As a male with long hair down to my waist I was not happy when I found lice on my scalp one day. Buggin-out made the whole process easy & simple and saved me from trying to treat at home! One appointment and that was it, the nice lady that owns the business even includes a free re-check a week or two after the treatment :)

If I could give this place a million stars I would! My step son had come home with lice about two weeks ago, we treated him and ended up shaving his head just to prevent anything further. Unfortunately, my daughter, step daughter, and I all contracted it, even after treating 3+ times with OTC remedies. I finally had enough and called Mrs. Barbara at Buggin Out, she got back to me within 10 minutes and got me scheduled the same day. She treated both my daughters, and I all in one day. She ended up pulling out a bunch of tiny nits that I couldn’t even see! If I hadn’t of gone to her, we would be back to treating the whole household and cleaning everything once again in a couple of weeks! Thank you Mrs. Barbara!!

Barbara was amazing at her job! Ive been so down and out about my headlights problem tried products after product and decided to go to a professional. She is very arms open and willing to help and understand the head lice problem. She was very easy whats her hand make sure I felt comfortable and made sure I understood everything about head lice. And the best part was the ending when I got a head massage with oil! Thank you so much you have changed my life I would recommend you anyone!

I just had my first experience with lice. I knew, as a mom, it would happen eventually but was NOT prepared when it did! My kids were in her office within an hour of discovering that they had the disgusting little bugs. Barbara was amazing. Not only is she very professional, she is also very kind. Hopefully, we will never have to experience this again but I can honestly say, if we did, I wouldnt be concerned in the least. Because I know that Barbara will have it all taken care of in no time at all!

My family has used Buggin Out on two different occasions. Not only was the service outstanding, but Barbara gave us a discount for multiple family members. She stayed with my family on a weeknight late into the night (missing her family’s dinner) with no mention of the passing time. She told us her goal was for us to be able to go home and not worry about our hair anymore. For those who have dealt with lice, it can be very overwhelming. Having a company like Buggin Out down the road that guarantees their services gives this mama much relief!!!

Barb has been great with our family and little ones when they needed a treatment. Her associate has also been great. Sometimes they are really busy, and can’t get to the phone, and sometimes they are the only one in the shop. They always get back and get you in, promptly. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely swear by Buggin Out! When my daughter got lice, I tried everything under the sun for two months and could not fully get rid of it. A co-worker recommended that I try Buggin Out. Best decision Ive ever made! They got me in quickly, worked with my schedule, and efficiently removed the lice. It took them an hour and a half and it was taking me 4-6 on my own. They were also able to treat my whole family at one time and gave me a bunch of information to help prevent from getting it again. I will never use another method to treat for lice!!

100% recommend I have locs so lice was a much more difficult since I cant brush out knits but that didnt stop her from finding a way to maintain my hair style and treat the lice.

Fantastic experience for a not so fun situation! Barbara is great, uber responsive, quick and efficient service that worked the first time. I have thick, long hair and couldn’t imagine having to comb my own.

Our grandaughter has had several bouts with lice over the last several years. We found out about bugging out lice and decided to go this route. Cant tell you how pleased we were with the treatment and how nice staff was. If I could give 10 stars I would!

They are very informative about what to do to help to keep from getting lice! they answered any questions we had and were able to get us in and out fairly quickly! The staff was very friendly and made my stress level go down!!
