    Moved to Sanford two years ago and I’ve loved coming here ever since! The kind of place you want to share because the owner and her staff truly are so kind and attentive. Bonus: the owner never says no; she happily takes last minute appointments with the most genuine of hearts and loves to see her clients happy.

    My hands down favorite place to go I don’t always have extra money to get nails or toes done but when I do this is where I go they are sweet and always remember me even if I haven’t got to come back for over a year they are such amazing people and always make time for me(original review)Todays review the ladies there are always such awesome company to be around if there could be perfect in life or a job that would be meeting the requirements they fit me and my daughter in last min for a 5 appointment did our toes and nails I have been going there for 8 years even if it’s just a visit every two or when I can the second I have it that’s were we go for nails toes and my eyebrows usually you always find a simple flaw after getting things done but nope not here not in any of their works they are so loving kind generous and all around amazing people probably the most reasonable price for the amazing work they do for anywhere close to here that’s for sure thank you guys for your awesome hard work with love ! ( no matter how little I go in she always remembers me and my family )

    Wow! Tao, the owner, did the best job to date on my nails...amazing!. She took my appointment this Sunday within 15 minutes notice. For anyone looking for a professional, affordable expert on nails you must try American Spa Nails. Right in downtown Sanford, beautiful!

    10/10 recommend this place is amazing! Thao goes above and beyond for her customers. She hasn’t even sat down once. The foot massage was to die for! I have never had a pedicure this amazing! $45 for an amazing foot massage AND a hot stone massage!!! If you haven’t been here you need to come! I will never go to another spa. American Spa Nails is hands down the BEST spa in Sanford. Lisa helped me while Thao helped my best friend and, literally, even single person that walks through her door. They close at 7 pm but if you call Thao is so amazing that she will still start a lash extension at 7pm. The customer service is out of this world!! 10/10 recommend! Prices are great also! Go in today and see Thao to get your eyebrows snatched or come in and see Lisa and get your perfect mani pedis!

    I have been to every nail place in and around Sanford, and this is the best. My manicure actually looks amazing two week later, and my gel pedis never chip. The consistency is amazing-I always have great-looking nails weeks later, and Im super-rough with my nails. Prices are good, and everyone is so nice. Highly recommend!

    I enjoyed my pedicure here immensely. The owner is incredibly sweet and very talented. My bf and I chatted comfortably with other patrons and enjoyed pedicures on a Saturday morning while the world carried on outside. Great location, great prices, great service. We will definitely continue to come back!

    I got my nails done for the first time here and I left very happy! Thao did an excellent job! She paid attention to detail and made sure my nails looked great through every step. I went with chrome powder and as you can see, they are beautiful 😊

    One of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail shop anywhere! I’m visiting from out of state and this place happened to have good reviews and thankfully was open on Labor Day. I gave it a try and they did not disappoint. The women who did my pink and white hombre dip and gel pedicure were extremely nice and took their time to do everything right. Great experience and my nails turned out even better than expected! Will visit again when I come back to Sanford next time!

    SUCH A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!! everyone was so nice and welcoming, it was a very comfortable and sanitary space and the nail artists made great conversation with us, I highly recommend getting the wax treatment!! I love this place, I’m definitely coming back.

    I absolutely LOVE this place! I mainly see Kira Boyd (insta: @nails_by_kiraboydd) she does all my design nails (purple ones shown) and they sometimes last up to a month without coming off!! However, I also see her mom (she did the red nails) and they are gorgeous!! Both women are so hard working and I always go back because I love supporting them and being around their happy vibes! I truly love this place and I leave amazed everytime! :)

    I’m happy I decided to drop in here. Super nice owner, super chill. Can recreate a look from a refrence photo flawlessly. I’m so impressed. Will you be getting a full hand massage with your manicure? No. Will you be handed a warmed towel? No. But you’ll leave with exquisite nails.

