Kudos to the incredible stylist Cathy at the Supercuts in St. John’s County for a truly uplifting experience. I recently took Max to get a haircut at another salon, which I won’t name just yet, and they shockingly refused cutting his hair, insisting they didn’t do that, while staring at Max. I left the salon with a distraught boy, which was particularly heartbreaking since he loves getting his haircut. Fortunately, we found another salon just down the road, Supercuts, where Cathy welcomed us with open arms. Not only did she graciously fit Max in, but she also interacted with him in a way that was truly heartwarming, showed him love, and gave him an amazing haircut and trimmed his goatee. We left the salon with a beaming boy, beaming with joy. Thank you, Cathy , for doing an incredible job and for making Max feel seen and loved; he adored you and his haircut.

I just moved to the area and needed a hair stylist. I found Supercuts near my residence and made a same day appointment with Kelly, She was amazing. She took time to understand exactly what I wanted and did a great job. It was hard leaving my stylist of 20 years in South Florida but I am glad to have found Kelly. She is very personable and caring in addition to her great hair styling skills. This place is very reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend them.

I always go with a fade when getting a haircut, which doesn’t have much of a margin for error when hair has been cut that short. My experience getting haircuts at this location is always been pretty good but what keeps me coming back is Taylor, who also happens to be the manager. She knows what she’s doing, does it right, and keeps the customer happy. I appreciate her skills very much and I hope that the franchisor knows the quality of work that Taylor does. I can get a haircut anywhere but finding the right stylist that will keep me coming back is tough. Taylor does wonderful work and I appreciate her very much. I had an appointment scheduled with Liz at 11:30 but she took a walk in client in front of me. At 12:00 another guy walked in and he also had an appointment with Liz. I knew he’d have at least an hour wait because Liz was still working on the walk in. I volunteered to change stylists at that point to the guy would have a minimum delay. Cathy did a great job. I’m not sure what the SuperCuts policy for walk ins is but, in my opinion, a scheduled appointment should always take priority.

Liz always does an amazing job. My son has very thick hair and its hard to sculpt well unless you have the skillset that Liz has. My wife wont let anyone else cut his hair. My sons hair is also very blond and he can be a handful in the seat.Liz is the reason we return for both my haircuts and my sons haircuts. I could get a haircut on base as I am retired military, but its well worth the extra money to look good and feel good with a great haircut. I always tip her well too!

Shelby was his hairstylist, highly recommend, professional, good customer service, just all around good experience. Cant beat the location, the list goes on and on, etc. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner, super nice, friendly, just down to earth good people.
