    It’s clear that Eden really made an impression on me! Finding a stylist who nails your hair and makes the experience enjoyable is like finding gold. With such a warm, inviting atmosphere and a welcoming staff, Change of Pace seems like a gem in itself.Its wonderful that me and my wife could both enjoy our time there, and getting those extra touches like eyebrow trimming and styling really adds to the experience. Eden must have a knack for understanding her clients’ needs and making sure they leave feeling great. We will definitely be returning to her—consistent quality service like that deserves loyalty.

    I have naturally red hair and as I have gotten older and my hair is turning gray it has been extremely difficult to find a stylist that can dye my hair to look like the natural red I grew up. I tried multiple stylists once moving to Tallahassee. As soon as I found Suzanne my search was over! Suzanne is an incredible colorist and stylist. She listens to what I want and with her expertise is able to flawlessly work her magic into something I love! I have had hair color, cut, balayage, & a Brazilian blow-out which is a must for Florida! Bonus is she genuinely is a wonderful person! I highly recommend Suzanne and Change of Pace Salon.

    I visited Change of Pace Salon and had the pleasure of working with Eden. She did an amazing job on my partial low lights and my stacked angled bob. Eden is incredibly sweet and friendly! The salon is immaculate, and the staff was very welcoming. As another reviewer mentioned, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which is a refreshing change from the noise of some other salons.

    Suzanne Bruce is the best hair stylist I, and my 22 and 24 year old daughters will agree, that we have EVER been to…And over the years I have been to many. My youngest started going to Suzanne after she was told how great she was. She gave her the most amazing blonde balayage and continues to. So then I started going to Suzanne. She does an amazing job covering up my grays and leaving me with great chocolate brown hair. Sometimes we play with it and add highlights. I can always trust her with my hair and her cuts are great too. Then when my oldest moved here 2 years ago, of course, she also started going to Suzanne. She’s my child that loves to change up her hair on a regular basis, the color, the cut, everything. Suzanne always listens and does an amazing job and is so careful to listen and advise when what you think might look good, or will actually fry your hair. Can’t say enough great things about how talented of a stylist and colorist she is and how passionate she is about her job and clients. …and great personality and humor will keep you entertained.

    I’ve been going to Change of Pace for over a year. The atmosphere is relaxed not overly noisy like some places. Suzanne Bruce has done my hair for several years now. She is a color/style expert and never disappoints!!! I get lots of compliments on my hair color and cut.

    Finding a hairstylist that can DO IT ALL is hard to find. I moved to Tallahassee a little over a year ago and found Suzanne Bruce. She has been nothing but AMAZING and I have seen her for cuts, styles, balayage and sometimes just advice on what will look best for my hair. She is professional, talented, fun, and most of all welcoming! I will not have to look anywhere else to get my hair done - Suzanne is my girl for life now!

    Back in October, due to fairly severe allergies to many normal hair care products at other salons, I needed to find someone local who used Redken and Wella products since I already knew those were safe for me. Suzanne saved the day! I really enjoyed my first visit with her and came away with a cut and color that made me smile. She was pleasant to talk with, and Im going to book another appointment asap!

    This is absolutely the best place Ive been in my 42 years! Iam a natural dirty blonde who always just wants to lighten a bit an everyone always messed up my hair! I had the best consultation with Ashley who explained everything and then the day of did my hair so AMAZING Im OCD as all get out about my hair which is waist length beautiful hair, an Im telling you Ashley had every strand in place and perfect which just the right amout of lightening, well to my standards which are very high not only that the price was sooooo affordable! This place isnt like most salons either its huge when u walk in and so classy and clean Ashley had her own room to take me in for my process which surprisingly didnt take the entire day with the amount of hair I have. Bless her heart tho she took it like a champ didnt give up an just slap stuff on I truly cant say enough nice things about this place and Ashley! Its been so long since Ive gotten my hair done an absolutely loved everything in the end right down to her trim she gave me!     I moved here about 6 months ago and was in desperate need of a hair stylist in the Tallahassee area so I reached out to folks on Nextdoor. I received a lot of recommendations and tried a few but was not 100 percent pleased with my experiences. Suzanne had also reached out and I am so glad that she did! She is wonderful to work with and does amazing work. My color/cut is always spot and I am always pleased when I leave her studio. I highly recommend Suzanne to anyone looking for an amazing stylist.     I was with my previous stylist for 15 years, I was looking for a new stylist when mine retired. After 5 plus years of trying different stylist, I found Suzanne at Change of Pace. We had a brief consultation as to what I was looking for cut and highlights. She nailed it the first time!! The color is beautiful! I couldnt be happier!! I have received multiple compliments on my hair!! Very thankful I found Suzanne! She is amazing!

    I checked out several people before finally finding Suzanne Bruce. I have very challenging hair that has become very resistant to color as I have become more gray with age. Before finding Suzanne I would leave with either hair that was too gold/bronze or too dark. I explained to her the challenges I was having and showed her a picture of the color of my hair that I was happy with before moving to Tallahassee. She did such a wonderful job! I’m so thankful I found her and if anyone is looking for someone that specializes in blonde hair! She’s your girl!

    Suzanne has kept me blonde for years! I am super picky and detail oriented, and she always exceeds expectations! I get a full foil and cut every 8 weeks and I would never trust anyone else to bleach my hair! She always goes above and beyond, taking her time and making sure I’m happy!     I went here following my massage therapist/masseuse who moved from another location. This place is beautiful and has a great feel! It definitely feels like a spa! I booked massage appointments for my sister who was in town and my wife. The online system was really easy and intuitive however the pricing was different then what my masseuse charges so I had to contact my masseuse just to be sure. I was able to book online and she honored her price. Krystal was phenomenal as usual. Super professional and she has great technique. Shes also just very pleasant in general. Both my wife and sister really enjoyed their massages and my wife raved about how personable and sweet Krystal is! The experience plus the location makes it an easy five stars!

    Excellent salon! You are treated very nicely there and the ambiance gives a feel of opulence. My wife has Eva cut her hair and Eva has always done an excellent job. If you want a precision haircut and a contemporary style, coupled with pampering, this is definitely the place to go. You cannot go wrong here.

    I have been going to Eva for over a year now and absolutely love my hair! I am not sure what she does to it when coloring it but the shine I get is like none Ive had before- it looks and feels so silky. I have never had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes, the receptionist is sweet and friendly and I always enjoy spending time with Eva. Thats important ya know... liking your stylist ;)The decor of the salon is very elegant and inviting and they recently completed a beautiful addition. Highly recommend Change of Pace!

    I have been looking for a stylist since my stylist moved last year. I googled salons near me and Change of Pace was one that appeared. I called and made a appt. with Eva. I have never had a better haircut and the color was fantastic! Eva is a hair magician and such a kind person. I feel like I have found a new friend and a amazing talented stylist.

    Eva has been cutting my hair ever since I was a child, she always does a great job, her salon is beautiful its nice, always clean and well decorated (I wish my house was half as well decorated as her salon!) it makes for a very pleasant and relaxing environment.Pretty sure this is also privately owned you can tell because the staff and people there really care, they are not just trying to get you in and out the door. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair!
