband has been seeing Haley’s fiancée Jenna for medical massages about once a month and he says they’re amazing! She puts a lot of work into them and he can definitely tell a difference during the week in his back. I would recommend this business to anyone, they have such a wide variety in services.

    Haley has been helping my with my cystic acne for over a year now! My face looks better than ever! Cystic acne is a very difficult thing to treat due to hormones but their products have really helped me reduce my breakouts by 90%! I just had a hydro facial and my skin feels so soft after and it was amazing to see what she sucked out of it with her tool! I highly recommend this place! Especially if you have sensitive skin like me!

    Being a physical therapist I know how important self care is to keeping me in top shape for my practice. I was referred here to see their massage therapist Haley. I was so impressed with how clean and professional the business was and their communication of appointments was top notch. I’ve since bought a package of massages and have also had Jenna as my massage therapist. Great place and can’t wait to go back! They keep me in top shape so that my downtime treating patients is minimal. Highly, highly recommend this business!!

    After moving to the area about a year ago, I met the team of About Face at a local event and came in today for a facial and it was wonderful. I do take care of my face and use good quality products but Haley took my skin to another level with the facial. I am so happy to have found my new spa home! I scheduled some other treatments which I usually go to JAX for and everyone from appointment scheduling to treatment are so friendly yet professional. As soon as you walk in you will feel relaxed with the smell of lemongrass in the air.

    I see Angela for hormone replacement therapy, and let me tell you, when I first started it, mostly for the energy I needed back, I was optimistic about that, but didnt realize the additional benefits that would come with it. I was in a car accident many years ago in which I have had to manage pain from a broken neck all my life. I am talking constant chiropractors, physical therapists, medication, and home remedies...all the time!! Within a few months of starting treatment I am not only working out 5-6 times a week, there is no more pain. None. Not one specialist in over 20 years talked to me about hormones and the benefits. This therapy, and Angela, have been divine intervention in my life! Highly recommend!!

    This spa is AMAZING! They take the time to listen to your concerns and what you want with skin care and massages, and they tailor their services to meet your goals! I use MANY of their skin care products, and my face feels so soft! Im excited to learn more about how to take care of my skin and keep it young and healthy! I also love that this is a family owned spa, and they make you feel like part of the family as soon as you walk in! I cant wait for my next appointment!

    Cathy Wasmund is truly a miracle worker. I’d been told on several occasions from other local skin care salons that my skin was terrible. She has transformed my face and neck skin completely. Night and day! She is professional, kind, reasonably priced and a wonderful lady. I would only trust my skin care to her. She is AMAZING! Highest possible recommendation.

    I had a message done by Jenna a few weeks ago. I treated myself to a massage for some self care. Let me tell you this massage was well worth it. Not even a few hours later my body was able to feel some relief. She showed me some stretches, to do even when I’m feeling lazy. These stretches will help loosen the areas. Not only did I get a massage but I got a few tips on preventive care. Her pressure was the best, she really worked out all the knots that I had. I also didn’t feel uncomfortable, she communicated with me to let her know, if anything at all was to much pressure! She was wonderful and I highly recommend her- thank you again for the amazing massage!!

    I love the everyone at AFA! Haley and Melanie are so knowledgeable and explain the process of how they are treating your skin while they go through the process. Jenna has amazing hands and can really heal your ailments - especially headaches and migraines. Highly recommend all of these talented women!

    I ordered the skincare line from about face aesthetics because I wanted to start a daily skin care regimen. I had no idea where to start with what I should be using. Haley helped me every step of the way choosing the products that would benefit me the most. I am obsessed with the peel pads, they make my face feel so clean and refreshed after using them. You can really see all the dirt that comes off your face. The sunscreen is also one of my favorites because it is lightweight, not greasy and goes well with my sensitive skin. If you are looking for a skin care regimen or need guidance with what products you should be using to get your best skin, about face aesthetics is the place to go.

    Well it took a lot of time and patience on the part of my friend and neighbor Diann but she finally convinced me to get my eye brows done. She raved about Melanie and her skills and I have to admit she was 1000% correct. Not only is Melanie a sweet patient person but she has amazing skills. My eyebrows are done so well and look like real hair, amazing. I have received more compliments on my eyes since Melanie worked her magic. If youre thinking of getting eye ink ,lip ink,or anything else done on your face please see Melanie first. Shes a true artist!!! 😊

    Whenever I have extra money to treat myself I always go see Melanie at About Face. I am always thrilled with the results of the IPLs and chemical peels I have received over the years.     My eyebrows have disappeared over the years and I found myself very self-conscious. I wouldnt leave the house without using my eyebrow pencil. I was hesitant getting permanant eyebrows but after seeing my sisters eyebrows I knew I had to get them as well. We both had permanant eyebrows applied by Melanie and absolutely love them! My family and friends can not believe that they are not real! I would recommend Melanie to anyone. She is very professional, friendly and does excellent work. I cant thank her enough for giving me my new brows!

    Like the previous reviewer, I was hesitant to do anything new to my face. But my friends, who look marvelous, strongly suggested I use Melanie for IPL. OMG! It was the single best thing I ever did!People comment on how great my skin looks...which has NEVER happened before. My complexion brightened up and made me look (in my eyes) younger!Kathryn
