She is a wonderful addition to Michael’s new office!Michael does the best work- he is truly an expert in his field.It’s all about trust when you’re having facial procedures done and he is ALWAYS spot on.He uses excellent products and his amazing eye for detail leaves the natural look I want. Never too much & never too little.I can’t wait to experience the hydra facial with Kendra. I am very happy with the services I received from Michael Spagna at River City Aesthetics (RCA). On three occasions I had wrinkle relaxer injections and cheek fillers. All three times I got great results. Before going to RCA I would always bruise badly with treatments. But I am pleased to say that when Michael does my treatments, I have had almost no bruising, and his placement of the product is perfect.I also appreciate the fact that there is no sales pitch to get me to do more than the services I want (like the prior office I went to). Don’t get me wrong, when I asked for his thoughts on what would look good, he would give me his thoughts, but not unsolicited with the intent to upsell.His office is clean and comfy, he offers many different services, and he sells the skin care products I use.Michael is professional and timely, and is a kind human being. I found the aesthetic care I’ve been looking for.

Michael Spagna was referred to me by my lash stylist which happen to be in the same building ☺️. Due to he offers tattoo removal I made an appointment. 1. contact was with this absolutely friendly lady. She was able to squeeze me in within a few days. When I got there Michael greeted me very friendly and asked me to take a seat and that he will be with me very soon. We spoke about my hand tattoo and how he thinks we should proceed with it. While preparing for the removal we spoke about his services and I spontaneously received another service….what can I say I am absolutely satisfied. No pain no swelling and prices are absolutely reasonable. Michael is very professional, funny and competent. I can 100% recommend River City Aesthetics.

I just recently moved to Florida and was in search of someone who could do my lip filler. Being new to the area I was nervous to find a new aesthetics office to perform my services. But Michael came on a good recommendation and after reading all of the reviews, I booked an appointment. HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Michael is amazing! I had filler last year at a plastic surgeons office, under the impression and opinion that doing it there was the ‘best’ option. How wrong could I have been! My results with Michael have been nothing short of spectacular! Gorgeous, plump lips that still look natural with amazing shape and clean lines. The best part? It was absolutely painless. I mean TOTALLY painless. My previous experience at a different office was painful to the point of almost traumatic and I almost didn’t go through with this one because I was scared of being so uncomfortable again, but Michael made sure I was totally numb, and was diligent in making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend, and I’m looking forward to seeing what else he can do for me!
