    After moving, I was in need of a local Hair Stylist. I have long, thick hair and highlights. Brett was amazing! He cut my hair perfectly, highlighted it perfectly. Everything was perfect. Finding a new stylist can be difficult sometimes, but I lucked out first try. The salon is absolutely beautiful and the environment is so relaxed and comfortable. All the staff I encountered were friendly, and I saw the other stylists do amazing work as well. Highly recommend!

    I just had my hair dyed at Salon Zellanova and I am in love with it! Lo did an amazing job and really took the time to make sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it. The staff were all professional, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. If youre looking to dye your hair and feel like a new person after, I highly recommend this salon.

    This salon is AMAZING! This was the second time Ive been to Salon Zellanova and both times were by far the best experience Ive ever had. The hair wash and head massage alone were completely intoxicating! The color really seems to last a long time and the cut is so easy to maintain. I love it :) Thanks Nancy!

    Best Salon in St. Augustine. My whole family goes to Zellanova - me, my husband, my daughter and her husband and my mother-in-law. All the stylists are experienced and professional. The Salon is beautiful with very unique washing bowls that are easy on your neck. My family started with these stylists at another Salon and we were very excited when Nancy opened her own Salon and several of the stylists we used also came to the Salon. I have thick wavy/curly hair, my husband thin straight hair and we always get a great cut. The Salon also offers special services as they did the hairstyles for my daughters wedding party. It was a great experience! So no matter what type of hair or style of hair they can make you look and feel like a million!

    I love this salon and I love Brett! I have never had the experience of walking out of a salon and just feeling PERFECT! Its a regular thing with Brett. Im 68 and I just let my hair go totally natural. Brett makes silver look like the envy of everybody! Also, I also have never had a stylist give me a Christmas treat. Today Brett gave me a beautiful rustic bag with chocolates, candy cane and wonderful hand lotion. I almost cried. I could write more. This place is gorgeous, exquisitely clean, friendly, professional... Just go to Salon Zellanova and see for yourself. Youll be so happy you did. (PS: Dont monopolize Bretts time. I dont want you crowding me out of his schedule!!)

    The experience was very professional and relaxing. My stylist Jamie is Amazing and very knowledgeable in her skilled profession. I was very impressed by the precautions and cleanliness of Jamie, the other staff and the salon overall. It is worth the visit and the cost!I will be using Jamie and this salon for all my hair appointments!

    As a new comer to town it was a pleasant ‘miracle’ finding Salon Zellanova, whose stylist, Jamie , transformed a year’s worth of neglect in one relaxing afternoon. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere in this professional salon and was impressed with the soothing room with a modern sink design which supported my neck. My new color was exactly as I’d hoped and more. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a salon. Thank you , Jamie.

    My husband has been going here for almost a year and loves Brett and all the staff! He has been trying to get me to go there, however, I hated to leave my girl and family friend in Gainesville, but weekend time is precious as I work full time here in St Augustine and we live here now. I also have another friend that goes here and raves about it. So, my husband got me an appointment with Brett. He was wonderful, obviously talented, and so was the rest of the staff. Love how they all work as a team. Great salon experience. And my hair looks and feels wonderful. Highly recommended!

    Jamie did an amazing job with my hair! She listened to what I wanted and offered her own ideas as well. She took her time to make sure it was perfect. The salon is beautiful. An overall perfect experience.

    I had an appointment today with Julia. I came in for a color tone correction and haircut. Julia listened carefully, as I explained the mishaps my hair had gone through. I explained what I was hoping to achieve from this hair session. I thought I was going to need to cut off a couple of inches of my hair due to being damaged. She assured me it wasnt as damage as I thought, and I just needed a little trim. She did a great job finding the right toner that blended beautifully in my hair. I absolutely love the haircut, she did a slight trim and added some layers.This salon is on their A game when it comes to safety precautions for COVID-19. I observed each area being sanitized thoroughly after a client has sat in a chair.Julia, thank you for making my hair look great!!

    Ive been to a few Aveda salons in the past and have had great experiences with the brand. I live in Jacksonville but heard good things so I drove down to St Aug . Brett Smith was my stylist and did a great job cutting my hair as well as telling me how to get the look I wanted consistently. I am not an every 6 week customer.

    Jamie did my hair today, highlights, cut and blow dry! I am so pleased with how it turned out. She listened to me and the cut is exactly what I wanted. The foils for my highlights were perfect. I am very happy with the service.

    This place is amazing. Theres no pressure, no judging, and its one of the few salons where I really feel comfortable. Brett is so amazing- he really listens and understands what will look best on you. Never mind the head and neck massage when you get shampooed! And theyre an Aveda salon which means all the products are natural and healthy for my hair. I wouldnt go anywhere else ever.

    Tonight my first time trying Salon Zellanova. Brett got my hair color exactly the way I wanted, which is not an easy task believe me! I have tried many stylists over the years and its extremely rare to find someone who can get it right the first time. He understood what I wanted and delivered perfectly. I am so thrilled that I found Brett. All the staff were pleasant and friendly too. Salon Zellanova is a hidden gem in St. Augustine!

    This salon is a gem of St. Augustine! Jamie is the bestttt. She brought my hair back to life and gave me some of the confidence I lost. She specializes in eyebrows too. She turned my lack-luster brassy hair into a beautiful rich espresso color after it was turning green from an overuse of chemical. She listens and gives suggestions before you make a commitment. She also tells you what she is doing as she goes along which is nice. I don’t feel rushed when I see her and her gratitude will leave you as a returning customer.

    Megan Shrader is an amazing hair colorist/stylist. My hair cut/color always exceeds my expectations and looks very natural. The staff is very friendly and it is obvious that they priortize customer service. I am always offered a foot soak while my hair processes and I LOVE the relaxing head message I recieve while my hair is being conditioned. I have never had a bad experience in the many years I have gone to Salon Zellanova. The salon is always up-to-date with the latest trends. Something I can appreciate as a 25 year old. Ask for Megan as she can give you exactly what you want or steer you in the right direction if you are unsure; shes a hair genius!

    Wonderful experience for myself, daughter and young granddaughters. Both Brett and Lauren took their time, showed procedures and were very friendly. Explaining patiently even to the 10 and 11 year olds how to take care of their hair. I have recommended this salon to at least 10 people.

    Brett was outstanding! I had two different hairstylist that over-processed and turned my hair brassy. When I left I had beautiful blond highlights, healthy looking hair and oh so stylish. My husband loved it.

    Bret is brilliant, a little expensive but worth every penny, thank you Bret, I love my color & cut. Im from metro NY and his work is better than you can find there. And he was fixing a bad jop from another local salon.
