    I go to this salon quite a bit and most of the employees are nice and friendly. I think the salon could take a better approach at making customers feel welcome. Otherwise most if not all of the employees know exactly what they’re doing and you will leave satisfied. It’s pricey too but that may just be Florida.

    Taylor at Koi nail spa is absolutely the best. She gives an amazing pedicure and she’s a perfectionist when it comes to doing your nails and your feet that is the only nail technician I will use when going to Koi.     The front desk lady was super helpful and kind! And the guy doing my nails (Michael I believe) was very friendly and really took his time! Which says a lot, because I have VERY shaky hands and a lot of nail techs get frustrated with me so I appreciated his kindness! Will definitely come back! 😊

    Love my nails! I’ve been going to Koi for a long time now and I’ve always had a great experience! I had to share my manicure this time because I love it so much! My natural nails are finally growing and I wanted gel polish to protect them a little.Hue did an amazing job! Exactly what I wanted! Thank you for your excellent.

    Im really glad I came here! It was a great atmosphere, lots of things to watch on the TV screens as youre getting your mani/pedi done. Everyone was very professional but also friendly and relaxed. They didnt rush but took their time to make sure things were done properly. I got an acrylic fill in and pedicure done, way better than the place I went to before. Definitely will come back for my next fill in!

    Honestly almost walked out of this place while I was waiting, based on the reviews. I gotta say, Im glad I didnt. Gel french plus regular pedi was 65. Bella was my tech and she was great.

    I had gone to Koi for years when i lived in Sanford. Still an amazing place and my tech did a great job. O was In an accident a few months ago and my ankle was shattered. She took special care and caution and i am so happy

    Today when I went Rin did my nails, and he did an amazing job. I don’t think my nails have ever been this even before. He was very precise when he was doing my nails, it made me feel like he cared about how they were going to look leaving the spa, thank you Rin!

    I went there today for a simple pedicure. I am very pleased with the service I received. I went with my best friend. We were sat in a chair with in 2 minutes. Technicians were lovely people. Very gentle and interested in having a small conversation with my friend and me. For the price, I am extremely happy and satisfied with my service. I will be returning to this salon!! Very clean. Also would like to note, it does NOT smell acrylic-ie in there. Fantastic technicians and comfortable chairs!!

    I have no experiences at these nail spas so I would give them 3.5-4.0. The foot massage and the toenail clean up and soak felt wonderful and the massage chairs are heavenly while you relax and have feet done. My fingernail tips felt a little rough when I left and the clear polish didn’t last a week. My toe polish is lasting longer so I will try them again but take my own polish next time.

    They took me as a walk in . Everyone was friendly and polite. From the outside, I didn’t know what to expect but it’s massive. The guy who did my nails did a great job and he went over prices before he even started so there were no surprises.

    I’ve been coming here for years even before it got sold to the new owner. I prefer this salon over any other in the area. I love the atmosphere and how clean they keep the place. They sanitize their tools every time. The staff is friendly and kind. My two daughters also come here and we all love it.

    Pedicures for men are done here. Chairs were kind of small for those over say... 58. I am 63. Staff were friendly and professional. Service was prompt with an appointment. Only complaint is the smell of nail polish and nail polish remover. My throat hurt afterward and my contacts needed to be changed. Ventilation needs to improve, but otherwise a good experience (and the only guy in there).

    I have been going to Koi Nail Spa for a 4 years now and I can say I would and could not go anywhere else. Sue is an amazing nail tech, she looks thoroughly at my nails and gives me tips on how to care for them. I’m always throwing a nail art idea at her and she always comes through with it. My nails last 3 to 4 weeks to top it off!!I also will say Boa and Kevin are amazing at pedicures. It’s always perfect and they use every last minute of that pedicure and the legs massages are cherry on top.. I will say go to them as well for nail services too. Amazing artists as well!!I would recommend Koi Nails Spa to everyone!!!

    I stopped in this morning needing a fill with gel polish. I didn’t have an appt and had never been before. I was on a time restraint because I had to go to work. I am picky with my nails, and Ann did them for me and they look amazing! Everyone was friendly and polite, they knew I had to get to work and got them done quickly without any lack of attention. I appreciate the friendly service in a clean atmosphere and will be back for sure! Thank you!!

    I received a gift card for Christmas to Koi and decided to give them a try.. they did not disappoint! Heiu did my nails and he was absolutely wonderful. He was quick, yet careful and I am so happy with how they turned out. They definitely have a new regular here!

    Taylor is the best nail tech!! I highly recommend her for all your services. Shes extremely talented and Im never disappointed. If I am stuck on a design, Ill tell her what color I want and she creates beautiful and unique designs.

    Will try this place again. I happen to have a tech (Maybe Lilly) that I can’t recommend. I messed up one of my nails while drying. I asked to have it fixed and one other nail that had two huge streaks like on it. The manager looked and said no problem. Got Lilly to fix but she proceeded to loudly say it’s your nail not me. She put another coat on it and it was fine. If it’s my nail, isn’t it her job to make it look the best? Very rushed also. Maybe because I just did the basic mani pedi. She’s also rough and hurt my skin. Think she made my big toe bleed. Manager seems great. Will give one more try. Just make sure to stay away from her.

