    Dr C and the office staff are great. He is very knowledgeable and great to chat with during visits. My typical wait time is maybe 3 minutes after checking in, which in a doctor’s office is incredible. Highly recommend

    One of their amazing employees from dermatology Southeast, Gretchen, recommended the clinic to me for a mole that has plagued me for years.The obnoxious mole was just at my hairline right above my left ear. I was extremely nervous because I do not like doctors offices or procedures of any kind!Taylor Steed, PA-C did the actual procedure and she was the best. She made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end and it was painless just as she said it would be.Im also very happy with the results, she scraped it and it was a complete removal.They also sent the offending member off for testing and called me with the negative results as soon as they came in, highly recommend.

    I had a very good experience with Dermatology Southeast in Fruit Cove. It was so convenient. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. I saw Dr C who was great. I highly recommend this office.

    After having a horrible experience at a different dermatologist (see other review), I gave up for a long while but my condition was getting worse so I researched and found SE dermatology. They were amazing! I would highly recommend them to everyone... And I will be receiving my first medication delivery this week at no cost due to their assistance with helping me get into a program that assists with paying for the extremely expensive medication.

    I saw Dr Frazier for the first time today and she was great very thorough and very nice. The staff very friendly you could tell they liked their job. I has to call the office to let her know about some medicine i had and the women i spoke to at the St Augustine office supper nice and helpful. One of the best Drs. visit I have had in a long time. I will stay with her.

    I didnt have to wait long to be called. Once situated in the treatment room the doctor and her assistant came quickly. She was very thorough with her inspection of me and took special care with areas of concern. Although the practice isnt close to where I live I will do the travel to see Dr. Frazier.

    Dr. Frazier did the surgery quickly and Ms. Taylor sewed it up. Can hardly tell 8 weeks later. Plus she has a good singing voice.Office staff is efficient and appointment happen when they are supposed to with no waiting.

    Had an appointment a few days ago and I have to say I was really impressed with this office. Dr Frazier and her staff were very sweet and very helpful to my skin care needs. The two front girls were very bubbly and set the atmosphere and the nurses were very spot on and knowledgeable. Cant wait for my next visit.

    Skin Cancer CheckBeing a senior and Florida native, I made an appointment with Dr. Padilla at the St. Johns location. Two women at the front desk made check-in easy and unstressful. I was taken back on time. The doctor and her assistant treated me very well. Dr. Padilla is a fine doctor and a great communicator. She listened to my concerns and provided me with complete information. I felt very comfortable during the examination. They did their best to allow me remain robed while the examination took place. Glad I went. She took care of two questionable spots very quickly. Highly recommend this doctor.

    I have had two different MOHS procedures done by Dr. Frazier in the past 6 months. Both she and her staff are professional and courteous. Her surgical skills are excellent. I am very pleased with the end result.

    Dr. Frazier is incredible! She is such a gifted doctor and MOHS surgeon as well as being one of the most kind, caring, sweet people I know. I have been blessed to have her caring for me for over 10 years and having had over 100 skin cancers, I can tell you she utilizes conservative measures and does surgical closures that rival a plastic surgeon’s. Both she and her PA Taylor have eagle eyes and can zone in on questionable spots before they become a huge problem! The office staff are all very friendly and professional and make it their mission to do whatever they can to put a patient at ease. They strive to fulfill any patient requests wether for prescriptions or medical records quickly and efficiently! I strongly recommend this office to all my family and friends!

    I love this dermatology office! Susan is amazing. She is the aesthetician. Dr. Frazier is so awesome. They take their time with you and always want you to leave happy. They are both very thorough. The office staff is very nice and helpful. You don’t want forever to be seen. All practices should take notes from them.

    I came to Dermatology Southeast after a horrible experience with a former Dermatologist I’d been seeing for more than 20 years. The moment I walked in the office I knew I made the right move. The staff is friendly, professional and the office is clean. After a two year bought with severe adult Cystic Acne/Rosacea I had given up of ever finding a cure. Embarrassed of my face, I’d wear a hat anytime I went in public, it was depressing! When Dr. Frazier first walked in I immediately felt her compassion and her professionalism set my mind at ease. She patiently listened and took all the time I needed to explain what I had been through. After seeing her every month for 9 months the medication worked and my face has never been clearer! I highly recommend Dr. Frazier and Dr. Nain, they are amazing Dermatologist.

    I went to DSE for a skin check after I became concerned with a spot on my face that wouldnt go away. The staff was very friendly and professional. A shave biopsy revealed the spot to be a squamous cell carcinoma and they scheduled me for Mohs surgery at the St Johns office. The staff there was again friendly and professional. The surgery went smoothly and the aftercare was excellent. I can not say enough about Drs Cooper (Old St Augustine Rd) and Frazier (St Johns) and their staff.

    Ive been to Dermatoloy Southeast several times. Dr. Frazier is an excellent doctor. The staff that assist her is some of the best I have seen. Very helpful and explains the procedures fully. I highly recommend Dr. Frazier.

    Their call center scheduling is absolutely horrible. And the office itself is pretty disorganized. I’ve had long wait times every time I’ve been there. Dr. Frazier and the staff are all very nice, though, so it makes up mostly for the things that frustrate me.

    From The Moment I Walked In The Door I Was Greeted By The Friendly Front Office Staff Who Got Me Back TO My Exam And Surgery Room In A Timely Manner ----- Next Dr Chavez And Her Assistant Taylor Came In To Thoroughly Explaining The Exam And Surgical Procedure --- After Making Sure I Clearly Understood They Proceeded To Make Me As Comfortable AS Possible With A Few Shots To Numb The Area Where The CANCER Was Located --- Once The Surgery Had Begun Dr Chavez Carefully Explained In Detail What She Was Doing --- She Had To Go In Twice To Get ALL The CANCER -- While I was Waiting For My Results Of The First Lesion Removal Taylor And Her Assistant Gave Me A Wide Selection Of Music To Listen To Then They Set It Up For Me --- I Felt Like I was In A Five STAR Motel -- After Being In The Room For An Hour It Was Starting To Get Chilly So They Brought Me A Blanket While I was Waiting For The Results Of The Second Lesion Removal --- The Second One Came Back Negative So Dr Chavez Sowed It Up -- When I Told Dr Chavez That I Had A Subzero Tolerance To Pain --- Unlike The Dermatologist My Boss Went To On April 6TH -- Dr Chavez Prescribed Me A Few Pain Pills To Get Me Through A Couple Of Days ---- HERE`S WHERE SHE SHINES ABOVE THE REST --- With The Way Their Form Is Set Up It`s Easy To Make The Mistake Of Putting The Birthdate Of The Patient Instead Of The Days Date And That`s What Happened BUT After Calling Dr Chavez At Home She Drove ALL THE WAY BACK To the Office To Put Another Corrected One On The Door For My Wife To Pick Up For Me ------------ You Can Tell Dr Chavez And Her Staff Truly Care About Their Patients By The Way They Treat Their Patients AND By The Way They Listen To Their Patients Unlike The Dermatologist Who Treated My Boss When He Told Him He Had A Low Tolerance To Pain --- With All This Being Said -- I Just Want To THANK Each And Everyone At That Office For Being So Nice But Yet Professional To Me --- THANKS AGAIN --- Giles Mealor
