    Tried Great Clips out for 1st time and Ill definitely be going back there when we come back to St. Augustine. If a fade cut is what u need I highly recommend Mai. She gave me the best skin fade Ive had in years frfr. Shes quick and fade was tight. Good conversation as well. U wont be disappointed!

    I would like to give a great big shout out to Jacob (Jake), he is THE best! Not only is he fantastic at cutting hair, but he made me feel great about myself and not self conscious at all about my hair, which was really in poor shape going in. On top of that, he was able to get my 7 year old to sit in the chair and have a great experience too! She is hesitant about getting her hair cut but he was so warm and welcoming and friendly that she just sat right down. We both left feeling like a million bucks and obviously we didnt pay anything close to that. Thank you SO much!

    The lighting in my room doesnt do justice for my hair but yesterday I stopped at the cobble stone great clips before I work and I work near by but anyway there was a nice blonde haired guy real nice that trimmed my bangs so I can have Betty bangs and I love them. I forgot his name but very nice and I got compliments at work on my hair.ive never had a negative experience here. Always great.

    I was able to get in with no wait on a weekday morning right at 8am. Quick, friendly service with no wait. The did a great job on the cut. Price was $19.00 for a basic men’s cut before tip.

    Ive been going to Great Clips for years. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and caring. Just recently I had my hair cut there but wasnt satisfied with the results. They were kind enough to have me come back in and fix to my satisfaction. Well done Great Clips!

    I had my hair cut by Gino. As usual he did an AWESOME job! He is always friendly and professional. I just hope that Great Clips knows what a great asset they have in Mr Gino. I changed my hair cut style,btw, this time. It turned out ,as Gino would say, know thats a fine haircut, awesome!

    I was feeling spontaneous and wanted to get a big chop. Kimberly took perfect care of me, offered advice for my hair type and helped me choose the right sort of cut to go with my face~ She talked me through each step, recommended products, and gave tips for the style I was wanting. I dont get my hair cut very often, always preferring low-maintenance styles, but her service made me want to definitely come back and try new things. :)

    My grandson was very pleased with his haircut.. I like using coupons and we went there because there was a coupon code on Facebook. I tried to use the coupon but apparently the coupons on Facebook are scam. Im not sure whos behind it. It looks exactly like a Great clips promo and. So many others are saying the same thing. I want to go back but I want my coupon first!! A real coupon!!

    Very friendly staff here. The place is easy to get in and out of I recommend checking in online to help speed up the process. The place is clean too. The stylist did a great job from what I could tell and had good conversations with me. Keep up the good job at this location.

    This was the greatest cut Ive had in a very long time, everyone was in a great mood when I walked in, and I only had to wait about five minutes! I was in and out really quick! Lonnie gave me the best fade Ive ever had and I just had to leave him a fat tip lol. The thing I like about great clips is that they have clip notes so when you are a new client if you like your hair cut a specific way they will document that and then anytime you come in after that the stylist will see those notes and will already know how you want your hair cut. Its a really great system. It beats having to spend months to find that barber that clicks with you and actually understands how you like your hair..I mean that works for some people but like me, Im always on the run so having something like that is really awesome!

    We honestly wouldnt want to go anywhere else for a haircut they are always friendly and patient we get our whole family cuts normally at the same time and the youngest is 7 and they listen and make her feel special just like the rest of us. The check in ahead is great if we dont want to wait because of a busy day or we do walk in either way they are quick to get to us.

    Ive been going to Great Clips for 5 years. I was going to overly priced salons. Great clips prices are great. Karen, my stylist is very professional and I completely trust her with my hair. Karen always does a wonderful cut on my hair which Im always very happy with. I would highly recommend great clips.

    Helpful host at check in counter. 8 people in que. I waited about 40 minutes and that gave me enough time to go couple doors down to eat at Piesanos.Once back and in the chair, my hair dresser made sure she knew my plans. She adjusted the notes in my profile and did her best to meet my expectations.

    Very nice staff and quality service. Got my hair cut about 11 inches and it looks amazing. I forgot her name but she was very nice and good at styling. I did feel like she cut my hair quite fast though (It took about 10-15 minutes) and the layers looked choppy. But its hard to really notice. Lastly I appreciate the fact that they dont use locks of love as their service since in locks of love you have to be down right poor to get a free wig and instead use wigs for kids even though they take in the minumum of 12 inches. Overall really good, cheap service and I would go there again.

    I had a cut by Karen today. Ive never been to Great Clips in St. Augustine before. On a scale of 1-10 Id giver her a 10. She was very personable, and friendly. She didnt rush through it, but took her time to do a good job.I would recommend her to anyone.

    I have been going to Great Clips for about 4 years now. And during those 4 years Ive had maybe one bad haircut. People never write reviews unless they are angry, so keep in mind that for the other 98% of the time they are a GREAT hair salon. Also, people make mistakes and might not be as good as their co-workers If that is the case then just ask not to get that stylist again, instead of ridiculing the whole company.

    Changing my review to 5 stars. When the owner was made aware , he apologized profusely, for the fill in person attitude/actions. The owner made up for it more than I would ever expected. That stylist will not be back in his salon. All good.Sat, got sprayed all over head including face, then he left me for 5 minutes to sign in big family coming in, came back took exactly 3 minutes to trim my very thin hair. Then turn the chair around and said bye, I said what about my bang? then he trimmed the sides. I then ask him if he was going to let me go out looking like that(wet hair did not cut my bang and did not even dry or comb my hair !! really) he replied no, but did nothing. I had to ask for a comb ! so I could fix myself some. I felt very disrespected. Been client forever in different cities. Do not go there to have your hair hacked and bad service and disrespected. Awful experience. Untrained in cutting hair and customer service.

    Unfortunately I didnt catch the ladys name, but it was my autistic daughters first haircut, short of trying to trim her bangs, she was very understanding and friendly and adapted very well to having to cut while she was clinging around my neck, I highly recommend this location their staff is amazing

    So just like me (yep, it feels good when you time it right!) everyone adds name to waitlist by the app. Sounds great, right? No. So you think youre next, and its a BIG NOPE. Haha... Im not sure of procedure on how long youre on waitlist, e.t.c. but I waited 25 min and every time I thought I was next, the app loser infront showed up!! Ugggg. Anyhow we love Geno at cobblestone!
