Robert & Julie have been wonderful to work with. Robert specifically supports his tenants with anything they need & promptly too! the building is self is brand new, in a growing location, & always well maintained. Robert has continually supported my partner & i’s business goals & is super understanding - truly one of the best in the business! Highly recommend renting from here!

Brand new building! Great up and coming location right off the interstate. Robert the owner and manager is quick to reply and take care of any concerns. Phenix has a great rent Model where you don’t have to commit to a yearly lease . If you’re a beauty professional I highly recommend you check it out .

Phenix Salon Suites is an ideal business, for both clients and business owners! The building is always well kept and maintained, and features beautiful and modern decor/appliances in the perfect location!The rooms are very spacious, with built in sinks and cabinets, and plenty of seating throughout the building for clients while waiting for their appointment. As well as an updated salon directory at the front, making it easy to navigate to your appointment.Another thing that makes Phenix stand out to me, is their attention to safety. Robert, the owner, has HD surveillance installed throughout the building and stresses the importance of safety- not only for tenants, but for clients as well. So for any late night appointments, you can feel safe heading to your car.Overall this is the perfect “one stop shop” for nails, hair, lashes, facials- everything you need right in one beautiful location!Robert has been very helpful and encouraging to me as a tenant here. He’s always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, always looking to excel and motivate his tenants, and has made the move-in process very smooth!Julie, the salon coordinator, has also been a huge help alongside the owner. Always eager to help when needed, and greeting you with a smile every time!I love it here at Phenix, and I know your clients will too!

Robert is very easy to work with - very accommodating. He is often on premise to answer any questions & help if needed. communication is also great. We love our double suite, the lighting is amazing & the size is great for two stylists to work comfortably . We love the fruitville commons location as well!

I just moved my business Perfectly You into phoenix salon suites and the I am so happy I did! The location is beautiful, I love the floor to ceiling windows, and everyone I have met there has been amazing. Robert is very easy to work with, and responds so quickly to texts and emails if your needing help with anything!

What I can speak to is the type of landlord the owner of this salon suites Robert is. We have been tenants of his for the last three plus years, and have found him, importantly, to be attentive and responsive to any issues which might arise. He has always been interested in maintaining his property proactively, rather than responding to issues once they have arisen. In our experience, Robert keeps his word, which is very important if one were to go into business with him. I am sure that this business will flourish under Roberts guidance.

Moved my business ( eyelash extensions, facials) into this new beautiful place called Phenix Salon Suits and l’m very happy l did it. Working with Robert (owner and manager) was such a pleasure. He answers all question in timely fashion, he is always there to help all of us and he always make sure every tenant is comfortable and happy. The rooms are beautiful, new, fresh,clean, individual AC termostats in each room gives clients and beautician much needed comfort. I recommend to stop by and check this place to anyone who’s looking for beautiful place to move their business to.You won’t regret.