    David was awesome! The entire staff was friendly and I did not have to wait. David asked me what I wanted and did exactly that. I got the SNS dip French and it had lasted 2 weeks and still looks brand new. I use my hands a lot so usually my nails look bad quickly. The dip is so much thinner than the other place I went to!! And David even took the time to fully clean the old dip powder off before starting again. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Koi!

    Excellent!My first experience at this salon was amazing. I am from the next town over so I don’t use nail salons over here. Tonight I decided to do so!Staff was amazing. Very clean, relaxing, & professional environment. The lady that gave me a pedicure went above & beyond to give me the design I asked for. No waiting time, great prices too!     I left my old Mani because they never had time for me. If youre in the know you know who they are kind, of like a casino? I followed one of their nail techs to koi over a year ago and have not regretted it. Clean huge oh, and if they have no time they will make an appointment for you You dont have to sit around in the bar area and wait for an undisclosed amount of time. They always do a great job and are always so friendly and welcoming

    I came hear about 2wks ago and was given an appointment with May this was my first time at this nail salon I was so impressed how clean this place is and how professional and friendly staff are also May did an amazing job with my nails I got a pedicure and a sns powder dip manicure she pays attention to detail and is very focused.     I have been coming here for almost 3 years! Yes a dip is about $45.00 but it always looks amazing and is worth every penny! I have had friends who have tried other places but are so upset with the quality... Once I brought them here, they have decided this is there go to place too!!! The front staff is always so nice and the facility is always clean!

    I visited this nail spa just because I was in the area. They have about 21 techs available which makes your visit quick. I only came for a pedicure. Price was reasonable and they did a great job. I was seated right away and I was out in under 30 minutes.

    Kim was wonderful—she worked out every ache and pain and renewed my skin with the tropical pedicure. This place is clean, tastefully decorated and the staff are wonderful! They remembered me after my second visit and the guy that works the reception desk is friendly, warm, and professional. I would give this place 20 stars if I could :)

    The first time I went to Koi Nail Spa, I knew I had found the place I would go to for the rest of my life (as long as they will be there!!) The manager Twi Ann is very nice, extremely professional and friendly. My favorite nail tech is Trish; he goes beyond the normal pedicure!     A friend had talked me in to getting a pedicure and manicure before at a different shop in Orlando and I was pretty sure after that experience that I wasnt one of the guys that enjoyed getting them! Another friend had convinced me to go with her to Koi and give it another shot. These guys changed my mind about the whole experience. The girl who did my nails was so sweet and gentle, unlike the other store where I felt like my feet were being scraped to death. The store is super nice and it just gives off a professional vibe.     This was my first visit to Koi. Lynn did my nails (polish on toes and gel on fingers) and all I can tell you is that my nails are exquisite. I have never had such perfection - each nail has the exact same shape, the polish was expertly applied, (even coats, no streaks despite iridescence in the polish, no polish on the cuticles, even margins) and NO DREMEL to remove old gel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive been rotating salons for a while trying to find the perfect fit - I think Ive found it.

    Moved to lake Mary area and spent months looking for a nail salon/ nail tech. Koi is one of the cleanest/nicest salons in the area. Suu, is my favorite nail tech I have ever had. She is amazing!! She deals with my indecisiveness, and she always pays great attention to detail. Not only is she the best at nails, she’s wonderful to talk to.

    First time here. Walk-in. Kevin did both my pedi & pw nail dip. I am very happy w/ results. The white tip of the nail was actually white. No pink tone mixed in the white from the powder. Price was compatible to other salons. Foot massage was amazing. Extra bonus was Kevin just bought me a bottled water w/o me asking. That’s customer service! I would like to make this place my to go location but sadly it’s out of my way! I Will have to plan to be in the area for my next service! Thank you Kevin!

    I LOVE KOI NAIL SPA! They are amazing. There is a new manager/owner from a year ago or so, he can be kinda rude and weird but my nail tech is amazing. I go there for her! I am writing this review for her! I know her name but dont feel the need to share it. She does fantastic pedis! And they really TREAT you! Their place is beautiful inside! It is right next to Americas Best Eyecare.Another great thing about Koi Nail Spa is you text them ! U dont even need to talk to them over the phone to book your appointment.     My favorite nail spa. And everyone else’s too! Not uncommon for every station to be full so I recommend calling for a reservation just to be safe and they can usually accommodate you with a few hours notice except on a Friday night, I recommend booking a day before to be safe. Super clean, super staff. I highly recommend!

    Koi nail spa. Now have the CBD spa pedicure which helps aches and pains . I came in with bruising on my toenail and pain in my feet and it relieved it. Great service I been going there for over 3 years and will continue my service with them. They never let me down.

It was near the end of business hours for nail salons & Koi was the ONLY salon that was willing to take the 3 of us in after business hours.
