I can’t recommend the Academy of Nail Careers enough! Whether you’re looking to start a new career or just want to pick up a fun hobby, this place is truly special. I took the weekend class with Lesley and Nilzete, and they are beyond incredible. Their kindness, patience, and pure passion for what they do deeply moved me. Every single person there made me feel so welcomed and supported, like a true family. I honestly loved every single moment of it.When graduation came, I couldn’t help but cry as I left—it was such an emotional experience. My time in class wasn’t just about learning; it was about finding a community that lifted me up and inspired me in ways I never expected. It’s an experience I’ll hold in my heart forever!

These professionals make you feel comfortable, capable, and encourage each and every student to chase their dreams. Each individual student is taken care of and motivated. The establishment is clean, organized, and safe so you can feel confident you will be learning in the best possible environment while learning the best possible techniques. Where do I even begin. My love for nails started 6 years ago when I began coming to Lavish Nail Bar to get my nails done by Erica and her amazingly talented techs. I never thought I’d come full circle and become one of Erica’s valued students here at The Academy of Nail Careers. Although I was already specializing in acrylic enhancements for 1 year prior to enrolling, nothing will amount to the technique, skill, and quality of work I was taught by Erica and her educators. I cannot begin to describe the absolute attention to detail and perfection that Erica focuses on with each and every student, giving every single one of us the hands on experience and mentoring needed in the nail industry. I learned every single thing I need to know in my 3 months here to start my business and continue to grow in the nail field. I could not have asked for a better opportunity and teacher, and I will recommend The Academy of Nail Careers every. single. time. !! My class was family from the day we started, nothing could compare to the teamwork and love we all had for each other from being complete strangers to never wanting to leave each other. I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher or a better school, it simply doesn’t get better than this. After looking for school through all central florida i can say this is the best. The instructors are amazing making sure you are prepared with all the tools and knowledge you need to start your nail technician career. The attention that they give its incredible and the curriculum its like no other, making sure you have all the knowledge from nail structure to sanitation, business and a lot more. Definitely top quality, wouldn’t choose a different school.

After a lot of research, I decided to attend this nail school. I was enrolled in the weekend program and drove an hour every weekend for 21 weeks to peruse a longtime dream of mine. I graduated last weekend and am now a licensed nail tech. Going into this program, I knew absolutely nothing about nails (except for getting them done). This school provides you with all of the tools to be productive in the field. The instructors are top notch and extremely knowledgeable and passionate. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this school and I would 100 percent recommend it.

This place is beautiful & amazing. It is not your average nail salon but a safe and secure place to expand your career in the nail/beauty industry. I received a pedicure from a student and she did a really good job. They take their time, ensuring to be precise and careful during each service. I will never go back to the sloppy/quick jobs the average salon does.

Everything from the supplies to the instructors to the physical appearance of the school was excellent. This place has such a great vibe. Everyone starts at the same time and graduates together.
