    Went to the salon for a trim, was taking a chance but Mari did a great job she listened to what I wanted and followed through. Her blowout style was perfect and lasted 4 days. I was looking for someone more affordable because my curly hair specialist is great but her prices are sadly not affordable to me. I paid $81 before the tip which is not even a third of the cost of what I was paying, and I got what I wanted so I will be returning! She did not hack my curls at all and I waited to make my review after I washed, and did my normal styling routine. The layers are very flattering to my curl type. Usually stylists will hack and it will come out not very flattering. She really took her time making sure I was happy. Why is this so rare now at salons?

    Joanne in the salon was absolutely amazing! She helped me go from stripped out brown box dye to a natural blonde with lots of dimension, it looks awesome. She spent extra time on me providing a deep conditioning treatment and she was super gentle with my hair. She also gave me a bunch of advice on how to take care of my hair and improve its health. Having just moved to this area, I’m so happy I found a hairdresser as fantastic as Joanne!

    Joanne is amazing! Not only did I restore my love for my hair, but I learned soo much about how to style it at home! She is such a huge help with any questions you may have about your hair, she was so so patient with all of my questions. She taught me how to use the dyson so I can have salon perfect hair every day. Highly recommended Joanne for any hair salon needs!!!

    My lady had questions about wedding makeup and upon entry, we were promptly greeted by Marissa!She was very informative, helpful and kind. She didnt try to push anything on my lady, but rather worked with her to find the colors that worked best for her. Her vibe is that of caring and genuine. She made sure she found the right under-eye creme and the magic water creme. She also tested skin-tone colors.Marissa did a wonderful job and should be recognized. Her customer service skills are second to none and shes pleasant as can be.If your lady is going to Ulta in Sarasota, make sure to ask for Marissa. Youll definitely be happy you did!

    Here for 6 months I set out to find a salon with Redken products and landed on Ulta’s Salon Services. First of all, it’s super easy to book online, secondly, the confirmation and reminder texts are helpful and not repetitive. Also nice is the salon area itself which was spotless including the bathroom!!! My stylist, Salina, was on time and very well versed on the different aspects of their services (I was curious about straighteners). She did a great job with my color and blow out. Her co-workers were all friendly. I asked if my eyebrows could be tinted when she did my hair and she got enthusiastic about their new Brow Bar staffer. Luck would have it, the new Brow specialist, Ciara, could do my brows while my hair processed and she did a fabulous job too! I highly recommend this ULTA and I will definitely continue to book my appointments there.

    Ciara at the Benefit Brow bar was wonderful and did such a great job on my brows. I will definitely be back to see her! All the girls at this Ulta location were friendly and helpful.

    Been coming here for a couple years since moving. I love Ulta, but this one over the past 6 months to a year has really stepped up their customer service. Maureen in the prestigious makeup area is a gem. I needed help with getting a new foundation. She took the initiative, saw my struggle, and stepped right in to help me. She color matched me and suggested a beautiful primer to go with it. Janice up at the cash wrap is always pleasant as well! Thank you!

    I had a fabulous experience with Mari in the salon!! Not only in she a beautiful person she also made me feel beautiful. Haircut, highlights and treatments and I feel like a queen! If you need a new hair dresser Mari would be an amazing choice!!!

    Thats a guy its not the kind of place that I will frequent, Im sure some do, but the wife uses a bunch of their products. And I do enjoy hanging out in the parking lot while she shops 😉. The only criticism Ive ever heard from my better half some of the young cashiers and sales gals could use a bit more training and experience.

    I walked into this beautifully displayed store, and I was looking for an eyebrow color that looked natural. I was greeted by 2 ladies nicely dressed, and their makeup looked natural. I inquired why I was there, and the one lady immediately said a shade that she thought would be right for my coloring. She went right over to it, and I asked for her to draw them on a I bought 2. It was the fastest trip I ever made to Ulta.

    I am not from the area but I needed to make a quick stop to get some Perfume. When I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and was able to quickly find the perfume section. They had the testing paper and coffee beans readily available so I was able to test perfume and find the perfect one. I left purchasing the new Marc Jacobs Daisy scent (the orange one) and a cologne in travel size. It was a quick and pleasant experience.

