    My coworker had recommend for me to come here. I had my first deep tissue massage and it was an incredible experience. Thank you so much to my massage therapist Kenny who went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and heard. He was super informative, experienced, and professional. I felt very comfortable and welcomed by the staff who were all very friendly. I am looking forward to future sessions as a new member. I definitely recommend!!

    This was my first visit to the St. Johnā€™s location and it was an outstanding experience. First off, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the manager and the front desk staff. They were all so helpful and provided exceptional customer service. My esthetician, Logan, was amazing!!! Definitely will be coming back here!

    I donā€™t live here but have been here since June taking care of my mom who fx her shoulder in May. I have a membership to a ME where I live in S.Fl and have only been a handful of times since starting in Feb. I canā€™t say enough about the massage that Stephen provided on Wed night. I met him the weekend before when I tried to gift my mom one of my massages (*which they had NO issue with; the only reason she didnā€™t get one is bc I did not think to get a note from her doctor due to her FX shoulder. MY FAULT and I was told that theyā€™d credit me back the session I had booked for her). But we left that day with some recommendations he gave me to try and make her feel better until I can bring her back for a real massage. So FFwd to Wednesday, Iā€™ve been working FT while taking care of my mom and beat. He could tell when I walked in that I was tense and just needed to relaxā€¦. And relax I did. I didnā€™t realize how bad the tension was, until he started working through all the problem areas I had. Honestly it was the best ME massage Iā€™ve ever had. I truly felt like he not only listened to me but was able to tell where my problem areas were and worked out the kinks so well. Walked out with a few more pointers to help me out until I can get back in - hopefully before I go back home to S Fl.Front desk staff was great as well!

    The staff and massage therapists are wonderful! If you need anything, all you have to do is call the front desk and they will figure out how to work with your schedule and pair you with the perfect therapist.

    Very nice and clean, front desk help was very kind and accommodating and Ashley is a master of her art. Most amazing massage Iā€™ve ever had.     The manager here goes out of her way to find times that works best for you and proactively reaches out when your favorite therapist is available. She cares about the service you receive. They have the best therapist Iā€™ve ever had. Talented and very personable. I recommend the membership as it cuts the cost almost in half. Highly recommend this location and staff.

    I recently came down from Buffalo to visit my mother and sister and was pretty stressed out and was crossing my fingers that I could get in last minute. The staff was so extremely accommodating and sweet!! Then I received a 90 minute massage by Brock, who was 1 of the BEST massage therapists Iā€™ve ever had!!! I couldnā€™t have been more pleased with the service and hospitality. I will most definitely be back to this location on my next visit!! Until next timešŸ¤Ÿ

    I feel so refreshed after my amazing facial today! I had a great experience with the microderm facial before, but this time I had a gift card and was able to enjoy their new Oxygenating treatment. I was SO happy with my results! The esthetician was very knowledgeable. She talked to me about the treatment and the products being used. She recommended a treatment that was appropriate for my skin type. I always have such a pleasant experience, which has encouraged me to become a member for my future visits and enjoy great skin services at a discounted rate. Cant wait to come back! :)) I highly recommend it!!

Even if there is an issues she is on the spot. Staff are very pleasing and professional. Dalina gives the best massages and can perform at all pressures. She goes above and beyond for her staff and her customers. This location truly is like a family- unlike other massage envy locations. Some ME locations can feel like youā€™re settling for less than a true spa experience, but not this oneā€¦ I highly recommend.

    What a great experience! Dee always does her best to accommodate me and others (based on the telephone conversations I hear), but it holds true you canā€™t satisfy everyone all the time. She knows my likeā€™s/dislikes and will call me when she has something she knows Iā€™ll love. Unfortunately, my schedule doesnā€™t always fit. Amy does a great whole body massage and Taylor did my first facial. It wonā€™t be my last. If youā€™re looking for a great spa experience at an affordable price, come see them. You wonā€™t be disappointed.

The team up front always helps me find an appointment that works with my schedule.     I so appreciate the hardworking staff here. Making appointments is so easy and they always follow up with a reminder phone call the day before. My massages have been fantastic and all of the providers have been extremely professional and communicative and ask questions and clarify what kinda of care is needed. I donā€™t feel pressured or uncomfortable and leave feeling much better. Glad I chose to get a membership here and focus on my wellbeing with their help.

    Massage Envy (St.John) is one of best locations to have your massage needs taken care of. Iā€™ve been to many other locations from California to here in Florida. St. John has the best staff ever. Diya and her wonderful front desk start your experience from the moment you walk in the door and as you leave, they cap off your relaxing visit. Iā€™ve never had a bad experience with the therapists. They are all unique to themselves but give you the ultimate customer experience. I have other locations closer to me but I spend all of my time in St.John and you should too.

    I had left Massage Envy because I had moved 52 miles away from where I had originally signed up. When St. Johns opened I gave them a try since they are 22 miles from where I live now and theyre very close to some large stores in which we like to shop. I have been given world class treatment and renewed my contract with St. Johns. My therapist is superb and management goes out of their way to inform me when she has openings. I have flexibility to go at the last minute and I appreciate having that option.

The therapists always ask whatā€™s been sore and make sure to work over those areas thoroughly, and always find other areas that need work too!
