    Today I took my daughter into Great Clips due to her having her hair mangled. Katie was so sweet and took her time working on my daughters hair getting it fully out. Took her over 3 hours. She thought she would have to give her a undercut and the left my daughter destroyed but we were able to leave with no undercut, knot completely out, and a fresh new style that left my daughter feeling amazing. I highly recommend Katie for any hair problems. Bless her heart for taking the time she did today. 10 out of 10 experience.

    My hair was done so perfect! I’ve been to this location many times but my goodness this was the best ever and superb customer service from Pam with the blonde hair. She was so personable and now I feel like I just wanna come back to her all the time!

    I STOPPED OFF TO GET A HAIR CUT. IVE BEEB HERE BEFORE WITH NOT SO HAPPY LOOKING CREW. BUT TIDAY THEY ALL SEEMED VERY HAPOY TO BE THERE. I FOUND OUT WHY. THE NEW MANAGER CUT MY HAIR AND I WAS IMPRESSED. What a great lady. I hope you really understand what an exceptional manager you have there. I know I struggle everyday for good employees. I think if you put her in charge of multiple stores your sales with increase 60%. If might come back and try and hire her.Jeff

    I really enjoyed my visit here today Julieta was very nice and she loved my long hair was sad that I wanted it cut.     Thank you to the tall Spanish woman who fixed my hair! I had it cut a few days ago and it was not thinned properly or at all really. She quickly fixed it and when I got home and styled it, she couldn’t have done a better job! It’s perfect! Sorry I didn’t catch her name.

    I have gone to this location twice and gotten a great haircut both times. I read the reviews after the first visit and wondered if my experience had been a fluke and was actually nervous to go again. I took a chance anyways and was very glad I did, I had a fantastic experience. Keisha, who did my hair, was great: shes funny, personable, and gave me a wonderful haircut. Dont automatically fall for the negative reviews, its a sad fact that more people are likely to publicly complain than to give credit where credit is due.

    As with any bargain haircut, youre bound to find mixed results when you sit down at a random chair. However, Michelle always does a phenomenal job. My wife can always tell if she was there to cut my hair it if I say with someone else. Others have started to notice, and her chair usually has a little bit of a wait, but its well worth it. If you sit with her, you wont be disappointed!

    Nothing, but compliments on my haircut. Idk th gay hispanic that cut my hair, but he did an amazing job! 😃🙌I tipped like 50% he was that good. I should have asked for his business card. Gay guys cut hair better than straight men or women, lets be real. Lol

    Ashley was amazing. Professional, nice, talented. She did a cut and also an incredible styling/blow dry for me before. I came back today just for a styling. I will be going back regularly to her and this place.

    My five year old son gets his hair cut here about every 6-8 weeks. He always has a pleasant time and looks forward to a lollipop at the end. He gets a basic short haired boy cut. Worth the price. We keep coming back!

    They do a good job despite low staff levels. They need to add more staff on the weekend at open. At least 5+ people waiting with only 1 person working. Plenty of optimization to be had from the managers

    I think Julieta at the Centergate Great Clips is wonderful. She does a fantastic job on my hair every time. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because Great Clips raised their prices and my haircut is now $16.

    I went to this place the day before Thanksgiving and got the best hair cut Ive ever gotten ordinarily I got to a place and pay almost $80 if you include my tip and they made my old place look like beginners....This is for sure my new place

    Did exactly what I wanted and gave me some good advice!! (Came to get a trim on my length and bangs) i was worried about it being too short to put in pony tail or her cutting the bangs too short accidently because of my curly hair but that wasnt an issue at all!!! Am very happy with the results

    I take my son here to get his haircut and its a nice place. Much better than other GreatClips locations that i have been too in the past. Very clean and nice decor, small variety of products but thats ok by me. My 13 year old son is always pleased with his cut, no matter who does it. Stupendous salon for a good clean haircut.