    Did a beautiful job on my nails, quick but sometimes you will have a wait due to the shop being so small. I did notice the prices are higher than others in the area for the same quality job, desk was full of glitter that got on my nails.

    My wife and I were hanging out in Sanford in a Tuesday. Most places are closed in Tuesday. We had an hour to kill before lunch and stopped in. Very accommodating, when I was done they put me in a massage chair while my wife’s nails were painted and dried. Very happy, will come back.

    First time havin my nails done professionally. Tao made it an awesome relaxing experience! My nails are thick and sturdy. Not so thick they look fake. They are just amazing. As is the atmosphere in the establishment. They welcome you warmly. Make you feel right at home!

    I thought I was getting a typical pedicure but that is not what I got! Surprisingly the best pedi I have gotten!!! Tammy was exceptional taking great detail and care of my very unsightly feet. She refreshed and gave me new Floridian toes that looked young and fresh. Tao, the owner, was delightful and worked past hours to accommodate me last minute.     She is amazing! Very sweet and Professional. I did a full pedicure and acrylic nails and it took her a hour and 45 mins! Any other salon I would have been there for HOURS! And I absolutely LOVED my pedicure and my nail set! Simple but gorgeous! She is definitely my go-to nail tech!

    My first time coming into this nail salon and I was pleasantly surprised. I made an appointment and had absolutely no wait time. The owner did my nails (S&S dip powder) and they came out so beautiful. She asked every step of the way if I liked the shape, the color, and made sure I liked what she was doing. She did a full set, including putting tips on my nails in under an hour.

    I love this nail salon! I have been seeing the owner Tai since I was 11 years old for my acrylic nails, they are truly the best here. They take their time and the owner knows her customers just by their voice!! She always knows what I like. Nearly 15 years later and I’m still loving this spa like it’s the first time I’ve came. Love the environment. They truly go above & beyond.

    We brought our bridal party to get nails before the wedding. They made us feel right at home. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable and the nails were gorgeous!!! I also got a full set and these are some of the best nails I’ve ever had. The whole staff was wonderful but Thao was above and beyond. She made me feel great and we had fabulous conversations the whole time.

    Tonight was my first time at American Spa Nails. I had a great experience. I got there late after a long week of work and needed some pampering. Right away the owner got me a massage chair and started soaking my feet while I waited. She was so friendly and she has a beautiful smile. The leg massage was amazing. She used some delicious smelling orange mint scrub, then massaged my legs with a hot stone, and relaxed them with warm towels. She did a great job getting rid of any calluses and making my feet super soft! Then she helped me pick the perfect shade of hot pink. I had forgotten my flip flops for after but she had a disposable pair me to wear home so that I didn’t mess up my toes! I needed some pampering when I got there and I got it! Her prices are great too! I can’t wait to go back! Thank you! 💖

    Loved this place! Often times trying to get pedicures for three is hard as places tell me to come in and then when I get there they have only one or two techs and we all get done after the other. Not here. I called for three and thats what I got - three. All three techs were great. Super leg massages, great colors, great price, and a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back next time were in town.

    I have been coming here for a few months now and I really like it. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed as long as I can remember and I have to say she dies the best, even better than the businesses that focus only on waxing. I get acrylic nails done and I rarely get a broken or lifted one since coming here. I have not had a pedicure but everytime I come the pedicure chairs are full, so thats a good sign. Prices are equal to other local places.

The most wonderful, humble, loving, friendly and best hearted lady, Thao that greets me as I walk in, to the amazing staff that work there make it worth the time and drive that anyone could make. Everyone there makes you forget that you are in a nail shop, but instead part of a relaxing moment of just hanging out with friends and you have nails and toes too match.     My best friend and I had just landed at Sanford airport and decided to go downtown before heading to orlando. On a whim we walked into this salon. The cleanliness first caught our eye. The prices are very low, we received mani/pedis with hot stone massage for $45! We were taken right away. Friendly service. We are so blown away, we will be returning on our next trip to FL
