Went to Great Clips for the first time last week and I’ll definitely be back! Mary did an incredible job and, unknowingly, finally accomplished the layered and textured hair I’ve wanted for YEARS. I usually leave disappointed no matter how much I’ve spent or where ive gone, but one week on and I’m still looking in the mirror thinking “how is this natural hair?!” “I love my hair!” “I’ve never felt prettier!” I don’t even have to curl, straighten, or blow dry my hair for it to look perfect. So thanks for a great experience☺️

Great cut! I did have a few questions regarding shampoo and she instructed me to use a clarify shampoo and it worked. I have curly hair and she showed me how my scalp had a thick layer of film mind you I use natural products and when I used what she recommended it really got rid of the film and bring back the bounce to my hair. It was so flat at first and it changed drastically. So I can say they are pretty informative and they give you a nice cut for the buck.

Paula and Lori are great. The company not so much. What jerk is in charge? I am a honorably discharged veteran. We had a hurricane and because I could not get in on Veterans Day I was not allowed to have the coupon to honor my service. If not for Paula and L:ori I would have left and found another barber.

I went to them for an emergency touch up on my layers recently and they were very nice and quick to get me taken care of. They seem like they have a lot of people working there on a Saturday morning and I find that to be a good thing because it means less of a wait. *update* went back today for a trim on ends and bangs and Julie did a great job.

We just moved to the area and today I had my husband take me in before I chickened out, lol. Normally, I have my hair cut to my shoulders and put it up as I did in military. Wanted to try something different and showed Shelby a cut I had 25 years ago along with another pic of a haircut I was looking at. I can say she did an excellent job. Thank you so much Shelby, my hubby thinks I look almost 10 years younger.
