I got my acrylic nails put back in for the first time in 16 years! I wanted somewhere close to my home and on my way home from work. I looked up reviews and picked this place. Everyone was super friendly and they work very well together. I requested Taylor after ready the reviews and everyone was right. She did a wonderful job and took her time. I could tell that all of them were good and if she didnt have the time I would go to anyone there.Although I did ask for just regular acyclic when I booked it online and told the girl that gave me the color choices what I wanted she rang me up for gel. I really dont know the difference except it was suppose to be $35 for a full set of regular and $50 for the gel. Im hoping that when I get them filled I can just to the regular fill for $25.My nails are beautiful and she talked me into doing snowflakes on two fingers ( another $7). They are super dainty and added an extra touch for Christmas. They even have a rewards program where you earn points and you get money off after spending so much.It was also very easy to book online.All in all Im very happy with them and the place is great.

The workers here are amazing and my nail tech always does a phenomenal job! My nails last so long when I get them done, I’m also a very clumsy person so I’m glad my nails can handle my little oopsies! Also the place is very very clean, i work in food so I take hygiene of work places seriously. I cannot recommend Chi Nails Spa enough!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a while now & i love them so much! the nails that are in the picture was done by evan but i normally go to ken, which both guys are so good! also the older guy is very good (idk his name). but i definitely recommend this place. these nails cost me about $50 but normally it costs $33 if my nails have no designs or tips.

Absolutely LOVE this place & have never once been disappointed... except when I tried to go on a Saturday afternoon walk-in & they were booked lol... but never in their work! Plus they give you a 7 day warranty on full sets, if you chip/crack/break they will fix for free.I recommend booking an appt online. Most places when you book online you still end up waiting 10-15mins for the person before you to finish & Ive never had to wait more than 3-5mins after my appt time.The staff is so kind, can hold a conversation or just let you relax in piece... and its a smaller quiter place which I love. Its always very clean & their pedicure chairs feel newer, not older & wore out like alot of places around.My go-to person is Evan... I believe is his name, 1st station on the right when you walk in.

Everyone is so polite, they take their time with you and do a great job. I love this place and it will replace my normal nail salon. I worked with a very kind, attention to detail associate named Mary for my toes and Jimmy for my fingers, they were FANTASTIC! 10/10, highly recommend.

Jimmy was great at first but always rushing and ends up having little cuts on my fingers every now and then. His hands are rough and grips so tight when he does nails. Went here for the first time and I’ll definitely be back. It’s really clean and doesn’t have an overwhelming smell like most nail salons do. I had a dip powder manicure to keep me from biting my nails and they look phenomenal!! They also have a rewards program that you’re automatically enrolled in and they also warranty your nails so if they crack or break, they’ll be fixed at no charge (I don’t have all details on this but my assumption would be that this is within reason). The prices are more than reasonable and the technician I had was amazing. I highly recommend and would give more stars if I could!!

My sister and I went right before they were closing and they were very accommodating and did not make us feel like they were rushing or in a hurry to get out. My sister got a pedicure from Henry and said it was one of the best pedicures shes ever had and my nails were done by Evan and Ken. I got the powder dip, which takes at least an hour, and they look fantastic. I would recommend this place and these guys to anyone. Great price and absolutely great service.

This was my first time at Chi Spa nails as I live in the area and see it all of the time, I thought I’d stop on in and try them out. I made an appointment with them at 4:30 and they were very nice on the phone. I arrived and they seated me timely. The lady that gave me my pedicure was absolutely amazing. Not only was she gentle, she took her time and was precise. Every staff member was soooo nice and sweet here. I am so happy I took the time to go here and try it out.

As of currently they are only accepting appointments for some services. I did in fact make an appointment, but there was a rude customer complaining about not being able to get a pedicure for herself as I was currently getting one. The employees were very professional in settling the situation. It did seem that they were a little under staffed at the moment, but that was to be expected. I got my nails painted and got a pedicure. They were very diligent, with minimal wait times after I checked in. I really loved how they took you through everything step-by-step. My friend got acrylics and she was able to witness through herself and others around her how quick but skillful they are once they know what you want. I really loved how I got told what prices were coming from what service, unlike other salons Ive been to where theyve just given a price with everything together. Employees barely talked amongst each other, but still communicated when necessary with the mask protocol in place.

