    I had the best experience at the wax shack! It was my first time ever getting waxed, but I felt comfortable. As a male going into a studio, it was nice to have a welcoming and not being intimidated. The owner was very informative and made sure that I knew what to expect . very kind and genuine only did I get a great wax, but I also had a great conversation. Looking forward to coming back. If you are a male and do a lot of manscaping I highly recommend coming to this studio. Avoid all the razor burn and time you put in just for it to grow back within a week. Waxing is definitely the way to go. A lot less maintenance on your end .

If you’re looking for a salon with knowledgeable, skilled professionals who make you feel at ease, look no further. Malerie, the owner, is phenomenal—her expertise in waxing is unmatched, and she’s both thorough and incredibly efficient. She only uses the highest-quality products and never pushes anything unnecessary, which is so refreshing.Aside from waxing, her lash lift and tint service is amazing, especially if you’re someone like me who loves the natural, mascara-free look. Every experience I’ve had here has been exceptional, and I can confidently say Wax Shack is the place to go for anyone seeking outstanding waxing or skincare services in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

    I went to Wax Shack the day it opened and I have nothing but great things to say!!! 11/10 recommend. Malerie, the owner, was so kind and able to book me same day before I left for a trip. She was warm and welcoming and made me feel super comfortable for my bikini wax. It didnt feel awkward at all, which is important to me considering I have had other not-so-comfortable experiences that made me nervous to try again.. Im so glad I found this place and gave it a shot. She was extremely PRECISE, took her time to make sure everything was to my liking, and I also noticed that somehow I havent gotten any ingrown hairs like I used to get after getting waxed elsewhere! Not sure why, but I attribute it to her skill and expertise. I was planning on getting waxed just once for my trip and then moving on to laser hair removal soon.. but I decided to hold off on that and keep up with waxing because my experience was so great, if that says anything! The space is beautiful and cozy, and the location is perfect. I know Wax Shack is going to become very popular and well known here, as deserved. Thanks again!

    As a business owner myself, I was extremely impressed with Malories attention to cleanliness and details. The salon is well organized and beautifully laid out. For services, I had a lash lift and for a women my age its a game changer! Im 65 and I feel like Ive received an eye lift instead. Great to wake up to lashes that are tinted and lifted, cuts morning routine down . The nose wax was fabulous I recommend it. Theres no going back! She is great and it was painless. For Saint Augustine and surrounding area, you now have a gem in your back yard. Highly recommended! Shop local and support a young lady in business . - Margaret

    Absolutely LOVE Wax shack! The staff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, making sure to explain every step of the process.The wax itself was quick and virtually painless—definitely the best Ive ever had! The esthetician was skilled and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I loved how they used high-quality products that left my skin feeling smooth and hydrated.     Just had my first visit at my friends NEW WaxShack, and let me tell you, i feel smoother than a newborn dolphin- smooth, sleek and ready to glide through life! Mal is the Michelangelo of waxing; she doesnt just remove hair-she sculpts works of art(A.K.A. my nostrils). WaxShack didnt just remove hair, they evicted it with the precision of a surgeon and the flair of a rockstar. The salon is super clean and has the perfect spa vibe, but with a touch of sass that makes you feel totally at ease. 10/10 will recommend- come for the smooth skin, stay for the epic confidence boost.