    This was my first time getting my hair done at the Ulta salon and my hairdresser (Julia Stricker-Hollan) is an absolute asset to the company! I don’t have enough good things to say about her, I have had many talented hairdressers but she is hands down the best hairdresser I have ever had. Not only is she amazing at doing hair and very knowledgeable (I walked away with so much more knowledge than I came in with) she is also the friendliest and most personable hairdresser I’ve ever had. I usually don’t go out of my way to give reviews but she is that good at what she does and I left feeling absolutely amazing! Never have I had a hairdresser sit down with me while my hair is processing but she sat right across from me the whole time and we had the best conversation, I left feeling like I had made a new best friend! Julia goes above and beyond expectation, is extremely talented, I would give her 10 stars if I could!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I have gone to Julia at the Ulta salon twice now! She has done some teased highlights and also cut my hair twice. She has so much experience and truly cares about your outcome and how much you enjoy your experience! She is meticulous, and does a fantastic job!

    Ciara at the Benefit brow bar is absolutely outstanding. I have been going to her for 4 years now, since she worked at the Ulta in Seminole. Although she’s moved to this Sarasota location, almost an hour and a half away from me, i still make a trip down to see her monthly. I would not trust anyone else with my brows. She is a magician and her expertise is unmatched. She always makes me laugh and her personality is magnetic. Book an appointment with her, you will be delighted!

    My husband walks around Home Depot or Lowes excitedly scanning the shelves, finding treasures, having a wonderful time. Thats how I feel in Ulta.I love Ulta. And I am not a makeup or beauty person. I cut my own hair and color it myself too. My idea of done nails is a coat of clear polish. Mascara, brows and lip gloss usually get me out the door, but this store is like being dropped into Willy Wonkas factory.Everything at Ulta is brightly colored. It smells good. The music is perfect. The staff is so friendly. You are greeted when you walk in and asked if you need help, but not intrusively or more than once or twice. Everything is well labeled and easy to find. There are treasures around every corner. Stocking stuffers galore! Even when its nowhere near Christmas.

    I LOVE Ulta! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I walk in, tell them what Im looking for and they gladly share their product knowledge and personal experiences. Theyve never steered me wrong! IF for some reason, you arent happy with your purchase after youve used it at home, you can always return it! I will visit again & again :)

    Maria trimmed and blow dried my hair today. Id needed to get it evened out. Shes the shorter Maria per what she told me. :) She did a fabulous job. My hair looked perfectly even. I dont do layers so finding someone who knows how to cut long hair so it looks right was wonderful. I will be going back in the future for trims and would easily recommend. Great stylists!

    Salina at the salon did my cut and color last Wednesday. Amazing experience and for once I actually love my haircut! I have been so scared to change my hairdo for 10+ years but I love it.     Had a brow tint and wax done with Erin. She was fabulous. Helped me decide on a color and then let me check it during the process to make sure it was right. She ended up doing it twice to get the right color for me. Waxing was virtually painless. My brows look very natural. The best they’ve looked in years. Erin knows her stuff! Thanks!     I love this Ulta, much better than the old one. It’s at least twice as big & carries twice as much makeup & a lot of new brands added at this location. Everything is neat & clean. No makeup testers looking like they’re 10yrs. old or not there at all like the old Ulta!! It’s a huge upgrade & I enjoy going here!! They’ve normally got everything in stock you would want & if they don’t have it they can have it there in 24hrs. or less!! I highly recommend shopping here for your makeup & hair needs.

    Great store for getting your cosmetics, hair supplies, perfumes and much more. They also have a salon for hair, nails and etc. Tiffany is my stylist and she is great. She is a master stylist and I feel very comfortable with her doing my hair. I have been going to her for a few years. She knows her stuff. 👍👌👏

    Wasnt to happy couldnt find a sales associate on the floor to help me on products for my silver hair. The one girl wasnt happy that I knocked on a door looking for assistance. She went and got me someone to help me. Got the products I needed. When checking out the shampoo was the wrong price. So she had to back back to verify the price I told her it was. Which is what the tag said. Walked in to buy 1bottle of shampoo. Ended up with 2 bottles of Matrix so Silver total results and 2 bottles of the conditioner. Plus reopened my credit card to save more.

    Even though with the covid precautions you cant sample the makeup right now, these ladies match me up perfectly with new products every single time. I dont know how they do it, its like magic.