The attention was superb, even with the long wait we had at the beginning, I didnt mind because they made sure to have me wait in the pedicure spa and the water was nice and wanr and the chair was massaging my back. Once I received the service, the lady worked on my nails with dedication and detail. The same way was my daughters manicure, she was looking for a very specific design with certain colors and a defined look, they were all very attentive and patient, the girl translated whenever necessary, each one of them worked really hard on her nails with the respective stages, they did a great job! I recommend this place, theyre nice and the prices are fair.

They deserve 5 stars. The shop closed at 7:30 but they took me in at 7 for a pedicure.I was seated quickly and offered water.Everyone was so friendly and inviting. This has become me regular place for nail care. I ask for Jimmy ever since he took great care of both my hands and feet. He chats if you want to, but won’t talk your ear off. My boyfriend loves to stay and get a pedicure himself. I’m happy to keep supporting this small business

It was my 1st time there and the customer service was amazing, very polite and i was seated very quickly. I went there to replace 2 nails and my nail stylist did an amazing job with matching it with my original color. (Note, I had my nails done in another place) also the cost was very good and economic compare to other places. I was also a clean environment and it was pretty quick. Very pleased and satisfied with my visit there.

Evan was absolutely wonderful. He’s very attentive, gentle, and knows exactly what I wanted! I normally go to Ken but he was booked but I’m so glad I chose Evan! Chi was suppose to do my pedicure but I guess there was a time difference. Jimmy did my pedicure. He’s super fast. I don’t if that’s good or bad lol but he did an ok job and he’s nice. Finally had a pedicure with Mary. I dont normally get Pedicures because Im a Diabetic. I told May that I was a diabetic, and she said ok. She did not dig into my cuticles and she clipped my toe nails the perfect length. I was pleased with it that I will start getting Pedicures with Mary. She is awesome. One happy customer as usually. I had gone in on my birthday on Feb 8th to get a gel pedicure that the associate Jimmy originally did and had to go back because he ended up doing a terrible job! By saturday the nail polish on one of my toe nails was completely gone and when I looked at my other toes I realized the terrible paint job Jimmy had done - and after paying $57 and being extremely disappointed I went back to the salon Monday evening to have them redo the paint job. If it wasn’t for Helen who took her time and did a great job on the new paint job I would give it three stars just because of the rushed service Jimmy provided originally - thank you Helen!

Everyone was welcoming. Accommodating to finding the exact color I wished to have. Took their time while shaping nails. Even removed toe nail polish to redo without my asking just because she noticed an imperfection she did not like. Reasonably priced. I did shellac and product feels durable unlike most gels that feel like rubber.

They truly make you feel like you are having a spa day and they make sure your nails are perfect before you walk out the door. The staff was super friendly, they offer drinks and will make sure you’re happy with your nails every step of the way. This place is 5 min from my house and they do such a great time! Every employee here makes sure you are HAPPY and SATISFIED with your service. They make sure you leave with a smile. Really appreciate the extra precautionary measures they are taking to ensure all patrons are safe during these crazy times with COVID. They have built Plexi glass partitions not only for guest getting a manicure but also for pedicures. Upon arrival you have to sanitize you’re hands and then during check in they are asking questions about your health.That makes me feel very safe coming to get my pedicure. Very clean and they take their time. Their prices are GREAT!! Definitely would recommend coming to Chi Spa Nails.

Evan did an AWESOME AWESOME job on my big toe. I hit the nail last year and developed a fungus. I lost half the nail, but it was growing back slowly. Was ashamed to wear toe out because the nail looked ugly. However Evan did an over lay without the tip. It looks really good. I also enjoyed the massage and the hospitality was AWESOME. I say this cuz i was going from place to place, they do a good job the first couple of times and then after they win your business their quality goes down.
